This dress was subtle but the neck details the conservative length. I loved the slit in the back and that it showed my arms. It was so flattering powerful and didn’t feel like I was stuck in an uncomfortable power suit all day.

Great quality, chic and elegant. Awesome rental! I love this for work as it's conservative but not frumpy. Glad I sized up as others made note it runs small. I'm usually a 0 but the 2 was perfect. A little long but I'm used to that. Would absolutely wear again. 

I was a little unsure at first on neckline but wow! Lots of compliments- very professional and fun too with the different neckline. Body- form fitting and flattering. 

Collar is pretty tight once zipped all the way

Well fitting work appropriate dress. Wore with a long black sweater. I would have tailored to fit tighter if I owned it but good for curves 

I usually rent a 2 in dresses but RTR suggested 4R and I'm so glad they did because this dress fit like a glove. Only drawback is if you bend down or move around too much the neck is a bit restrictive as there isn't any stretch in the fabric. I wished I had a reason to go out after work to show it off a little more. 

This is an awesome dress.  Tons of compliments. 

Classy fit, royal fit. Hugs your curves in all the right places without being too tight. True to size. I can't recommend this enough!!! Beautiful, beautiful fit. You will not regret renting this dress:-). It's a perfect dress for the office.

This dress was gorgeous. Runs a tad small, size up especially if you're curvy. No stretch to this at all.  Love the neckline!  Length is below the knee

Love the print with the pops of red and yellow. For like a glove. No stretch though but it worked. Was gonna wear it to work but ended up wearing it for date nite. Great rental!

This is a great design. I almost purchased, but I had some issues with the hem towards the end of the day.  

Great work dress - pleating in the neckline was unique and it was so kind to my shape. Felt like a boss in this! 

I wore this dress for work and it was not tight but not loose. 

This dress fit a bit strangely. Tight in the middle so had to size up from my normal 4. Long skirt, better for really tall gals. Nice halter neck / turtleneck, but my hair kept getting caught in the hook at the neck. 

I LOVE this dress! True to size. Has some stretch so it's surprisingly comfortable! Falls just below my knees and I'm tall, so I think it may work better on taller women. So many people complimented me on the dress. Went from day to night effortlessly. Wore with black pumps. 

Lived it. Was a little small on my but runs fairly true to size.

I loved the neckline on this dress. It's simple and modest, which worked perfectly for the event I attended.

Such a great work to date dress! It was a little tight on me, but that's super common. I threw a leather jacket on and paired it with black booties. I'm a 4 top, 8 bottom and I say this runs like a true size 6. I think I'll try the 8, but I imagine it will be too large on top. 

Nice, flattering design. Good professional length, if you're tall. Fabric was a high quality light wool. The pattern was a nice black and white tweed with some subtle red and yellow accent stripes. Will definitely rent again.

I absolutely love this dress! Great way to show off your great arms, love the length, professional and feminine. Split in the back (and not too high), this is a winner. Careful sitting down and not choking yourself, the high neck is quite tailored, but that's an easy work-around. Wore it a ton of times and got a ton of compliments!

Perfect fall work dress!  I'm generally between a size 6 and 8, but I always order an 8 for work dresses to avoid being too tight... the 8 fit perfectly!  Super stylish neckline, and the length of the dress looks very flattering on tall girls (I'm 5'11)!  Plus, no issue with the slit in the back of most dresses being too high up. Would definitely rent again! 

Loved this dress. Wanted to buy. The neckline is very sexy. Had to wear a cardigan for parts of work. Pinstripes were maroon and mustard yellow. 

There's no doubt YOU are the boss in this power dress! A confidence booster. Was surprised by how much I liked the colors, photos don't do it justice. I liked it with a belt when wearing solo; if I wore a jacket or sweater I probably wouldn't belt it. Thicker material makes it perfect for between seasons. Had to wear a racer back bra, as the arm holes are cut a smidge too deep in the back to work with regular straps. It's a slim fit, and I wore light Spanx on my pear shape bottom to smooth things out. SO many compliments!! 

The only con, it arrived a wrinkled mess (wasn't shipped in a regular RTR garment bag, oddly) and I'm not great at ironing. And it did wrinkle a little from sitting. Which normally I hate; but this dress is so fab, it's worth putting up with a few minor wrinkles. Love it!

Super fun work dress. Form fitting but not inappropriately so. Be aware that it runs a bit tight in the neck, chest and arm holes. Still loved it. 

fits TTS, hit me at my knee so may not work for people <5'6

really beautiful detailing, fabric is transitional for Fall. did feel uncomfortable on my neck after a 12+ workday.
