Perfect for bridal shower
Fit perfectly, hitting a few inches above the ankles. Easy adjustable straps and able to zipper up by myself. Needed some steaming out of the bag but stayed relatively wrinkle free. Surprised to not need a bra but the top isn't structured (can wear strapless bra). I loved this dress and want to buy it.

Throw on and go
Perfect for casual everyday. Threw on for summer brunch. More white and blue than shown in the photo. Did not wrinkle easily, was able to wear right out of the wrapper without having to steam.

Odd fit, didn't wear
First this is more of a beige than the lighter color shown on the model. With a slightly different leaf pattern on the chest this created a really unflattering look on me (I have paler skin, no tan). The belt sits strangely high and is sewn in so that the only way to adjust is by letting the shoulder ties down. The petite was a good length for me but once I let the ties down it was too long. Just a no go, back in the bag it went.

Perfect for a day in the city
Although this dress is a little more substantial than I thought it was perfect for a 89 degree day in NYC. Was able to wear with flats and it was ankle length on me. POCKETS! and you can wear your own bra. Great dress and well constructed. Would rent again

Gets the job done
Needed something for my daughter's high school graduation - climbing bleachers, out in the sun but formal dinner afterwards. This was great - put it on and it fit very well. No issues with lumps, bumps or having to adjust it throughout the evening. Didn't love the pattern but the tailoring was great.

Comfortable and elegant - plus pockets, y'all!
Beautiful color. You must steam or lightly iron this dress. Did manage to chomp my side with the underarm zipper but if you suck it in and go slow you will be fine. A little long on me (slightly more formal than I intended) but great for a night of eating, drinking where you don't want to have to constantly fix how your dress fits. Put it on and done! I'm a size 10 and the 8 fit perfectly

Surprisingly pretty

Curves for days!
Wore for country club holiday party. With spanx it curves in all the right places. Crossover on the chest accentuates the chest. Hard to raise arms (not for dancing, would be too hot anyway as this is velvet). Hit right at midi length. Classy sexy and made me feel great. Can wear with any shoes.

Perfect for 'country club formal' attire
Perfect fit. Someone mentioned steaming the dress which I did and it looked great. Not constricting, was able to sit, eat comfortably. Had to wear heels (regular height and no platform needed) and the hem didn't drag and I didn't have to worry about stepping back onto it. Would rent again

Gorgeous dress!
When figuring out size look at the weight, height and measurements of the other reviewers. I listened to the 'size up one to two dress sizes' and ended up with a dress that was too large (I am usually an 8 and ordered the 10 and 12). Dress length: I am 5'6" and the regular was *just* long enough. I agree with others that if you are taller order the long. Beautifully structured dress. Spanx a must. Able to wear strapless bra.

Comfortable dress, gorgeous color
Loved: adjustable straps, no need for bra (wore strapless because it does make the dress look better). Great color and fabric. Figure flattering for a maxi. But as others have said TOO LONG! I am 5'6" and wore one inch platforms with a three inch heel and was still tripping over the dress. But it was fun to wear.

Perfect for day trip to NYC
Good length, fabric. Easy to put on if you put on backwards to the waist, zip up, hook and then spin around and put up bodice and straps! Love the adjustable straps. The bodice and waist were a little large (which was mentally flattering if not in actual life). Perfect for a day out in NYC 88 degree heat - went from walking to indoor at an elegant restaurant.

I usually don't wear sheath dresses (pear shaped) but this fit very well. Loved the blue. Was able to wear with a regular bra (and spanx of course!). The fabric of the flowers didn't quite seem to go with the dress embroidery at first. Would order again.

Work cocktail party
Loved the dress but could not wear it! On the model the hemline was a lot higher. On me (5'6") it came down to my ankles - too formal for the party. Now looking at customer photos I can see how long it is! Definitely ran large as I am usually a size 10 and the size 8 was still too big. Gorgeous material though and the top has a nice liner that will hold the dress up. So order two sizes smaller and if you are shorter know this will be very long!

This was a great dress, agree with the others that it looks even better on than the photo. Was not able to reserve a M, L was a tiny bit big (144 lbs and it still made me look great!) My husband's "Wow!" said it all. Arrived before expected ship date. The color is gorgeous. A very classy and sexy dress.
