Really petite
I'm usually an XS and I rented a S because of the cropped style. The S was still short (could have been ok with high waisted jeans). My problem was that it wasn't comfortable for being a comfortable looking sweater.. the shoulders and arms were tight and short too. It made it feel like I was wearing a baby T in sweater form so I didn't wear it.

It's comfortable but not particularly great looking. I found it to run too large. If you need a black skirt for work it will do the trick but IMO there are better black skirts on RTR.

Solid work dress
I liked this dress a lot. Came to me new with tags. The fabric is a thick rubbed cotton knit. Thick enough that it isn't too clingy on the body and soft/comfortable to wear. I love a dress with long sleeves in the winter. The color isn't navy.. more of a heathered medium blue. Fit me great without being too tight which is what I look for in a work dress. I would recommend sizing up if you're not sure about a size. I will rent again!

Great everyday sweater, runs smallish
Awesome sweater! I rented XS which is my usual size. It was fine (I wore it all day) but next time I rent (I'll be getting this one again) I'll go up a size because I prefer a sweater to be a bit less fitted and roomier for layering. I was also skeptical of it given the RTR details say 100% polyester but it isn't.. it was a blend of more natural materials. Fabric felt great.

Cute dress, short waisted
Wore this to work. Great dress but a bit short waisted on me (5'6" wearing XS). I thought it was short for being a work dress but so cute I may rent again anyway. Would work well with opaque tights.

Beautiful, tight bodice
Wore to a rehearsal dinner and got tons of compliments including best dress at the event! It was snug in the bodice, I ended up not wearing a strapless bra to have a little more breathing room in the ribs. Also the one shoulder strap definitely limits arm mobility and is kinda tight. The skirt is very full.

A bit short for work
Rented to wear to work and then to an event after. The pattern was a bit much for work but ok. It was definitely on the short side of what I consider ok for a work skirt/dress. For sizing, I usually wear XS/S but I rented this in S so it wouldn't be too tight and also to get any extra length I could. It fit well, I think the XS would have been too mini.

Great looking, comfortable
This dress was great for work and pretty comfortable. Agree with the other reviewers who said it seems really tight at first. It was also nice and warm for my overly A/C'd office.

So small!
I am usually a size 0 and the 38 wouldn't even come close to zipping. I had rented for work and didn't love the look anyway... looks more appropriate for a holiday party or event.

Cute dress, fun print
Great dress to mix up my workwear. It's formal while being a little bit fun with the print. Not the *most* flattering but sometimes that's better for work. I usually wear XS but got this in S and it was prob a little too big but still worked great. Very comfortable!

Cute, not too much ruffle
Loved this shirt for work. The pattern and fabric are pretty "standard button down" and the ruffle isn't too much to look out of place. Will be renting again.

Loved this one. It is work appropriately in a fun color. I find some tops have too many details that make them look less professional for work.. this one had a great simple but interesting cut. I ended up buying it!

Fun blazer
Blazer fit great and looked nice. Only issue for me is the floral pattern is a bit loud for my office. But I still liked it! Also I didn't have sleeve length problems like some other reviewers and found it true to size in a tight fitted look.

Don't love the print
I don't love the print in person. The neckline is lower than I'd prefer. I still wore to work once and it was totally acceptable but won't rent again.

Ok work top
This is a decent top for work with a semi formal look. Personally I didn't love the colors (too much light pink) or the style with the high neck and cutout. There are small shoulder pads (didn't mind them).

Good for work or a semi dressed up event
Loved this top. The sleeves are pretty exaggerated but that adds to the fun. Also really small wrist cuffs.. I have small wrists so it was ok but they didn't fit with my watch. Will definitely rent again.

Cute top, not too cropped
Cute top! I really liked that the croppiness wasn't too much. With a high waisted jean and arms down there's no belly. But it's still a little much for me to wear outside. I wore it out to a low key event and it was good. Prod wouldn't rent something cropped again though.
