The only complaint I have about this dress is that it is very conservative and work appropriate in every way except the plunging v-neck. I really probably should have worn a cami underneath but didn't want to ruin the drape of the dress. Otherwise great for work and fun to accessorize!

Absolutely loved this dress for a beach vacation but i couldn't zip it up. Just a little too wide thru the ribcage, but it fit my girlfriend who is 5'2 and 105 lbs perfectly! I got this dress as a back up when the one i really wanted was returned damaged. This is a super fun dress with a flirty shape that would be appropriate for many occasions. I love the stretchy fit and high quality fabric, and of course the bright tomato red color! I'm 5'7" and the skirt hit me above the knee so I debated about it being too short for work with the way the skirt flips out a bit but decided it was fine. The back is slightly sheer, just a looser weave than the rest of the dress, not quite mesh, but my neutral bra was mostly unnoticeable. That could be an issue in a more conservative setting though. Overall very good rental!

My favorite thing about this dress is the gorgeous rich green color. The fabric also drapes nicely and is high quality. I'm so glad i read the reviews on fit because I'm usually a size 2 and definitely needed the 6. The zipper was a little sticky and there was a strange crease in the lining that kind of looked like an awkward panty line. Also i would have liked this so much more if it were knee length... It came a few inches below my knees even though I'm 5'7 and was in the inch heels and I'm not sure the longer length worked for me. Still a good rental though, lots of compliments at work.

This dress has great versatility. I rented it through my unlimited subscription for work and when I first tried it on, I was thinking it might be a little too sexy to pull off as a teacher. But with tights and a cardigan, I came up with something that worked during the day, and was easily able to transition to happy hour after work. So many different way to dress this one up or down. It was the first RTR rental I received that I needed to iron before wearing and the buttons across the chest pulled a little, but I always have that problem with button down shirts. Overall, great rental!

I've never received so many compliments on a dress in my life. This dress is just so unique and fabulous! The train is gorgeous and just the right length so you can walk and dance without tripping. And it has pockets! I wore this to chaperone prom and i could carry around keys and my phone and you couldn't even tell they were in my pockets. It was fairly tight through the chest so i couldn't wear a bra and the zipper took some effort, but once on the fit was perfect!!! Rent this dress!

I ended up loving how this outfit came together but there are a lot of "fit" issues resulting in my three star rating. First, i usually wear a size 0 or 2 and i could barely zip the size 6. I'm also slightly taller than the average woman and I feel like this dress is a few inches too long beyond what would look best. Also, this is so tight in my boobs but i needed a belt because around the waist it looked loose and made me look like i had no curves. It's a little difficult to take anything but very short steps. Ultimately, with the right belt and accessories, i really loved this look though!

Loved this dress but couldn't wear it because i couldn't get the zipper up; the yellow band that hit towards the top of the widest part of my rib cage wouldn't close. I measured and that part of my body is 29", another inch or so and it would have been fine. Also i didn't realize the back is sheer mesh so any bra would show. Would love to try it again one size up. (I rented the uk8, which is supposedly like a 2, my normal size.)

This dress is so fun and comfy! I love the pattern, asymmetrical hem, the pockets and the button up back. To wear to work i had to go with leggings because it's pretty short in the front and i had to wear a cami underneath because there are large gaps between the buttons all up the back. I'd love to wear this again in the summer with just sandals at the beach or something. It's pretty loose, but that's the style. I could have probably done a zero.

I love the material of this dress, it is so soft and comfortable, as well as thick and high quality. The texture and the cutout pattern along the seems of the empire waist make it unique compared to other navy work dresses. I wore this dress for a night out dancing for my birthday. It made me feel very sexy, as the dress fits very tight and hugs every curve, and is pretty short. I loved how it held everything in, and the side cutouts are fun and flirty. I think it ran a bit tight for a small, especially in the chest. You can see in the pictures how the girls get a bit squeezed into the center, so just be conscious of that when choosing a size. I LOVE this dress. I have been receiving compliments all day from other teachers and my students. This dress would be great for a special occasion, but I just rented it as part of my unlimited subscription for work. It is a bit low cut in the front for work, I ended up using a small safety pin just to cover up a bit more. If I were at a wedding or other social occasion it would be fine.
