I had to wear Spanx and control top tights to get this one to zip. Also, the size 12 was very tight on my 38 D chest so did not wear bra. Not necessarily a bad thing there though 😊

I'm 65"  52 kg 32A and it fit quite nicely. Only thing, the lace does NOT give and can feel a wee bit constricting so if you're at odds with that maybe go for something with a bit more stretch:-) The underdress was plenty stretchy though. I loved it! And as hot as it was in the church the fabric was surprisingly breathable. 

Rented this for a summer wedding. The color was great for the season. Rented the 4 and the 6 but ended up wearing the 6, so it was less of a bodycon look. Comfortable and didn't feel like I had to suck in all night. Fabric is noooooot breathable and gets real hot in the sun, but kept me warm once the sun was down. All in all, great dress!

I received many compliments on how beautiful the green color was.  The design of the dress is beautiful and fits well for the most part.  I gave 4 stars because the arms were really tight and restrictive and the chest area was a bit big for a B cup, however I could not have gone down a size because the rest of the dress fit just right.  

The dress is absolutely stunning. The most gorgeous color & the fabric is nice and thick. Unfortunately the dress was too big for me in the middle section. 

Love these Cynthia Rawley lace sheaths. Same fit for all styles. Very stiff and no give, but works well for petite hourglass shapes. Perfect for my husband's work holiday party and dressed it up with silver glittery heels and a pearl cuff. Sleeves a bit long. Again, easy on the dry cleaning, bc these dresses will get dull for repeat cleaning so renter beware on age of rental.

Comfortable and fit true to size! Perfect for Christmas!

The body of this dress fit perfectly, however I felt the arms were way to tight which is why I marked this dress as runs small. The fabric in the arms has no give and it was challenging to reach for anything. While I loved the look of this dress is wasn't practical for moving around. This dress was also very short, I am only 5'6 and I had to be careful because it was that short. I knew that it was short when I rented it and honestly it didn't bother me that much since I didn't have to sit during the event. Maybe if I had sized up it wouldn't have been so bad but it would have been too loose around the waist and bust if I had. The part that really bothered me were the arms and I don't think sizing up would have made a significant difference.  While I wasn't thrilled with the fit I did think the dress was beautiful and well made. I got a lot of complements on this dress and definitely stood out in the crowd. 

I have loved every Cynthia Rowley dress I have rented but this was hands down my favorite!!! The color is perfect and I received so many compliments! The cut is also super flattering!!! Don't want to send it back but I have a different Cynthia Rowley dress on the way!! ;)

I thought this was going to be too short but it was the perfect length. Pretty comfortable, but the other reviews are correct in that you cannot raise your arms. But if that's ok with you then this dress is perfect. The emerald green color is rich and bright and flattering. The long sleeves made this perfect for a late September wedding. Got tons of compliments on this dress. I'm more pear shaped and there was enough room in the bottom and wasn't super loose on the top. 10/10. 

This dress was great. I should have sized up but I think that's a personal problem and perhaps not a design flaw. The crochet sleeves did make it difficult to raise my arms but I still had fun! I received many compliments on this piece! Stand out in the crowd of black dresses with this emerald number! 

I rented this for a wedding, but didn't wear it because my teenagers deemed it too short. It is a little shorter than I would normally wear. I normally wear a size 6, but went with an 8 based on other reviews. I'm glad I did because the 8 was perfect. It doesn't have any stretch so size up. I also don't have a big busy...34 B...much bigger and I don't think it would work since the fabric doesn't give. The color is great, the lace is fun...it was a good rental!

Fit great! Good excuse to wear a long-sleeve to a chilly spring wedding. Ran a little short but I'm only 5'4" so it worked out fine. 

This was perfect for a wedding in the mountains, it was very comfortable and I recieved endless compliments throughout the night. The size 2 was a little tight on my arms and across my chest, so I went with the size 4 and it was perfect.

I love renting dresses that I can wear for everyday use and this one *kind of* fit the bill. It's a little thicker in material (I live in the desert - thankfully I rented in April) and slightly heavy. I didn't think it did anything special for my body. Didn't like the look on its own, the arms were a little hard to raise your hand over your head.... The dress was a little too stiff for my liking.

Ordered 6/8. 6 was perfect, I would've normally got a 4 but everyone said size up and I'm glad I did. Didn't need to wear a bra, I loved this dress. Super comfy and super sexy with heels. 

I wore this to a bridal shower in Connecticut,  it was only 40 degrees outside so this was a pefect long sleeved dress for the weather. It was still a bright color which is great for March. I wore a white jean jacket over it. I found that it fit true to size, somewhat tight in the bust. I am 5'2" and it hit 2-3 inches above the knee. This is a great dress for shorter woman, I could see it being too short if you were taller. I would have given this 5 stars for fit but the shade of green wasn't my favorite, it looked more green than teal which is why I gave it a 4. I would still highly recommend.

