Comfortable, Easy Classic
Wore this to a concert, a baby shower, and a few times on the weekends. Like most Madewell pieces, I went bigger than my normal size but it fit great! Loved!

Easy, Breezy Slip Dress for Every Day
This dress is lightweight, comfortable and such a great find! Every time I've worn it, I've paired it with a medium-wash jean jacket and various shoes (fun cheetah print sandals, nude mules, etc.) I did have to tie the straps because it did fit a little large and that did just the trick! I'm obsessed!

It's such a gorgeous, classic dress. Unfortunately, it was a little small in the rib cage for me, so I wasn't able to zip it up and wear it!

Refreshingly Cool Color for Derby Party!
This dress was a hit! The cool color scheme made me pop amongst the Lilly Pulitzer-clad crowd at our museum's annual Derby Days event. I got a lot of compliments on the high-low dress and really felt like a winner all afternoon and evening long. That said, this dress has NO give up top. I have quite the chest and could have fit in the 6 easily (my normal size) but it was pretty tight around "my girls." Even the 8 was too! So if you're bustier, size up (or maybe two).

Perfect for our rehearsal dinner - classy and chic!
I wore this for our rehearsal dinner and it was definitely a hit! (Note: picture from when I originally tried it on - not our party!) I rented a 4 and a 6 after reading reviews - and was pleased when I fit in the 4! Overall, the dress was great. It hugged my curves but was still sassy and classy. (Although it did ride up in certain areas) Paired with a deep maroon lip and suede maroon, strappy heels - it was a winning combination! Would rent again (minus the fact it's in all our pictures).

Color was rad but pockets were a GAME CHANGER!
I won't lie. I definitely had to try this dress on three different times before I was "sold." However, once I had it on and was "all ready" for my awards ceremony - I felt pretty great! The color is definitely more of a teal, not a green. And, as mentioned in the title of the review, the pockets were a game-changer. There was just enough "pouf" in the skirt to make it feel girly, but it wasn't overdone. I could see where the mid-section might be tight for folks with a wider rib-cage (same with the arms), but I didn't have a problem. In fact, I thought the dress looked pretty slimming! Would definitely rent again - especially after lots of compliments on pictures! :)

Unique dress - Comfortable, colorful, and breathable!
This dress ruled - second time I've rented a piece from this designer and it definitely delivered. Thank goodness for the backup size (I took a chance on renting a 4 because of reviews from others, but ended up needing the 6 - my normal size). It was breathable and I definitely could bust out all my moves for Hotline Bling, Shake it Off, and the usual wedding classics. The colors are really pretty and it definitely stood out amongst the the black, bandage dresses that other guest my age were wearing! It was a little tight on my tummy but no surprise! ;) Would rent again for sure!

Cute dress - husband was WOWed by it. But it was entirely too short to wear to the function we were attending. Bummer!
