Really cute dress. Very figure flattering, I added a black jacket for work. 
Only con-the lining sticks to tights and doesn't stay down. With bare legs, not an issue. 

I rented for work - it's a great fit and flattering on curves but for work I prefer something a touch looser. I'd order the 8 next time. 

Very chic dress for the office.  It fit well in the top but was tight through the hips so next time I would size up to a 4.

Flattering fit and easy to zip up the back. Texture of the front is forgiving and adds interest. Will definitely rent again!

Great fit. Recieved compliments. It was a tiny bit short on me (5'10") but I wore it on a Friday and paired with black tights.

This dress is perfect for the office.  Hugs your body just enough - the fabric has a bit of stretch but it is heavier so it is forgiving and smoothing to the body.  It's also a good length for the office.  Neckline is crew - I wore a blingy necklace to enhance the blah neutral color of the dress.  I also wore with booties to give the outfit a little more oomph.  I didn't show a picture but I had a burgundy leather moto jacket and printed silk neck scarf, too.  The dress has unfinished seam edges which I thought looked cool.

This dress is extremely flattering and comfy! 

Fits snugly but comfortably. Lots of stretch. Wear a good shaper, be sure bra is black, it might peak a boo thru the arm hole. Nice change from a basic work dress. 

Dress was super comfy I sized up and was glad I did! The material is unique and not as casual as it looks in the picture online. The cut is great and different works for the office 

This dress feels great on but hugs the curves all the way- too much for work!  I think maybe the 6 would have worked better but may have been less flattering on top.  I am between a 4 and a 6.

This dress is just too cool. Who ever thought a thick tweed-like fabric could look so amazing? The dress fit like a glove. It was little short when I sat down. The lining would also ride up as I walked. No one could tell but it was bit uncomfortable for me. I felt really stylish in this dress.

Definitely fitted, but a stretchy material. I like the constrasting fabrics. Decent way to mix up my work wardrobe. 

I love the look of this dress, unique but still biz casual. It was on the loose side, especially at the end of the long work day, but it was very comfortable and I got a lot of compliments!

This dress was one of my favorite! I got it for work but its easy can be transition to night or dinner,- just add some jewelry & heels. Fabric had nice stretch to hug in right places, had lining to feel its not flimsy  fabric. Ruff edge tweed fabric give  designer effect - i would consider its more spring, fall dress( not summer). It may probably work with turtle neck 

I wore this for a conference where I was on stage in front of a crowd. Lots of compliments. Great fit and perfectly snug in the right places. Very high quality fabric fully lined but not hot. Unique rough unfinished look but so refined and sleek for a work dress.

I rented this as part of my unlimited subscription. The dress is nicely constructed. It has a stretchy black under the canvass grey material. It is very fitted. As a large girl (5'11" and size. 12), I felt very self conscious in it. If you have any problem areas, like my post-baby belly, spanks are necessary. When I went to work, I actually threw a black suit jacket over it. My husband LOVED it. He said it was very form-fitting and sexy. I'd definitely rent a dress from this designer again!

This dress has heavy quality fabric but still wrinkled by the end of the day.  I paired it with black pumps for a professional work look.  It fits snug, but is true to size.  

Dress is flattering and comfortable.  Works well in professional setting.  Highly recommend.

The rough edges on this dress give it just enough umph for a lady that wants to remain RTR chic, and the rest is a pretty classic pencil dress with stretch! The back side is pretty much all black (stretchier material) and the front and sides have the most visual appeal. There was a weird rippling at the neckline which I could not fix but didn't care about (a bib necklace of some sort would do the trick). Play it up with a fun-colored pump! I don't have a waist, but I do have some booty, so for all of you straight and narrow types (from the front) feel free to wear with a skinny belt like I did. It doesn't feel/look as weird as you might think, given the darts.

This dress was good quality and super comfortable. It ran true to size. I rented it for an onsite visit with a client. I am short (barely 5'1")so it hit my legs at sort of an awkward spot, and I felt made me look a little but dumpy. Probably should have worn with pumps to elongate my legs. 

My only issue with the dress is the quality of stitching where the 2 fabrics merge. 

Loved how this dress fit. The fabric had just enough stretch to make it comfortable, but not too much so it looked nicely fitted. There are "unfinished edges", which I couldn't tell from the picture, but overall, I was pleased.

Wore this to an evening work event. Wanted something professional but also stylish and this was perfect. It's a bit curve-hugging and the fabric make it kind of edgy - but it's still professional and definitely not too loud. Would rent again.

I rented this as part of my unlimited subscription just to wear to work at my job as a school teacher.   I wish I could buy this dress.  The fabric is very high quality and so comfortable and fits just right.   The 4 is perfect for teaching all day, but I definitely could have done a 2 if I was looking for something more form-fitting.   This dress looks edgy but classy.  The hems are intentionally a little frayed, which gives the dress a less conservative look.   I work with fashion obsessed brand conscious high school girls and they gave me so many compliments.  

This sheath is stunning before you even put it on. The fabric is thick and stretchy all in one...imagine Spanx without all of that suffocation feeling! The grey almost flannel feeling front panel is not itchy but yet thick and almost warm. Wore this out on a January night in NYC with a light over coat and swore the dress made all the difference between my being comfortable standing outside in the cold as opposed to the usual freezing-yet-I-look-fab feeling! The back and black part of the dress is also a thick and stretchy fabric with a thick visible zipper down the middle back.  

It's just beautiful to the touch and on! You can wear pretty much whatever you want underneath: usual bra, comfortable panties, tights or no tights. The dress fits true to size and if you want the tighter,  sexier feel I would size down so that it is really form-fitting. You can dress it up and pretty much accessorize with anything! So no frills or fuss yet stunning all the way around!



The dress was really comfortable - wore it for 12+ hours without wanting to take it off. Very flattering and got tons of compliments!

The material is soft and has a very nice stretch.  I paired it with a black sweater but I think it would work with a blazer as well.

Dress is a nice professional look. The bodice design gives a strange asymmetrical look to your chest though. The dress I got was a bit beat up - seams coming unraveled, arm hole was entirely undone. Hopefully it will be repaired or taken out of rotation. Overall looked good and was comfortable.
