Great piece for work
Great to wear over a dress or with pants. Super comfortable but looks polished.

I sized up to L so it wouldn't be skin tight. Wore a ton for work and other events (dinners, etc). Worked with pants and skirts and over dresses.

The smocking around the top/bust is very forgiving. However right below is stiff linen with 0 give. I’d size up if possible. Had to return before my event.

Wanted to love this one
I couldn’t even zip it up. The length was great (I’m 5’9) and a pretty standard 8 and could not zip up the back, even with spanx on. Sad, would have been perfect for the party I went to that night.

Great dress for spring events
I wore to a baby shower at a country club. Felt great in it. Was a tad snug around my ribs but not enough to not button. Would rent again and again.

Wore this to a dear friend's bridal brunch in NYC
This dress was amazing. I've always been a DVF fan. Loved the shirt dress feel with the buttons on the top but still was a classic DVF wrap. The fabric was incredibly stretchy and comfortable. Have been scouring the internet to purchase for myself.

Perfect dress for a wedding
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this dress fit. I had some concerns with no stretch in the fabric, but I was comfortable both sitting and dancing all night. I wore with black suede pointy toed pumps as it was a November night wedding, but would have looked great with strappy sandals as shown on the model. Would absolutely rent again!

Perfect holiday dress!
I wore for a holiday wedding and could not have been happier with my choice. The back bow was a fun detail. I didn't need a bra, but definitely would recommend pasties underneath if you're going to skip it too. I'm sure a strapless would work fine as well. And, the biggest bonus of all, POCKETS!

This skirt made for such a fun outfit for a Christmas party!
I was so comfortable all night. The 8 fit true to size and I would recommend if wearing with a crop top. The elastic waistband was key to ensure a snug but not at all uncomfortable fit. The 10 would have worked as well, especially with a fun belt. I paired with a buffalo check plaid long sleeve button down shirt, heels, and fabulous chandelier earrings. Would rent again in a second!

Perfect color for a more than perfect day.
I've worn ML dresses before but based on the other reviews, I ordered my regular size and the size smaller. The 8 was a bit big in the top so I wore the 6 which fit better. And, the best bonus, pockets! Was great to keep my phone in my pocket to capture all the fabulous moments of a most fun wedding. Definitely recommend renting!

Unfortunately, this just wasn't what I was expecting. The fabric is a stretchy/jersey/crepe and just did not look right on me at all. Was hoping to wear for my boyfriend's dad's 60th birthday party. Sad that it didn't work out.

the dreaded hurricane...
Unfortunately, the dress arrived a few days after my event due to Hurricane Sandy. I wasn't able to attend the event anyway. However, I tried the dress on before sending it back and could not have been happier about my choice. The dress was so gorgeous and beyond flattering. I have a friend who could not be any different in terms of height, size, etc and the dress looked as stunning on her a few months ago as it did on me now. I'm very sad I didn't get to wear it out on the town, but will absolutely be renting in the future!
