It was a great dress for work minus it's really short in the back. I had to wear black pantyhose to feel comfortable reaching or bending without showing my butt.

I wore this shirt at work with suit and got so many complements. I also tied the bow as a neck tie vs low hanging bow. It creates extra structure and fit better with a suit.
