Fabric heavy loose around the waist. 
Beautiful cutout work not clear on photo. Winter dress with boots. Worked for summer too with sandals

I really wanted to like this dress. The photo does not show how weird the cut is around the stomach and waist area. And the pockets area poofs out a little bit. It is boxy. Also, I don’t have big arms and it was just right to a little snug. As others have said in their reviews, the top runs a tad small.

Material is thicker than I thought it would be but it isn't overwhelming. Wore this to a conference in Texas with an outdoor event and the material thickness was not an issue. I sized down based on other reviewers (normally 6 wore 4). Very cute easy going, business casual dress. 

Beautiful fabric!  Boxy fit I loved.  However maybe fits shorter women better bc the dart/bust line was awkwardly midboob.   :-/



Read the other reviews about size, so sized down. Glad I did, dress is solid, thick material. 

This dress is actually a thick, striped camo-print, tropical leaf lace overlay with a black lining underneath. That description will only make sense when you see this dress in person... On the longer side, this win from Tory is conservative office appropriate and ran a tad large in the middle section.  

I am so in love with this dress. Wore it for an interview today and felt like a rock star. It fit wonderfully and has a beautiful pattern. It's a conservative cut, but has tons of visual interest.

The print of this dress was so fun and unique! I would definitely say that this dress runs a bit big, so I'd recommend sizing down because it's kind of a boxy fit so it was pretty obvious that it was too big. The fabric is thick, but it's actually pretty comfortable and so perfect for work or a more conservative weekend outfit.

Lovely pattern and interesting technique used fit leaf-shaped cutouts. The dress was a little stiff, since it had multiple layers. Doesn't hug curves, but that's good for work! 

This dress made me look flat chested in a weird way. tight across the chest, but not unbearable, but a little big in the waist. Will wear with a blazer to break up the pattern. Not thrilled with it on my body. Hits right at the knee on my 5'6 frame.

This dress is much more beautiful and special in person than it appears in the photos. The fabric is very special. But the fit was off for my hourglass. I sized up but it was still very tight in the chest and arms and huge in the waist and hips. If you're smaller on top it is definitely worth giving this one a try. 

I wasn't overly enthusiastic when i saw this on the site, but I like the brand and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! The details of the fabric are pretty in person, and with the lining, this was comfortable. It's a bit big in the waist. I will likely size down one size next time.

Nice fabric and pattern. A little snug across the chest area. 

So I loved the cut out details. I got a lot of compliments. It was even comfortable on a cross country flight. But then I tried to drive home from the airport. The sleeves were too tight. It was Uncomfortable to have my hands on the wheel.

Fine dress. Good for work. A bit boxier than I'd like. 

Fits large and looked frumpy.  Better with a jacket, but still kind of big.

Fit wasn't good and I sent it right back.   Big in the shoulders, hips fit true to size.  Pockets and fabric didn't sit well either--Super thick. 

Very cute and fit well.  Zipper was not smooth - probably related to age of item rather than any other factor.  Flattering overall and nice for work.

This dress is just beautiful. I absolutely love it. I sized down like so many others suggested, and it just didn’t work for me. When I tried to swap it out for the larger size, it was no longer available. I will be renting this again — just in a bigger size next time.

Was not a fan of the fit. I got my normal size and it was huge on me.

I ordered my usual size, and while this "fit," it really didn't suit my body style - the pockets flared out and made my hips look wonky.

Would buy this dress if it was affordable! It's navy, not black like I thought. Beautiful! Runs a bit small in the chest so if you are bigger it might be tight.

A bit on the large side, but not terrible. 

Beautiful fabric - design and texture make it interesting, simple to wear with sneakers or flats.  I wore it multiple times and considered buying.  I found it tight in shoulders - no stretch in fabric.

The pictures on the model don't do the pattern and colors justice, this is much nicer in person. I wore it at the beginning of my second trimester and it fit perfectly. I was able to just wear my normal size and had room for a small bump. With the structure to it, I didn't even look like I was showing.

Usually Tory Burch runs small so I rented a 6 first and sent it back for the 4.  The fabric is work appropriate, but interesting subtle texture, flattering length.  I wore a cropped black jacket with it for my presentation, but took it off for cocktails later.  If you have a large bust, I don’t think this dress would be comfortable.

Classic shape leaves room for a comfy tummy in a true size 12. Fabric is more interesting than it appears online: top layer has tiny cutouts, and slightly glossy under layer shows through. Very conservative length, just above the knee (I’m 5’ 8 1/2”)

A comfortable dress for work. I got loads of complements on it. Not too form fitting or too short.

Ok, now for the rest. This hit right at the knee when standing which is what I prefer for work. The is no or minimal stretch. It is a great weight for the Fall and I really liked the cut out pattern. My hips and bottom fit comfortably once on tho there was a split second of concern when putting the dress on. It covered my belly fat well due to it being a structured dress. I paired with knee boots. This dress has encouraged me to explore more by this designer.  

Love this dress. Quality fabric and very unique with an embroidered overlay giving it texture. It also has pockets! Not too short and very comfortable. Arrived with a minor flaw, but I was able to wear it anyway, and it was amazing. 

The photos do not do this photo justice!  It is lovely in person.  Fit is perfect.  Very comfortable and it has pockets which is a bonus!  

loved it but a bit tight around the arms and wide around the waist area. Pattern is more beautiful in person. tons of compliments
