Perfect for my rehearsal dinner!
Size up the dress and size down the spanx! This dress was extremely tight. I am 5'4", and 115 pounds. I wore a 2 but wished I'd sized up. I used stick on bra pads bc the back is a bit see thru (plus there was no room left in the dress to fit a bra!). The dress really is gorgeous and the material is great but as noted by other reviewers the lining peeks out from the bottom hem which takes away from the overall look slightly.

Comfortable, cotton fabric w/ a lot of give yet enough structure to look professional.
Runs a tad large so if you're between sizes size down. I'm normally a 2 and wore the XS with room to spare. Fabric is soft and stretchy. In person the length is longer then it shows on model.

Colorful work dress. Runs large.
Rented for a normal day on the office. I'm usually a size two, which is what I ordered. Fits ok but a little loose all around. This dress Might look better on curvier woman. The material is very textured which adds an element of interest. Overall it's a decent work dress, but I probably wouldn't rent again as there are too many other better options.

I sized down. Still Large and ill fitting
Not the quality I'm used to with RTR. Material felt cheap. I'm normally a 2, but this dress is 0 and it was still loose. Wasn't flattering. Sleeves add a little bit of interest but the thick seam inside the sleeve felt heavy and uncomfortable. RTR has plenty of other dresses- Don't waste your time on this one.

Lightweight and airy. Loved the colors!
Easy to wear although borderline short for the office. Arrived wrinkled but nothing a steamer couldn't fix. True to size but absolutely no give in fabric. If in between sizes, size up.

Nothing wrong with it per say. In fact it look polished and conservative for the office. Just felt a bit large and wasn't all that flattering or interesting.

Wore to my 1950's theme bridal shower. Perfect!
Adjustable straps. Back zipper. Fabric is thick and satiny and feels well made. Didn't ride up when I walked. Everything stayed put as it should. Worked really well for me and got endless compliments all afternoon. 5 stars!

Adjustable straps. Fits true to size. Unfortunately has the dreaded side zipper, but once it's zipped it's super comfortable.

Easily my favorite RTR garment for work!
So many compliments on this one! Fit great. Comfortable. Beautiful. Small issue with buttons coming loose but nothing a needle and thread couldn't fix! My normal size is 2. I ordered a 0 based on other reviews. It fit perfectly!

Beautiful. Had to keep yanking it down. Too hot for Summer.
Liked it but wouldn't rent again. A bit short but ok. Inches up as you are sitting. Every time I stood up I had to pull the dress back down. Material is a thick wool. Stretchy in places. I wore to work in August, which was way too hot! No zipper so you have to pull an over-the-head maneuver to get it on. As for pro's- Color block design was cool and the shortness in the length balances the long sleeves and conservative neckline. High quality fabric. Looks beautiful on.

Beautiful. Delicate. Comfortable. (But the wind is not your friend.)
Wore to work. Several compliments- even one from a total stranger! Loved the way this looked and felt. So comfortable! Only complaint is there is not a lot of overlap with the material, so wear some pretty underwear because it spreads apart upon waking upstairs, getting out of your car, bending at the knee, etc. Also I did have to pin the top and wear a push up bra to help the top fit properly.

I LOVE this dress. My favorite rental so far. My boyfriend loved it too. When he looked up and saw me in it he had a smile from ear to ear, followed with a "WOW!" :) Just be careful about the size. I'm 5'4", about 115 pounds, and a 32A. The Small (which shows as a size 4 on the inside tag) just fit. The material is somewhat thick and stretchy. Shapewear is a must with the dress as stretchy fabric tends to show every bulge. The tummy area has two little areas of ruching which look great. I felt elegant and beautiful!

Beware this dress run extremely small. I had tried the 2 and couldn't get it zipped. The 4 fit much better. I am small-busted and it was tight fitting around bust. So I would not recommend for bustier women. Overall look was great. It does bunch at the sides so I found myself pulling it down all day but I would consider renting again.

Nothing wrong with this dress., just didn't wow me. I think this dress would look better on curvier women. I am 5'4". I ordered the 2P because I didn't want it dragging on the floor. The picture shows me in heels about 2.5" high. The hem was about an inch off the ground. I was fine with the length but just wasn't "wowed" overall.

Overall the dress was fun, lightweight and something different. I sized up based on other reviews, but I think it ended up being a little too large. Should have gone with a 2. The bust area was baggy on me. The fabric is gorgeous with a mild sheen to it. There is no stretch or give, so you have to be careful about the size. This dress is definitely "cute" maybe a little too cutesy for the office.

Comfort Meets Fashion
This dress is very stretchy and the fabric is thin (but not see-thru). Extremely comfortable. I typically wear a small, 2 or 4 depending on designer but the XS fit me with room to spare. I was worried it would look too matronly with the polka dots and side ruffle but it actually looked polished and gave me curves. Wasn't a stand-out piece but glad I rented as it added variety to my otherwise sheath dress wardrobe.

This dress looks so much better in person than in the picture. The material is thick and high quality with a bit of stretch. Also has a lining which is nice. The other ladies in my office loved it! It's beautiful and professional.

I wanted to love this dress. And I would have if it wasn't so short. I'm only 5'4", so typically I can get away with a shorter style. but the length of this dress was just ridiculously short. It fell about 6" above my knee. Definitely not work appropriate. The other features of the dress- color, fabric, sizing, etc. were on point. The dress just needed to be longer.

Adorable work dress
Rented this for an every day work dress. Very comfortable. Not too form fitting. Cute and appropriate for conservative office. Dress fabric is thick and and has some texture to it which I liked. Pockets were cute. Overall wasn't wow-worthy but was a nice work outfit.
