This dress is gorgeous and HEAVY material but I LOVED it. Wore for a work conference and received so many compliments. Fit is true to size.

Wore it to a conference and got a ton of compliments. There’s some glittery thread woven through the fabric to make things more interesting. It does hit a few inches above the knee unless you’re really short. Seriously considered buying this one. 

Works very well in office during the cold winter.   Def looks formal but not overdo. 

Perfect to wear for a work conference in the winter. It fit nicely! My only complaint is it was a little itchy. 

This dress was perfect for a business Christmas party. The buttons have rhinestones and the fabric has a bit of sparkle which elevate the dress, but is not gaudy. The fabric is thick, so perfect for outside venue. Fit like a glove and so comfortable. I’m 5‘1“ and it was the perfect length.

I felt the buttons with rhinestones made this more formal than I would wear for work. Had they been black, gold, or silver it would have worked. The fit is very nice. It is definitely a cold weather dress. Thick and warm. 

Loved this dress! Was pleasantly surprised that it had pockets too!! I thought the buttons were gold but they are sparkly silver. 

I liked this dress. The material was high quality and felt warm, which made it perfect for a full day of meetings followed by an evening event. It was pretty in person and the sparkly buttons added a nice touch. The fit was a little big on me and did not define my shape as much as I expected, although I am not sure if it was the size or recent weight loss. Even so, it was comfortable, polished, and held up beautifully throughout the day. I would consider renting it again in a smaller size.

This dress was perfect for meeting days at work. It felt authoritative, but still stylish with the solver accents and metallic threading. 

This dress is beautiful and fits true to size. It was longer than I expected, which actually made it perfect for work. The material is quite thick, so it’s great for cooler weather. The rhinestone-button detail adds a nice touch—though a few were missing on the one I received, it wasn’t very noticeable. The fabric has very little stretch, and between the thicker material and the collared, jacket-style neckline, it can feel a bit stuffy. Overall, though, it’s a chic, polished dress with a structured fit.

Fit perfectly. I wished the pockets were real. Very professional. Be aware that this is very heavy. Would not be suitable for warmer weather. 

This was so chic for a big work meeting and the dress has some sparkly thread that gives it a little more upscale and chic look. I sized up for the top and it was a little looser on the bottom so if you are not chesty you could probably size down

Beautiful and warm. A little wide in the shoulders and long in the sleeves for petite but overall really nice.

I wore this to work and got a lot of complements. Saw AOC leading a tour of the white house in the same dress a day later! Maybe she also does RTR?! Very cute fit

This was gorgeous. Perfect fit. I would’ve liked if it was a tad longer for a more traditional workplace, but it was beautiful as it was

This was such a nice dress. I didn't end up wearing it because it's the material is too thick for May, but I'll rent again for Fall or Winter. Great length for work events which is what I was looking for. 

This dress is adorable and I got a ton of compliments at work. Pairs well with loafers or ballet flats. It was a little bit long in the arms. I wouldn't suggest renting during warmer months because the fabric is quite thick. 

Led a 40 person bootcamp on AI and impressed the VP in this number. Boardroom gal vibes. 

The dress was a bit short for my liking therefore I did not wear it. I needed it for a board meeting and didn't seem appropriate BUT it's cuteeee. Maybe for date night? Or night out with friends. 

Wore this for a big meeting and felt like the boss that I am. It’s the perfect blend of professional and powerful — structured enough to command the room, but still super flattering and comfortable.  If you’ve got an interview, presentation or just want to channel main character energy at work, rent this one! 

I loved this blazer dress!! I’m glad I went up a size because it was tight in the chest. The arms were a little big and long, but nothing too crazy. The length was perfectly professional while also being something I could wear for drinks with friends after work

This was the perfect professional dress! Wore it twice for work events and got a million compliments. It's heavy but not too hot. Felt cute but very put together. I wore tights because it was cold but the dress is long enough not to need that. 

It was bulky and too hot for warm weather but the shape was perfect. Great for a large chest. 

This dress is so much better in person than in pictures! I rented it for a conference. When selecting outfits I asked for some of my friend’s opinions. This was hands down their favorite! Some things to note: 
It is on the short side, so you may plan to wear tights as I did. 
It is VERY warm! The material is thick. Conference rooms are always cold so this worked perfectly for me. 
The inside of the neckline where the lining did not cover was itchy. I didn’t have a tank top or camisole to wear under it. In a pinch I used tissue between the fabric and my skin and it worked wonderfully! (I think it stuck to the texture of the fabric.)
The dress has a side zipper that goes from waist to just under the armpit. It was snug around the rib area, so if you are busty consider sizing up. 
For me this ended up being a great choice based on the quality of the fabric and the cut of the dress. 

I'm short and it was a little long on me but that was kinda perfect because I wore it for a work conference

She's a professional stunner. Slight fit issues if you're on the bustier/thicker side. This was difficult to get on and slightly tight in the arms and chest but I made it work. Loved it nonetheless. Consider sizing up. 

I wore this for a private jet flight attendant group interview. Everyone complimented me and I felt and looked elegant, so much so I purchased it.
