Chic look but too many wrinkles
Rented this for an event and didn’t wear it. Dress is pretty, flattering, and isn’t form fitting; l a great pick if you want some wiggle room. I gave this dress 2 stars because the wrinkles are real! I hung the dress as soon as it was received and steamed it 3 times hoping to smooth out all the wrinkles. Despite my best efforts, no dice. The dress was too wrinkly to wear.

More than just an LBD
Great dress and super flattering. Fits TTS; full coverage on top so I wore a regular bra; pleating over the middle is a pretty detail and the bubble skirt is awesome! Dress is very comfortable and allows full range of motion so it’s a great piece for dancing and/or movement. Have already rented this twice and love it more each time I wear it!

Beautiful Dress - Day or Night
Wore this dress to a baby shower and it was perfection. March in the Midwest is always a challenging time of year to dress appropriately. Despite my desire to welcome spring, the temperature outside is a painful reminder that winter isn’t going anywhere for another few months. Thankfully this dress checks all the boxes :) the floral print is cheery and spring-ish but the muted color palette still makes this dress wearable in freezing temps. Dress runs true to size and is super forgiving, lending enough space for spanx, a bra, and any other desired undergarments. I also appreciate the midi/ ankle length and the loose short sleeve. Highly recommend.

Patterns and colors and ruffles, OH YAS!
Wore this to a bridal lunch and part of me wishes I saved it for the rehearsal dinner. That’s how much I loved it. Ordinarily Everything about this dress on paper would discourage me from renting it but the plunge outside my comfort zone was well worth it. Dress needs a strappy heal; no wedges, flats or pumps. Ideal color is black because the small stripe detail are black and it coordinates well. Even rented it again for another event i loved it so much.

If you want to shine!
Given the majority of my wardrobe is black and grey everything, I stepped far outside my comfort zone when I opted for both color and pattern and it was worth the gamble. The dress is super flattering and the belt cinches in the right places. I wore the 2R and it was perfect! I could have worn a strapless bra but chose to wear adhesive lift tape instead so I didn't have to worry about my bra creeping out throughout the night. Definitely recommend wearing this with a neutral-colored, strappy, and dainty sandal. Pumps and heels with too much fabric overpower the dress and look unbalanced.

Love this dress!!
I ventured out of my comfort zone in navy, rather than black and it was well worth it! Dress fit beautifully and didn't require a bra- in fact I started with it on but the straps kept peaking out so it was better to toss it completely. I rented the 2R and the length was perfect with 3.5 inch heels so you could see my shoes as I walked but not while standing. I definitely recommend shape-wear under the dress so the fabric lies flat. Unfortunately sequins can do unforgiving things with reflecting light, which may accentuate the wrong places if left untamed. I was concerned my arms would get irritated from rubbing against the sequins but I was pleasantly surprised I didn't feel them at all. This dress is an absolute 10 out of 10 - high impact, elegant, and comfortable - I highly recommend it!

Do yourself a favor and don't rent this dress
Rental for this dress is far too expensive to be so unflattering and too long in back. The dress is really boxy and the pockets, while they provide convenience, compound the problem. The dress has no shape and accentuates hips horribly. Unfortunately I couldn't ware this one, which is a total bummer. I wouldn't waste your time or money.

Agree with the previous reviews, this jumpsuit runs SMALL so definitely size up. It was super comfortable to be in all day for a birthday brunch. I especially appreciate an updated jumpsuit and something different than solid black. Because it's 100% cotton, I was concerned I would look frumpy and wrinkled by the time guests arrived after setting up all morning but the outfit looked really fresh and the stripes are super flattering. No need for a bra either which is always a nice, added perk :) I highly recommend this!

Perfect dress!
Perfect dress that was really flattering! Mid-calf length was a welcome change from the usual floor length or over the knee. Was able to wear a strapless bra which was also a nice perk so that I could dance.

For the girl who always wears black!
That's me! Typically found in a LBD, this Dress was far outside my comfort zone and well worth the effort! Very flattering, comfortable, and The embroidery detail is beautiful, well made, and the added color was a nice change of pace. Plus, the sheer arms and neckline provided tasteful coverage, without feeling buttoned up. Luckily I️ was able to wear a strapless bra, which remained concealed the whole night. Heed the warning in many preceding reviews: movement was limited in this Dress so if you plan on dancing or walking a lot, rent something else. Loved this dress!

