The neckline was odd. It was difficult to find undergarments that worked.  It fit true to size.  But I think would be way too big in the chest if you were small or even average.  

Good work dress, received lots of compliments. I think it runs a little large, but was comfortable.

I (120lb 5'6") ordered this in a size 4 and it was quite big on me. I could have comfortably worn a size 2, I think, which is odd for me. The fabric was a bit heavy and scratchy for a summer event, but it was fine in the A/C. It might be better suited for work with a nice soft slip underneath. I wouldn't order this garment again. 

Wore this to a wedding and it was so comfortable and fit great! I normally wear size 8 but the 6 just fit better. I have long legs and it wasn't short or low cut. Would definitely recommend! 

Loved this one so much I wish I could buy it: the cut is great and the fabric is stretchy and forgiving. 

The cut could be a little low if you are bustier, but otherwise an awesome fit! And the color is an unusual one. It's perfect for work in the fall. 

Hugs you nicely.  Body slimmer needed for tummy area.  Super comfortable.  Nice length for sitting.  Wore a normal bra.  Great sleeve detail. 

It fit great. The material has some stretch to it which allowed me to move comfortably all night. 

Perfect for zoom. Flattering sleeves and beautiful material. Unfortunately the zero is huge in the waist. But still doable for work with an underlay.

Cute detail on the sleeve, nice professional length, however I felt like I was pulling at the top all day.  The neckline is incredibly deep and wide which started to show my bra strap.  

I did think the size was a bit too big for me especially on the hips, other than that, great color but I do wish the material was a bit thicker. 

Quality material and flattering fit. Love the sleeve and length. I normally wear a 6, but the 4 pictured here fit me more like a 6 would so suggest you opt for 1 size down. Only call out is that due to the color, unless you have a shaper on, bellybutton shape is really really visible which is something I don't like. I couldn't wear this to work because of it.

This dress is definitely for curvier women.. The bust is large and so is the mid section. I usually wear a 10/12 but the 8 fit well and even had room. I probably could've worn a 6. Beautiful color. Compliments all night.

The color and style was exactly what I was looking for. I recommend sizing down like some of the other ladies suggested.

Loved the color. Really pops on camera. Was just a little bit loose in the stomach area, but still loved how I felt in it! 

I am a 4 and sometimes a 6 but the 2 fit great, so size down. I'm busty and the top has enough room. The color is great and it has a little stretch but it's lined and doesn't cling. Loved it. 

Dress fit like a glove. It was very comfortable and hug the body in the right places but very appropriate for work. Received many compliments.

Feminine, structured, professional, and that color!! I received many compliments, and felt great in this dress! It does run on the large side. Great quality, and perfect for a cold office. 

I love the mustard yellow color, neckline, length, and sleeves. It's a perfect fit, comfortable while showing desirable curves. You'll look great and feel like a boss. 

The dress is still in great shape,  has a nice fabric, but most importantly the color looks great. Would wear this dress again to work in the fall.

I loved the color and the sleeves made this really fun. I wish I would have sizes down to a 4.

This dress runs large, the fabric is very stretchy. I usually wear a size 10 but the size 10 was loose in some places. I tried on the 8 and it fit even though I have a big chest ( 36DDD) there was still room in the chest area in the size 8. Overall, a good dress. I wore it to a christening. 

The size 8 fit great. I was initially not that happy with the color but it turned out okay against my skin tone.  The length was ok although had it been an inch or two shorter I would have been good with that.  I really like the neckline of this dress.  Overall, I loved how classy this dress looked on me.  The sleeves added such a nice little pizazz to it.

Loose at the bust, loose everywhere and length was a little too long. I love the sleeves though and wore it to work since i didn't want to waste another shipment. 

Loved this dress however it's huge. I usually wear a 4 and absolutely needed a 2. Runs big in the bust. Very stretchy material. 

Not the quality I'm used to with RTR.  Material felt cheap. I'm normally a 2, but this dress is 0 and it was still loose.  Wasn't flattering.  
Sleeves add a little bit of interest but the thick seam inside the sleeve felt heavy and uncomfortable.  RTR has plenty of other dresses- Don't waste your time on this one. 

Super easy on, good zipper, any bra works and not too clingy 

Perfect for work, it was nice and stretchy. I usually wear a size four and should have sized down. I cinched it with a belt but the chest area was a bit gappy. 

I'm always size 2.  This dress felt really loose on my waist and hips.  The fabric is thick and stretchy. I recommend to size up. I will rent again but a size smaller.

The top was oddly too large.  I am relatively busty, so it's unusual for a dress to be loose in that area.  The rest fit well and his my not so fit bits...

The color and sleeves are great! I feel like I'm a larger 8 and it was a little loose but overall I loved it!
