If you have a wider ribcage or any boobs at all, size up. This fit but squashed my chest a little. The skirt has tiers sewn, which is nice but on someone any hippier than me, would accentuate the rear- which I would not have expected

I had originally envisioned cinching the waist more but it runs boxy so you just have to cycle it that way - but liked it! Easy way to elevate a more casual work outfit and keep the AC chill off

I thought I'd be ok in my normal 8 since I'm small- busted but this dress is cut slim through the kids/rear as well. It fit, but it was tight, squashed my chest and did not have the flapper cut I was expecting. Loved the color, but def size up.

Runs quite small. Size up if you intend to wear over anything with volume. Was too slim cut to wear comfortably over a ruffled shoulder or full sleeve for me. I liked the concept but except over a bodysuit, it didn't fit me

Stretchy but slim fit hit me wrong on waist
I would not say my torso is short, but the black top hit me in the wrong area- made the sarong part too low. I hiked it up but then it looked bunched. I wore it for an Oscar party at home, and it was ok, but the other thing I realized is that any photos from the waist up just look like you're wearing a black T-shirt. Not my fave on me although I loved other renter's photos

Darker tan didn't work with the cream outfit I planned to pair it with, but it's a nice jacket. Leather lining is warm but traps moisture

Fabric not great, but ok for a dark room
I remember Paco Rabanne as a luxury brand, and this very polyester outfit does not give that vibe. It’s still a pretty color and I wore it at night but not for the work event I planned to. It fits true to size, slightly narrow in shoulders. But fabric has a machine-washable vibe, too shiny and thick to feel elevated. More comments on the matching skirt which I felt was also a little cheap feeling.

Gorgeous and relaxed
I'm usually an 8, probably on the heavier side right now and so got the large but maybe didn't need to. I was prepared to need shapewear over a knit but ended up just wearing tights and found it flattering. The glittery skirt is so fun. Considered buying but I own very similar burgundy dresses. A great easy rental which would pack well.

Runs slightly slim through the ribs and hips, but overall TSS- it's meant to be fitted and with velvet, it hides any bumps so fine. The cut-out was a little too sexy for my occasion so I pinned it. Overall loved it, comfortable and elegant

Fun, very short, less ombré than expected
Overall true to size, but as you'd guess from the shape, more generous in blousy top and fitted in the mini-skirt which is indeed very short - even with tights, I feared I might be flashing people sitting on a bar stool. But it's fun, relaxed around the mid-section and sparkly. Maybe just the version I got but it came across to me as straight silver - could barely note the bronze accents.

Heavier cotton layers and straight fit
The embroidery is beautiful but the fabric is heavy and layered, so the dress ran warmer for cotton than I expected. That said, if you're in a hot humid environment, that could be a good thing as sweat doesn't show through. I liked it, but the straight/drop-waist cut is not the most flattering on my body type- it was almost fitted at my butt but loose everywhere else. Overall TTS. Felt high quality

Floaty and fun
Not my usual silhouette, but I liked it! Def oversized fit. It isn't the most breathable material so if you're in a truly humid place like I was - literally the Amazon- just be prepared that the bottom is layered so a bit hot. But the open cut of the sleeves kept the top cooler. Sheer but not too much.
