Far too small to wear
I took this dress out of the travel bag and knew immediately it would not fit. I ordered a size 12 which is what i usually wear but even if they had a size up available, it wouldn't have fit. It is a thick fabric which makes it run small. It looked like a size 2 and when I went to try it on, I didn't even pull it up all the way before I thought "no chance." If you have any sort of curves, hips, small pouch of a tummy, chest, this is going to hug you all over. It is a beautiful dress and I wish I could have worn it but it was extremely unflattering. I personally don't like to show off my curves so when my little pouch of my tummy stood out, i was not pleased! If you have a lean body type, I hope you rent this dress, it'll look amazing!

Wore it for a date night in March in NYC
I ordered this dress for a date night in March in NYC. I wanted to wear something different and I don't own a LBD. I usually wear a size 12 but I ordered a 10 because that is all they had available. It was a stretchy material so i was nervous it was going to hug all my curves but it was actually ok. Not as flattering as I had hoped but naturally, the black worked it's magic and made me feel good. It was a decent length, not too small that i had to worry all night about tugging it down but not too long that i looked twice my age. The round neck made my shoulders feel a bit broad but the cut out made it fun and unnecessary to accessorize aside from a couple bracelets.

I rented this dress for date night in March in NYC. I usually wear a size 12 but I could tell from the picture that the fabric would be very tight so I ordered a size up, 14, in hopes it would give me some wiggle room. It did not. The 14 was so tight, showed every unwanted section, i couldn't even zip it the whole way. I imagine it would look great on a lean body type with no curves.

Just like the ML MONIQUE LHUILLIER dress, the band around the waist rested right above my handles and the bottom half flared out a lot which was very unflattering for my body type.

Beautiful dress for a petite frame. Unfortunately, the middle band rested right above my handles and the bottom half flared out which very unflattering. I knew I had to return this dress before it was even fully zippered.

Beautiful color and good fit. I was worried about the middle section being tight on my waist and flaring out to accentuate my hips but it did not. It has pockets which is useful! The only reason I didn't wear this dress in the end was being the "embellishment" on the chest made my shoulders look more broad than they already are. It would have looked very cute on more of a petite frame. I recommend trying this dress though, I would have worn it if I had nothing else, it just didn't fancy my body type. Quality material as well, stretchy enough but firm that it did not grab.

Perfect dress for a party!
I received this dress and was nervous while viewing it on the hanger, the width did not look like a size 12 (at least in my eyes). But when I put it on, the zipper went straight up no problem. The fabric was so comfortable and flattering, I was shocked when I looked in the mirror and loved how it fit. The print is exactly how you see it which makes it fun for any party. I personally hate my arms so I paired it with a black blazer. You can make this dress look as formal or as fun as you'd like. The ONLY con to this dress was it is fairly short to begin with and it was riding up the entire time I was walking. While walking around the city, I was constantly pulling it down, I was basically walking with my hands permanently attached to the dress. But once I got to dinner and the bar, all was well. It didn't ride up at all while at the bar, because I was mostly standing, dancing a bit but nothing outrageous where all of a sudden you're bearing everything. Overall, I had so much fun wearing this dress for my boyfriends birthday. I felt great in it, it was fun, flattering and RTR gave a wonderful first experience renting, I look forward to doing this more for events.
