This dress was actually my back up back up back up! And in the end, I'm happy it ended up working out. The dress was extremely flattering and SO fun. It fit in perfectly for the occasion (black tie optional wedding) You really can't wear a bra with this dress because of the back, but even with a 36DD bust the girls were fine. I would have liked to see if the 10 worked, but the 12 fit just fine with a little bit of room. I do have broad shoulders and curves, and even with some room it was flattering! I wore leopard print heels to keep it fun. And the dress has pockets (who doesn't love pockets!!) overall a great rental even if it wasn't my original intent!

I loved this dress and would have worn the 10 but ended up in the 12 because I managed to get a deodorant stain on the front of the 10. While the 12 fit and looked great the 10 definitely was more flattering. So depending on what you feel comfortable in you could go a normal size your a size up. I did not wear a bra with this dress, just stickies to keep the girls in check as the ceremony was originally scheduled to be outdoors. Normal underwear or a thong could be worn with no issue. I felt extremely sexy in this dress and would totally rent it again for another fall wedding!

I did love the dress and the fun thing about it is that you can wear it front or backwards :) I would rent this again, maybe for a fancy dinner out and not a wedding. I loved this dress and wore it to a summer wedding! I opted for the bigger size to help with length as I am 5"11 and realized that when I sat in the dress it was a little short on the size. I would totally rent this dress again for another dress as it's not a color I normally wear but loved it. And I'm a huge one shoulder fan too so this helped fulfill that love! For undergarments I did wear a strapless bra and had no issue with it showing during the night.

I've rented from this designer before and I love the open back for dresses. I fit into the 10 and the 12, but the 10 was a little too short for just an anniversary dinner and being 5"11, I opted for the 12 for the added length/coverage, even if the shoulders were a little loose. It was such a flattering dress (even with going with the bigger size) and I received compliments from the wait staff at the restaurant and people on the street. You know you've made it when a 10 year old boy yells to your husband that he's a lucky guy because his wife is so beautiful! I ended up pairing this with nude heels and a few bangle bracelets. For earrings, just simple little pearls. As it is an open back, I could have gone bra-less but opted for "sticky-boobs" to help with a little lift. Definitely plan to rent this dress again and am so happy I was able to wear this.

I was attending a wedding rehearsal dinner and had actually rented another dress that was not returned in time. So I ended up getting to rent this dress instead. And I'm so glad I did! It was very flattering and although my back-up size for this dress was not available, I think the 12 fit fine, but the 10 would have been an even better fit. The dress had pockets (obviously an added bonus) and had a small flare out at the hips. I received a ton of compliments from the wedding party and would definitely rent this dress again! Being 5'11 with curves and a butt, the dress was a little short so all night I had to be aware of how high the dress was getting. I LOVED this dress though and would totally rent it again for a date night with my husband or another girls night out on the town. Loved loved loved this dress! I was afraid that it was going to be too short, but it was the perfect length. I rented the 10 and 12 for the occasion and the 12 was too big through the bust and the 10 fit almost perfectly. As the night went on I kept having to do the bust pull up move because I was dancing around so much. I paired it with a big light blue necklace from JCrew and nude heels for such a great combo. And I LOVED the pockets as well. Also, there is a small print on the dress that I didn't notice on the website, but thought it made the dress stand out even more. I would totally rent this dress again, whether it be for a shower or for another wedding.

I rented this and another dress for a birthday dinner/holiday party weekend. I really loved how it looked on the model, but unfortunately due to the proportions of my body it hugged me in all the wrong places making me look frumpy and calling out my love handles even more. This is a dress that I wish I was shorter so I could wear it. The dress fit SO well and was very flattering, but unfortunately, I couldn't bend over, squat down, or sit down without exposing myself from the waist down! Again, for shorter girls I would highly recommend this dress. But for us taller ladies, I'd stay away from the dress. I was so excited to rent this dress for a holiday wedding because of the great reviews and how popular the dress is. I ordered the 10 and 12 because being tall/busty you never know! Unfortunately, I was unable to wear either. They both fit horribly. It was either too small in my bust (i'm a 38C) and perfect in the waist/hip area. Or too tight through the hips/waist and just right on my bust! I would either have spent the entire night pulling the dress up to cover the ladies, or pull it down so that it would stop bunching around my crotch. This dress was my first experience with RTR and although I was loving the idea of getting two dresses, I wasn't able to wear the dress. Because of my height, and broad shoulders, dresses are either a hit or miss with me. And unfortunately, no matter how I tried to shimmy the dress over my hips it wasn't budging. Also, I was a little underwhelmed by the dress when I received it in person. The fabric isn't one piece, it's like 2 dresses woven together, and there's a space between each section. Even though my first time renting wasn't successful, I've since rented 4 other dresses and love the site!

With so many weddings to attend with the same group of friends, this is my go-to site when I don't want to break the bank on finding a dress that people haven't seen! This was a top pick because of the color and how often do you get to wear yellow? I'm 5'11" and went with the bigger size because with the one strap I had more room for my arm to fit through the "strap" but could have worn the smaller size if I had a smaller torso and didn't need the extra space to raise my hands up. It was definitely a great fit and I received compliments all night. The only downside of this, was that the cocktail hour was outside, and I had to make sure to keep a hand down in case the wind caught my dress. I would definitely wear this dress again though.

I rented this for our 6th wedding in 2010 and loved it! After an unsuccessful rent, having this dress fit and work was amazing. It was so flattering and eye catching but not too in your face either. I'm so tall, that I tend to worry about the length of dresses, but this hit right above my knee. I received so many compliments, and the wedding photographer of this wedding (we ended up using as our own) when we met over a year later, he recalled that I was the "girl in the gold dress!"
