I sent pictures of this dress and another (Shimmering Element) to some friends to help me decide what to wear as both are stunning. I ended up not wearing this but hope I can rent it in the future. The dress is surprisingly lightweight and while it's a mermaid I was comfortable walking around. This dress runs small for this designer, I wore a 0 in the Glisten Up Gown with no issues. I only tried on the 2 and it was pulling a little at my hips which are really more of a 4 (37") but I have a small waist (25"). The 4 probably would have fit as well and given me a bit more room, but I prefer my clothes more fitted. At my height I wouldn't wear shoes higher than 3" with this dress.

This dress is a head turner! I felt classy and sexy all night long - the pictures do not do justice for how figure flattering this dress is. It fit absolutely perfectly (waist: 25" hips: 37")and was just the right length for 3.5" heels. It is very comfortable and I was able to sit, walk, and dance without any issues.

I wore this dress for a night out and felt incredibly sexy and on trend! The cut outs are perfectly placed such that I was able to wear a strapless bra and are sexy without being revealing. This dress has stretch to it and was form fitting . It was very comfortable and I wore it with black tights and booties.

I wore this dress as Maid of Honor and felt beautiful all night. The 0 and 2 fit very closely so I went with the 0 as I prefer my clothes more fitted. The dress might have stretched out slightly over the night, but nothing major. I have an hourglass figure (read: round behind) and this dress was very figure flattering and fit well. I wore 3 inch heels and the dress just grazed the ground, There is a very slight train at the back. I received so many compliments and was sad to send this dress back.

This is the dress I was hoping to wear for my graduation, but I actually went with a different dress I ordered instead. This dress is very cute, but is not flattering on long-waisted women. The 2 fit around my body but the waist hit too high on me and looked like a maternity dress, plus I thought the hem was a bit short for what I was going for. I think this dress would be great for a woman with my bust/waist measurements but is 5'3 or under.

I wore this dress for my graduation from graduate school. It was a perfect dress for the occasion as it is lightweight (it's hot under those gowns!) and very figure flattering without being tight or constricting. I received so many complements and enjoyed wearing this dress all day - from the ceremony to late night celebrations!

I wore this dress for a fundraising dinner put on by my work. This dress was super flattering and comfortable all night and it wasn't as short on me as it is on the model. The velvet has a cool texture/pattern to it that makes it interesting to look at up close.