Very comfortable, but might can't lift arms fully above head.  Flattering for hourglass figure. Perfect amount of stretch on the underneath layer. The green color is so pretty, as is the lace detail. Many compliments on this dress!

Extremely comfortable...classy...great length

This dress is a beautiful shade of kelly green and warmer than expected. The lace design is thick, but unflexible, so raising my arms was tricky. Runs a little short and small. The shoulders and top were tight. I received so many compliments.

This was a great dress to rent!  Very cool color and thick quality fabric.  I wore this to a rehearsal dinner which was great!  The sleeves don't allow much movement, so I wouldn't recommend wearing to a reception with dancing (or if you have a toddler in tow).

I wore this to a rehearsal dinner. After reading others reviews, I ordered a size up (6) from my normal size. I have large arms for my body type, so I was worried about them fitting in the dress. The arms were not tight at all, and the rest of the dress was just a tad big. I could have gone with my normal size (4). It also looks really short on the model, but I am about 5'4, and even when I sat down, I didn't feel like it was too short.

Like others have said, the sleeves are pretty restrictive so it's not the most comfortable dress I've ever worn. However the color is beautiful and it definitely stands out in sea of black dresses. I usually wear a 6 and that did fit but the arms were extra tight and it was very short for a family wedding, so I went with the 8. Definitely size up for your backup. Overall I liked it but probably wouldn't rent again.

Beautiful dress that could easily be dressed up or down. The color was a gorgeous shade of green, perfect for the holiday party I was attending. I rented the sz 4 and 6. Both fit well, but the event was for work so I opted for the looser fitting 6 which also had a little more length. The sleeves were not too tight and there was plenty of room in the bust (I wore a strapless bra). The dress was very comfortable and I received compliments all evening. I would definitely rent this dress again!

I got so many compliments this night. It was comfy but i looked fancy. 

The size 2 had a sticky zipper (on the hanger and on me) and the shoulders were too big. I'm not sure if it was stretched out by a previous renter or that's the fit. Luckily the size 0 fit perfect so I got to wear this beautiful dress twice (once to an outdoor wedding and once to a nighttime party with a jacket over top to create a more casual look).

This dress was a hit at the outdoor, fall wedding we attended.  The size 6 fit so perfectly but was a little short, so I went with the 8 so as not to worry about flashing any guests.  The dress was exceptionally well made, and the color was truly brilliant.  I would absolutely rent this one again!

Picked this dress for my 30th birthday wine tour and it was perfect. A little tight on my arms but I wore a denim jacket over it most of the day so it wasn't really noticeable and overall it was just such a pretty color and great fit otherwise. I'd def recommend for a fall wedding or casual event it can be paired with heels to be fancy or boots to be more casual.

Wore this to a fall outdoor wedding and it was perfect. The color is more of an emerald green than it appears in the model photo, it's also not nearly as short as it looks on the model (I'm also 5'3"). The fabric is sturdy, as is the lace/crochet overlay. I ordered the 2 and the 4, and the 2 was perfect- as someone with broader shoulders I was afraid my arms/should area would be too tight- the 2's arms  actually fit the same, if not more loosely, than the size 4. The dress doesn't have a ton of give, so you certainly won't be able to raise your arms completely, but there is enough room for decent movement and dancing. 

I absolutely adored this dress. The color was much more vibrant in person rather than the photo. The dress did run smaller around the tops of the arms. I simply zipped the back up about three quarters of the way and then clasped it. You couldn't even tell and it alleviated the tightness. Lastly, I did wear shorts underneath as to not make a show for everyone as it is a bit short. Overall, I would suggest the piece and may even rent it again. 

Fits true to size, and easy to wear. Only downside is that it's difficult to lift your arms all the way up and buttons/jewelry can get caught on the lace.

This dress runs true to size, but I would recommend sizing up if you have a bigger chest or hips as it is fitted in those areas. If you are wanting to dance at a wedding the arms are quite restricting. I couldn't raise my arms above my shoulders.

The dress is beautiful and I got a lot of compliments. As most others stated, it runs small and the fabric provides little give for movement. It comes up a bit when you sit, also, so it was a bit awkward and I felt I was pulling it down a lot during the ceremony. I would say if you know you'll be standing a lot, it's a great dress. I had to cut out before the reception, but I imagine it would probably be difficult to dance in. I typically wear a 6-8 and the 8 fit only slightly snug and the 10 was way too big.  Because of the layers and fabric, I was able to not wear a bra.
