Beautiful Dress for, at minimum, size 0 with 34A or B chest.
I’m a 32A and the chest was way too large. I made efforts to use the neck strap make it work for me, to no avail. Everything else was just Right and Perfect. I wish the dress worked. Oh, and, it was a bit short. This Is probably best for 5” tall with a 34 A or B chest.
