This dress was gorgeous and comfortable. I wore to a black tie wedding and it was perfect for a long day of formal event demands, then dancing. I switched to adidas sneakers by the end, and it was still cute! The only challenge I encountered was I forgot the low cut back bra that I wish I had had. But the top was loose enough and layered enough that you couldn’t tell I went without!! 

The fabric is good quality and has a little stretch to it. The top was not too snug, draped a little. Fit well, very flattering. Tons of compliments. She is a classy choice for any fall event. 

Perfect fit and style for an elegant occasion

I wore this dress to a wedding in May 2023. I got so many compliments and it fit so well! I loved the leg slit, the velvet, the fit. If you're thinking about it, do it!

This dress is perfect in so many ways. From fit, to color, to the sexiest split! The velvet and cinched torso combo is super flattering. I wore this dress to a formal dinner and after party. It transitions from one affair to the next seamlessly. Would definitely rent again!

I wore this dress to a wedding, it was absolutely stunning and fit perfect! Fits TTS ! 

This dress looks like it can only be worn for a formal affair but was easy to style into a date/nicer event. Really comfortable. Pretty sure they just gave me an xs since it was still long and did not have any xs p on the tag. So it was slightly long, but manageable. Really loved it. 

This dress is absolutely fabulous!!!!!! I wore it to a wedding and had lots of compliments. The color, fit, and feel were gorgeous. The back is more wide open than expected, so I could wear a bra. Good thing I had backup pasties. And the back was beautiful too.

This dress is a gem!!

My biggest problem area is my stomach. The ruching on this dress really creates a flattering fit. I struggle with feeling confident/attractive in clothing. I received so many compliments and felt like I was living my best life. Highly recommend!

This is different than the types of dresses I normally wear, but it was so much fun! Felt very sexy and elegant. Got tons of compliments. Perfect for a formal wedding. I was worried the high slit would be too much, but it's well balance by the neckline.

I was worried when I had to get a small instead of a medium, but the stretch had just enough to give to hug all my curves and the design in the front was incredibly flattering to hide any tummy bulge. Comfortable and effortless, I danced all night and felt like a million bucks. I was showered in compliments and it was literally painful to send this back. Favorite gown I've ever worn.

If you're pear shaped and you wanna look glam af just get this. The fit was so good I'm keeping an eye on this designers now. It has 3 clasps at the neck, easy to put on, not constricting. Didn't bother with a bra and because of the texture you can't tell (smaller chested tho). 

Bottom was snug but not too tight. Slit was a good height and didn't budge too much just sitting around. But I like to dance and I have a butt (size 12-14 in pants) so based on my test run if I get this for a wedding I'll size up to an L to be safe. 

I wore this for my engagement photos and I have to say, I felt the most beautiful in this dress! It fit like a glove and was soft and comfortable. The length of this dress hit perfectly for my 5'5 frame, so may be shorter for the taller ladies. 

Fit perfectly. I'm 5'6/145 lbs. The slit is definitely high. I felt great and it was really comfortable and forgiving. 

This is by far the sexiest most incredible dress I've ever worn. It is extremely flattering. The velvet is just decadent and the cut accentuates your legs and waist. On top of it all it's soo comfortable. Highly recommend this piece. #wedding #formal 

Shoulder pads were odd and the top back of neck snaps could come undone if you dance a little too wild, but the material is awesome, the fit is SO FLATTERING, and it's elegant while being strikingly sexy. Obsessed with this dress!! 

This dress felt luxurious and the slit was sassy and extra help with cutting a rug on the dance floor. It does gather fairly tightly at the waist. 

This dress is so amazing. The velvet material isn't super heavy like I thought it would be. It's stretchy, so I'd say even a size 6 could fit into a small. 
I'm a size 2-4 & I was able to put it on without even using the zipper (only bc I didn't realize there was a zipper until after) but that just shows it fit smoothly!

Beware, you won't be able to slim yourself down using spanks with this due to the slit. I even tried with the thong seamless spanks & you could see the lines. 

This is a great dress for a special evening that is little fuss in terms of adjusting it etc. over the course of the night, unlike many evening dresses. The dress is lightweight which is great for moving and comfort. 

This was such a beautiful dress, I received so many compliments. I had to order an LR which is a size up from what I typicalt wear because that was the only thing left but it ended up fitting perfectly with a little room to hide the imperfections! The length was perfect being that I'm super short, but it went great with heels. It was a beautiful dress and if you can get your hands on it I would highly recommend! 

I wore this to the Dominican Independence Party and it was a showstopper!! Someone told me I looked like a Dominican Barbie I I was like "omg I am sooo glad I was able to rock this look!!" Perfect for the hourglass shape. Room enough to dance all night. I had a blast and I recommend this rental!! 

This dress was one of my favorites I've ever rented (and I've rented a lot)! Unique, beautiful and super comfortable. The color ranges from blue to more of a teal depending on the light. I wore it to a January wedding in Florida, and the velvet material was still comfortable in the upper 70's temps. I'd definitely recommend it for pear shapes like myself, as it hugs on the bottom but the looseness on the top balances you out. If you're more of a straight & narrow shape I'd probably size down to an XS, but the small worked for me since I'm bigger in the hips where it's snug. In terms of length, I'm 5'5" and the regular just dusted the ground without heels. I wore 3" heels and it still worked fine, but if you're any taller than me I'd go with a long. There's an open/keyhole back so you can wear sticky bra or I was totally comfortable just going braless with the thick material. Overall highly recommend!

