A great dress that takes you from a work day straight to going out. It's a little roomie but a pretty true size. Looks great with dark tights 

I found the shoulders a bit tight but it was fine for a day at work. Probably would have kept me from purchasing the dress at the store. (I selected this as part of my Unlimited membership). I really liked the dress though, it was fashionable and not too short (a pet peeve for work).  I think the dress looked better than it showed in my photo. 

It was a little short for a work event, so I wore it with cropped black slim-fit pants to make it more modest.  Later in the week I was able to wear it to the office when I didn't have client meetings.  It is so comfy and the material is flattering on curves.  Got lots of compliments! Great with boots for an outdoor event. The dress was comfortable with all the walking. 

This dress was very comfortable and the sleeves were perfect for a wedding that my shoulders needed to be covered. The dress was true to fit (size 4) but it was a little tight in the shoulders, and I don't normally have issues with that in dresses/tops. 

This dress is adorable! The 4 and 6 both fit. I would wear the 4 out but the 6 was good for week. Great think fabric. I'm a 34c and it for perfect around the chest. I'd be concerned for women with a larger cup size. Overall awesome choice!

Love this dress! The fabric is a sort of taffeta, almost like a men's necktie. It was very comfortable and flattering. I was worried it might be a bit too short but it was fine, and I am 5'8". This would be cute in the winter with tights and is suitable for warm days as well. I sometimes find dresses in this shape fit tight in the hips but didn't have that issue with this dress. 

Great dress - the unusual cut and the stripes caught everyone's attention. A bit wide for my taste, but overall I really like it.

Polished  fun dress!  Ample room at the bust, waist, and hips. Although this dress is by no means form fitting, I recommend going up one size for back up because the fabric has no stretch.  I love the length and it was super comfortable!  The only negative was that I  wasn't in love with the way my broad shoulders looked . Great for all body types for a variety of occasions. 

Love this dress. In addition to my 3 colleagues who complimented the dress, a random lady in the street also told me she thinks it's a beautiful dress. I'm usually a size 2, and so I got it in a size 2. The fit is a bit snug on the chest and the skirt is a little bit short for work. I would've liked to try on the 4 to see if that'd be better. I gave 4 stars only because the dress smells a bit. I think it's been worn too many times (looks new!) and the smell did not come off. 

I rented this dress to wear to work and to a work event.  It is short - the 36" measurement refers to the point in front; the back is more like 32" (32" is about as short as I can get away with at 5'7", and probably too short for lots of offices).  I find the length curious considering it's such a business like pattern (like a man's tie), but shorter than most could wear to work.

That being said, it's a fun dress that people will remember. I felt good in it.  I have small shoulders, and I can see why others had an issue - trying to reach over my head to zip it up to the top was a little challenging.  

As a lot of the other reviews said, the overall fit was a little small. The arm holes were SUPER tight in my normal size, so I'm glad I sized up to the 6. It was very cute, and I got lots of compliments. 

I loved the dress for the most part! I did feel that the arm holes were narrow as mentioned by other reviewers. I sized up due to my bra size based on reviews as well.  So it was roomier in the waist because of that. Overall, it was comfortable. Would rent this dress again!

Wore to a fundraiser, ended up being the hottest & most humid day of the summer. Dress held up excellently. Fabric is great quality. Fits very nicely, doesn't hug too much. Makes your legs look fantastic. Would rent again!

I'm glad I sized up from usual 6 to an 8 as it would have probably been too tight under arms. Meant to be loose fit from chest down. 

Photo didn't pick up great blue color but shows edgy shape. 

Could work for a wedding - but worked at work.  I have small shoulders but this was tight around my arms and loose in the waist.  Overall I couldn't lift my arms but got a million compliments :)

Wore this to work and a after work event. The material is relatively thick but easy to wrinkle. The fit is great at chest and shoulder but relaxed at mid section, which is quite comfortable. Overall, it's a stylish dress that can be wore everyday.

The asymmetrical hem sets this dress apart. The pattern was fun and flattering.

I wore this for Easter weekend, and it ended up being chillier than expected. This dressed down nicely with tights, boots and a cardigan. I will caution that the fabric has little to no give. I was afraid when I first put it on that it'd never make it over my hips/bust, but once it got in place and I was zipped, it fit -- but like a glove. I would recommend getting a size up for your backup size if you've got any curves at all. It's also rather short, so I would not recommend if you plan on doing any arm lifting -- at all. I did love this dress, though, and received many compliments. 

I wasn't sure how this would look but was so pleased with how flattering the stripes wet. It's actually two layers which was very nice because the underneath layer/lining was actually a little snug so the outer layer covered that up. If you look closely in the photo it was also a little snug in the bust so if you are busty I would recommend going up a size. I received a lot of compliments on this and will definitely rent it again!

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it arrived with a huge wrinkle through the lower part and I had to press it. Due to the fabric, I don't know how it can be relieved folded and not be wrinkled. 

Fun style, very comfortable. Cool silk tie type fabric. If not for the wrinkle issue, I'd rent this again. 

I really loved this dress but for maybe a night out.  I am 5'8 and the dress was so short! I sized up per the reviews but I do not think it helped for length.  I am also small busted with a hourglass figure so the top of the dress was a little big which made it awkward.  Good quality fabric.

I gave this 3 stars because the size I ordered was too small... I generally wear between an 8 and a 10, so I sized down because in the picture it looked baggy. It's not baggy, and the fabric has no give. The style is super cute and I really liked it, but it was too tight in my arms to wear out, and would rise every time I moved them. I might try ordering in a 10 to see if that works better.

I'm 5'6" and as you can see, this was really short! It's adorable but there's no way I could've worn it to work. I'm not sure if tights would've worked with it because it was a little warm here to wear with tights.  It's deceiving because from the front, it doesn't look that short.  

I rented this dress for my father in law's retirement party & loved it.  I got tons of compliments on it!  It was the perfect mix of fun yet appropriate for a corporate affair.  Really liked the asymetric hem and cap sleeve.  The fabric resembled a tie, bold but not over the top.  Would highly recommend!

The fit is great, the fabric is gorgeous, it is definitely a show stopper.  I wore it on 2 occasions, absolutely loved this dress!

It's a great take on a men's tie ! Classic but also fun and work appropriate. I got tons of complements on it.  The dress has not give though and is pretty short even for me and I'm 5'1"

Fit true to size - great for girls with hips - not too form fitting in the hip area. 

I rented this dress for work.  The uneven hemline gave the dress some flair. It looked great paired with a chunky pearl necklace and matching earrings and some simple black pumps. My only criticism of the dress is that the arm holes were fairly narrow. This wasn't a problem generally speaking, however when driving it felt a bit restricting!!  

Fitted while still being totally loose and easy to dance in. I adored this dress. Fit me perfectly. I have a little belly but I love my toush and my legs so this was perrrrfect! 

I tried it on in the store, I'm usually a 6 but only a 4 and a 10 were available- I opted for the 10 since this was for work.  I recommend sizing this up just because it's pretty short otherwise, and then it fits more like a shift dress- loved it! 

This is one of my favorite RTR rentals! I just
love the shape and fabric it is so on point fashion-wise and I got a lot of compliments! It is slightly short so if you have issues with length just be aware but really it is very appropriate for work or going out. I will definitely rent it again and I might even buy it!

This is a really fun dress that is definitely formal enough for a cocktail attire wedding when paired with the right jewelry.  It is a little snug in the hips but I'm fairly curvy and still had an easy time fitting into a size 0.  Highly recommend! 

Great for petites and apple shapes, loose on the midsection and fitted on the bust. 


I loved this dress and wore it multiple times for work. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.
