Wedding Guest Dress
Love this dress. I originally ordered it for the party before my cousin’s wedding, but ended up wearing it to the ceremony/reception. The fabric has a beautiful sheen to it which elevates the dress. I also loved how the straps were adjustable so it can fit different cup sizes. Super comfortable the entire night!

SHORT
This was such a comfortable and fun dress. The color was the perfect pop of magenta and the ruching was super flattering. I am tall, but I have a short torso, so if you are all legs, it is quite short. I wore the large for the extra quarter inch of fabric and it was still a little risky. If I wasn’t wearing tights, I may have not worn it because of that. Loved everything else about it; I wore a sticky bra and it was not a problem.

Great dress for the fall! I wore the 8 for my shoulders, so there was a little extra fabric in the waist/hips. Very comfortable and a great length. Rent it.

First RTR Disappointment
There was no way to make this dress work for me. The slit was too high and the top was too tight for my shoulders. If you have long legs and broad shoulders, don’t waste your time.

Versatile dress
I wore this out for a date night in January. To make it less formal, I wore a leather jacket and black booties. The dress was exactly as expected. The ruching and pleats are very flattering. There is no zipper on the side like other dresses, so it is a bit awkward pulling it on—especially if you have wider shoulders.

Beautiful dress, just not right for me
This dress is gorgeous. The pattern and colors are perfect for fall. It fits great and as expected. I knew there would be a need for fashion tape and I didn’t have any issues until I had to sit down for dinner. I was very self-conscious about having a wardrobe malfunction.

Get this dress!
My favorite rental ever. The medium long wasn’t available so I only had the small long to work with. I am usually either a 4 or 6 depending on the designer and the small long fit perfectly. The cut, ruching, and material worked together to create the most flattering silhouette. It was also one of the most comfortable dresses I have ever worn.

Perfect Jumpsuit for Long legs + Short torso
I have been renting from RTR for 7 years and this was my first jumpsuit. I have long legs and a short torso, so rompers/jumpsuits never seem to fit right. This jumpsuit was the perfect length and the fabric was super comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that the top bunched in the midsection while sitting which was more annoying than problematic.

Fun and elegant dress
This dress is high quality and such a beautiful jewel tone. I wore modesty petals because a strapless bra does not work with this cut. I didn’t have any issues with the straps being too long, but I do have wider shoulders.

Backup Dress Turned into My Favorite Rental
This dress is perfect. I received it as a backup option and I am so glad it was available because it turned out to be THE BEST dress I have rented from RTR. The tie-back made the dress tight enough up top that I didn’t need a bra. The slight flare to the skirt was extremely flattering and the abstract print made it a bit more edgy rather than feminine. I paired it with a black leather jacket when the temp dropped in the mountains. If you are on the fence about this one, just rent it, you’ll love it!

Will Order Again
This was one of two backup dresses I received when my original dress was unsatisfactory. It was a tough decision between the two, but I went with the other dress simply because it fit the style of the wedding a bit more. This dress is beautiful and ultra-feminine. I have wide shoulders so the zip-up was a bit tight, which is why I would say it runs small if you have an athletic build. I will be renting again for the right occasion!

Simple and Elegant
This was my first formal dress rental and I could not have been more pleased. I typically wear a size 6 in Elizabeth and James, but I followed the advice of other reviews and sized up to an 8L. I wore flats, but could have worn a small heel and it would have still been long enough. The material is thick and forms to the body so I went bra-less and still felt supported. I would highly recommend for any formal occasion!

Fun and Flattering
Everything about this dress is fun—the neckline, the skirt, the color. Elizabeth and James always produces high quality dresses and this is no exception. I wore this at 12 weeks postpartum so my breasts are up a cup size. This fit and flair mini showed off my arms and legs and covered my tummy which was perfect. One of my favorite rentals.

Bohemian Baby Shower
I wore this for my baby shower at 32 weeks pregnant. The length was perfect, even with a baby bump. It photographs beautifully and is extremely comfortable. I only gave it three stars because the elastic in the bodice seemed to cheapen up the quality of the dress overall.