Loved this dress! I wore a small because it was the only size available. I'm 5'7" so should've gotten a Medium or Large, but still was beautiful!

I did not end up wearing the SL due to length; I was wearing flats and it would be too long. I am sure the SR would have been the perfect length for what I needed, but it was not available for my dates. Please see my more detailed review of the SXR for more detailed fit/color comments. Admittedly, this was much more comfortable in the torso than the SXR. Pic is of the length of the SL under flat shoes. 

Tiny bit big, but length was perfect for me. I wore this to a winter wedding and I got so many compliments!

Wore to an elevated cocktail wedding reception in January and received lots of compliments. Slit was a bit higher when sitting down but didn’t feel inappropriate with the high neck and thick velvet fabric. Danced in it all night! I’m a 0/2 and sized down and am glad I did. 

Wore this dress to a black tie optional wedding and received many complements on it. It was very comfortable and fit perfectly.

I think it hugged in all the right places. 

Gorgeous and comfortable dress - is there such a thing? Yes! This dress fit so well and was incredibly flattering and no need to wear shapewear! I ordered a long, a must if you’re tall and wearing heels. This was an A+ rental

Fit like a glove. A comfortable expensive glove. I loved it so much. Danced comfortably in it! I chose a sticky bra that would still leave the back open, but could have worn without a bra too. One dislike is that I don’t know how to wear nice things and kept putting my legs in a way that maybe made them look awkward in pictures? Still, such a nice dress. Lots of compliments.

This dress was super comfortable and easy to move in. I tried on both the small and extra small, but decided on wearing the extra small for a more form fitted look (although but fit nicely).  The slit was the perfect length, not over revealing while walking or sitting. I received many compliments throughout the night and felt confident in this stunning dress. This has been one of my favorite dresses to wear. 

This dress is stunning! I know the medium would have been the better fit, but the small ended up being the only size they could send and I was so shocked how easily it went on. The dress is full of stretch and very comfortable. I had so many compliments on it!

My measurements are 34C bust, 30 waist and 42 hips 5’6” height.  I ordered a size 4 and it was slightly snug. I would size up in this brand. Overall, it was a beautiful dress and I received lots of compliments at the wedding my spouse and I attended. 

Leggy figure flattering velvet.  I love it more on person - in photos I feel like the top looks a little wide and flat. Still a lovely dress for the occasion

I found the neck to be a little bulky and it was too long for me but everything is too long when you're 5'0".  I'm wearing 4" heels and it was just above the floor.

Wore this to a work formal affair and it was the perfect amount of “sexy” for a conservative event. The dress was extremely comfortable and I love the placement of the ruching. 

Had to size up since my normal size (S) wasn’t available. Because of that, the Medium was a little baggy up top and the length was a bit too long, so it would be perfect if I was initially a size MR. Still worked well as a sleek look with some accessories (esp the long necklace) since the front is a little bland. The blue velvet pairs well with both gold and silver, and the slit in the back was such a nice touch. Leg slit wasn’t too high either (which could be because it was a little too big on me, but it worked out well).

Got a lot of compliments!! Must rent this one again!

This dress was very comfortable to wear. Did not have to have special undergarments at all. The slit is sexy, but not inappropriate. Felt very comfortable all evening.

Loved the fit, was comfy, easy to dance in! Only thing I would do next time is order a tall since it just hit my ankle in the regular. 

I received so many compliments on this dress. I loved it. I should have sized up because mama has a little extra love on her lower half that she isn’t used to yet and I was a little self conscious about the slit. I still felt great it in and I hope others do too! 

Ordered this for a black tie gala, but my plans ended up changing - so instead of wearing something else I just threw my cowboy boots on with it & it ended up still looking great! So incredibly comfortable & stylish! 

I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat.  I got a Large regular length was very comfortable, and a good length even with heels.  Probably could have gone with the Medium Regular if that size had been available for a more hugging fit.  

I got so many compliments. It was super comfy and I loved how stretchy it was. Bc of the thick material and way the material is gathered it made me feel really comfortable. I’m short (5’1) and the XSR worked great. I had high heels on (3-4”) and the length worked great. Not on the ground at all. Highly recommend. Listen to the other reviews! 

I’m 5’7”, about 150lbs and I wore a size 4 to my office Christmas party. It fit perfectly! Not too tight and so unbelievably comfortable! It didn’t drag on the floor which was great and made it easier to move around. The slit was slightly higher than I expected but still appropriate for work and I loved it. Everyone kept complimenting me on the dress which felt amazing! I would absolutely rent this again in a heartbeat! 

Loved this dress so much! The slit is a big bigger than I expected but it still made for a classy look. The back is also partially exposed, nothing that boob tape can’t solve, but keep it in mind. Paired with fun earrings and boots. SO many compliments, would rent again in a heartbeat.

I wore this to 2 separate winter formal affairs and it worked out perfectly even though it was a bit loose in the body, and even wearing 3 inch heels, it was still around an inch too long. A very lovely dress that I enjoyed wearing (SO comfortable and fabric was soft) but would have loved it even more if it was a tad smaller.

This was my back up dress and I was a little underwhelmed when I opened the bag but once I tried it on, I loved it and opted to wear it over my other dress. It's so comfortable and is snug in all the right places. I was worried the slit would be too high but it was fine all through the night. Would definitely recommend.
