This was a very cute dress but should have sized up. 

This was an excellent fall work dress - I got so many compliments at the office! Way more flattering on the body compared to the hanger. I probably would have bought this dress except it was a bit too small across the bust (buttons kept wanting to come undone).

I LOVE this dress (and the other similar ones from Derek Lam)! You can’t go wrong with a corseted waist and a voluminous skirt with pockets. Comfortable for everyday wear and cute enough for work or going out for a meal.  Next time, I would order a 2, because I needed a little more length on the arm and maybe an inch more around the cuff for the perfect fit. 

Loved the silhouette of the dress but the sleeves were a tad short. Was able to roll them up which still worked. 

This was so flattering. Wore it for work and for everyday wear.

Middle is corset so it was a bit tight on the bust. Light and airy

The buttons holes of the dress in size 10 were so stretched they had to be pinned/stitched to stay closed. Any movement and they came undone. Loved the cinched/corset waist and long sleeves. 

Very light weight cotton- better for summer but works well with tights and a cardigan for fall/winter. I think the print can be any season but the colors might seem more of a spring vibe.  I'm 5'8" with about a 36DD chest and 155ish pounds while wearing this dress. Love Derek Lam! 

This was a perfect dress for fall at work and comfortable.

This dress is so pretty and fun, slightly tight through the stomach so I would size up. 

Normally, floral maxi dresses are my go-to - but I did not care for this dress. It was way too conservative. No thank you. 

Loved but was a little snug. Should have gone with a 4. Beautiful pattern and great for work! Breathable. 

This is the prefect dress for every day/work/parties/dinner dates/etc. The style is so flattering and the pattern so fun. Super easy to dress up or down

I rented this for a spring trip to Napa that ended up having some chilly temps. I wore it with a long sweater or jacket, so that probably took a little away from the style. But I’d say with the corset style middle and puffy shoulders, it wasn’t totally my style anyway. Almost felt a little 1890s🤣 But it has a pretty pattern, was comfortable to wear and perfect for a spring, chilly, winery day! 

Such a flattering fit. Wore for lunch on bachelorette trip but was also able to wear to office before sending back. 

Very fitted! Small in the bust so be forewarned! Cute print and the wrinkles easily shook out. 

 Beautiful soft fabric, great pattern, interesting detail around the waist and the buttons in the front. However this runs extremely small I sized up, and it still wasn’t enough.

Versatile. Wore it to work and for a family event - great spring dress with a really cool mid section design/ fitted look 

I wore to a baby shower at a country club. Felt great in it.  Was a tad snug around my ribs but not enough to not button.  Would rent again and again.