Bump Friendly Fabulous
I wore this for a wedding in early November in California. At 27 weeks pregnant, I was unsure of sizing. Thanks to reviews, I was fairly confident in the size 8 and it did not disappoint. I am up a cup size in my bra and 20 lbs heavier than usual and this dress was beyond comfortable. I would highly recommend whether you are pregnant or not!

Bump Friendly and Fabulous
So happy I chose this as my first pregnancy rental. At 19 weeks pregnant, my bump is just starting to show and hasn't quite "popped" yet. The shift style was super flattering and comfortable. I wore the medium only because my chest is up a full cup size and the small was a little tight across the bust. I would highly recommend--whether you are pregnant or not.

LBD with a twist
I ordered both the 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 6 because the clasp on the strappy portion of the 4 was in questionable condition. It worked out well because the straps were adjustable. This dress is surprisingly comfortable. I was disappointed in the quality of construction on the straps and clasps, but the fabric was nice.

Perfect Dress for a Wedding Guest
This dress is in my top three rentals ever. The color is perfect for a spring event. The length and neckline made the dress appropriate for the church, but the lace and little pops of sheer at the top and midsection made it fun and flirty for the reception. I was able to sit comfortably through dinner and tear up the dance floor despite the form fitting silhouette. The fabric is high quality and the craftsmanship impeccable. I will definitely be looking to rent from Monique Lhuillier in the future.

Wonderful Pop of Color
This was one of my favorite rentals! The color is gorgeous and the cut is sexy but not in your face. I LOVED the fact that I didn't need to wear a bra and despite the tight skirt, it was easy to get low during SHOUT! Definitely a great party dress, I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Party Dress
I wore this dress for my wedding rehearsal dinner. This dress is definitely an attention getter, I received numerous compliments from strangers as we walked through the hotel lobby and on the elevator. The cut was super sexy, but the length made it tasteful for the event. The fabric is thick and high quality. I gave it 4 stars for two reasons. Finding the proper undergarments took a few trials to get it right. Also, sitting in the car was somewhat uncomfortable because it pulled the collar tighter around your neck, but I didn't notice it sitting during dinner.

Simple and elegant
I did not wear a veil for my outdoor wedding so I needed something special for my hair. This piece was perfect! Smaller than I expected, I had my reservations when it first arrived, however, once my hairstylist placed it in my updo, I knew I had made the right choice. My hair is extremely curly and has a lot of texture, so it held the comb extremely well. I had some extra pins to hold it in place, but if your hairstylist knows what he/she is doing that thing isn't moving for the rest of the night. I had it in for 17 hours on my wedding day with no slipping or readjusting needed.

I felt like a princess!
I usually wear a 4 or a 6 and the 4 fit perfectly. I am 5'10" so length can sometimes be an issue for me, but the tea length was exactly what I wanted. The heavier material was perfect for an April wedding in Chicago. My favorite rental so far!

Perfect dress for an outdoor wedding
I love this dress! The fabric and lace were stretchy which allowed the dress to hug all of the right places. I wore a convertible bra so a strapless was not required. I was worried it may be too short for a wedding, but for a casual outdoor ceremony, it was perfect. It was also 95 degrees during the vows so the cutouts and light fabric really helped! The color is a beautiful apricot. I highly recommend this dress.

Vibrant colors perfect for a spring wedding
Tall girls will have a hard time with the length of this dress. I tried on the 4L; the blue lining hung longer than the floral layer and barely reached my feet. I wore the 6L and it was a tad longer, but you definitely have to wear flats. The structure of the dress was wonderful, it stayed up all night even while dancing.

Perfect dress for a Vegas wedding
This was my first RTR experience. I chose to try it in Vegas since there is a store location in the Cosmopolitan, in case there were any issues with the delivery. Luckily, everything went perfectly smooth! Both dresses arrived at the hotel on time and in great condition. I tried on both dresses and decided to go with the size 6. I have wider shoulders and the 6 was easier to zip than the 4. The fabric was high quality and thick, yet not heavy--which was important for a wedding in the desert. The color is much more of a hot pink in person, which was fine for this particular wedding. But I wish it was closer to the color it appears in photos. Overall, it was a beautiful dress, I received tons of compliments!
