So terribly tight.
Size up if you must rent. I should have. Rented my usual size and spent the day at work feeling like I was in a whale bone corset. Could I have just not worn it? Sure. Am I stubborn? Most definitely. I work in a less than formal law office so our dress code is pretty liberal. I rented this for work but definitely not work appropriate in the traditional sense. Barely appropriate in a laid-back office like mine. Couldn't even sit in this with my knees together without revealing full leg.

Perfect fit, gorgeous color. Wore for work but my office is more casual than most. The front hemline may be a little more revealing than practical for most conservative work environments. Overall a great rental. The fabric moves beautifully when you're walking. Loved

I found the fit to be a little looser in the waist than I was expecting for a small. Color and cut is work appropriate for a casual day. Paired with purple pumps and loved the look.

Kind of large, heavy fabric
I wanted to like this top but ultimately it was a no go. I ended up wearing it all day because I was running late for work but the fit wasn't very flattering. Perhaps it might be better for someone with a smaller waistline (currently: 29"). Not sure it would have been better if I had sized down as the fabric was also pretty heavy and I didn't feel like it had much movement. Lastly the back was just a little too long, felt like I had a ducktail. Might be better for someone taller.

This color is incredible and fit very flattering
This color looked great on my medium neutral skin (which leans a little on the yellower side). The fit was snug, but I would call it true to size because I've put on a little weight since I last rented from RTR. I think a 4 would have been prefect for me. Neckline made it work appropriate provided you don't work in a business formal environment. I'm an attorney in Miami and our firm's dress code is more relaxed than most. Otherwise great for a daytime or nighttime affair, depending on how you accessorize it. Would rent again.
