Nara Crochet Jacket

I wore it both for work and for a date. Unique design, feels very special.

I took this jacket on vacation to Central Europe and it was the perfect layering piece. The lace was unique and I got a tons of compliments. Even though the lace has a traditional look, the combo of it on this jacket looked modern and feminine.

I love black and ivory yoked garments to begin with… and this nicely tailored heavier jacket - worked out perfect when it snowed November 10th in Charleston! November 10th! But it was still not heavy coat weather during the sunny days- cold wise or psychologically … I had running around to do with a professional friend & put on heavier jeans, red cowboy boats, a black turtleneck and this lovely coat & ran out the door for the afternoon- popped Back home to wrap up a few calls, changed to evening liosticj and added some bling and ran back out to dinner & drinks … easy breezy and got lots of compliments too. I was comfortable (in jeans and not in the slightest under dressed! ) a winner.. fun shoulder pads too! I definitely would wear funky - not traditional… that might be boring …

I loved wearing this so many times. It's the most unique jacket I've ever rented. Literally strangers were approaching me to tell me how much they loved it. One of my husband's friends said I look like the actor from the 3 amigos movie though.

This jacket is so cute! It's incredibly versatile—I love that I can dress it up or down effortlessly. The lace detailing is super chic and adds a lovely touch of texture to any outfit. The pockets are a cute detail as well. This is the perfect piece to throw on with a plain top and jeans for a great everyday look or to pair with a mini skirt and boots for a night out! I absolutely recommend it; it's a great mix of textures that will immediately level up your look! (Just a quick note that the top three closures are eyelets and the rest are buttons, which I think adds to the unique style).

“Militant German Grandma” is what my husband called it. The shoulders and structure make it very militia and if it was just black on black it might be chic enough but the doilie cutouts just made it feel like a WW2 granny on the wrong side of the war. Didn’t wear it out the house.

Not sure what I was thinking when I rented but it’s giving old Victorian woman and not in a good way. Comically oversized and felt like I should be working a funeral home. Typically I would push through a rental and wear to work but I felt too silly. If you’re going to rent, size down!

Wore to an interview, as well as casually to a girl dinner. Thought about buying. TTS!

Wore an XS and still a little big... sleeves definitely too long but I made it work!

True to size. I have broad shoulders, so was a little snug.

Fits great, flattering shape and great for work/dinners.

I love how this cinch is in the waist. The top detail is so elegant and beautiful. I wore this to work and then to church after work and I got so many compliments! What a great rental! 759

Pretty jacket but like others said, my shoulders looked bigger and a bit awkward. Loved it otherwise

This is a very nice jacket and clearly unique, and while everyone I showed it to appreciated it on the hanger, the padded shoulders and cut of it made it look too conservative. Couldn’t find anything to wear it with that made it look more youthful. Fit is just a little on the large side.

Ran big and returned the Large for a Medium.

I was really hoping this would lean more towards the cardigan, but it is a suit jacket material. I struggled to find a good way to wear it.

I could not wear it though as I am too short to make this work. It is a lovely coat, heavy fabric and pretty design. Does feel a bit matronly on the body.

This is a beautiful piece, but was too large so I was unable to wear it . I will try again with a smaller size because it really is a quality piece .

If that's what you're going for, it's perfect! Otherwise, it's boxy and long and only looks good draped over the shoulders.

Wanted to like this because it is beautifully made but it was overwhelming when I put it on and seemed old fashioned. Did not wear

I was soo excited for this item, but it makes me soo big and my shoulders very broad

I was very excited for this sweater, but I could not even wear it anywhere. The shoulders are very strange and I felt like a linebacker. There are pads in them and it gives the sweater a strange fit. It had so much potential, but failed to launch.