Elegant and form fitting
Dress was perfect length with 3.5 inch heals. The top is very fitted so I felt comfortable and held together all night and the dress is so easy to dance in because the bottom is loose and flowy. Got so many compliments and the dress was perfect for a formal black tie affair!

Perfect for any wedding!
Wore this gorgeous and amazingly comfortable dress to an outdoor wedding. Couldn't agree more with the other reviews- it's comfortable, the cut outs are tastefully sexy (wore it to the ceremony + party) and was able to wear a normal bra - no pulling, tugging, or readjusting a strapless or atypical bra. I wore the 2L which I was concerned about because I'm only 5'4 but the R length version wasn't available and I'm glad! Because the wedding was outdoors, I had to wear wedges and as you see in the photo, the length couldn't have been better! The biggest perk was all the compliments received throughout the night and on Facebook comments the next day. I highly recommend this dress!

The perfect statement necklace!
I wore this necklace with a strapless black romper (see the corresponding review) to a benefit and this necklace is the ideal statement piece. I wore stud earrings and nothin on my wrists because this piece takes center stage. It is the perfect accessory and I am grateful to RTR for the style recommendation. The necklace completed my look perfectly.

Effortlessly chic and super comfortable!
This piece is amazing! You can dress it up or down for literally any occasion. It was the perfect outfit for a benefit I attended. The bodice and structured and holds everything in the right place (I didn't need a bra) and the chiffon fabric on the wide leg pants was gorgeous. Unfortunately, however, the length was too long. I needed the 2 to fit my body but even with 5 inch platform wedges the 2L was too long. The next time I order this piece I will definitely go with the 2R but it was still great and I highly recommend it!

Probably the least flattering dress...EVER
This dress is an absolutely awful mashup of too much fabric and tulle. Even worse, it all overlaps (explodes) across the hips and waist...I don't care how skinny you are, no one has time for a dress that amplifies hips and waist...Dress is way too long and gives the Mortisha Addams vibe (barf). I was so excited to wear this dress to a friend's wedding but was so bummed when it arrived and I tried the dress on so I wound up wearing a different dress. Do yourself a favor, don't rent this one.....it belongs in a fire not on anyone's body.

This is the PERFECT Kentucky Derby Dress
Rented this for a Kentucky Derby party I hosted and couldn't be happier with it! The bust ran large but a strapless took up the extra space. Dress is very flattering - fitted on top and flared on the bottom. It's not nearly as short as it appears on the model. I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat - either for a themed party or just a hit summer night. It's a perfect dress.

This dress is like fashion forward body girdle!
Everything stays in place all night - no gapping, pulling, adjusting, etc. The fit is amazing and the dress holds everything in the right places. Hugs body comfortably and shows off curves beautifully. Not too low cut so it's perfect for a wedding, charity event, or corporate function. The flare of the skirt make the dress really fun and breathable.

Perfect combination of elegant and form fitting
The dress is beautiful - the material is stretchy so there is plenty of room after a big meal, the heart-shaped neck line is flattering , and the rouched fabric detailing along the sides and bottom (where the dress fish tails) is a subtle touch that makes this dress anything but ordinary. I was concerned that the trumpet shape of the dress would impair walking and movement but the dress was incredibly comfortable and allowed full range of motion so I was on the dance floor all night! Sizing runs large (I wore the 2 but needed the 0) so I was pulling the dress up all night, even though I wore a strapless bra. Make sure if you rent this dress, size down, rather than up. Despite my tugging, the dress hugged my curves perfectly everywhere else and is extremely flattering - the compliments flooded in all night. I like this dress so much that I already rented it again for an upcoming event in a couple weeks.

The dress stays put! I was concerned it would look trashy, ride up so that unwound have to pull and adjust it all night but I've never been so comfortable in any other dress...so much so that I rented it again for another event this weekend ( I wore this last weekend) wearing a strapless bra was easy and strongly recommended. I didn't put on any shapewear because this dress did it for me. Dress was short but not inappropriate at all. It was the perfect balance of sassy because it hugs curves and shows off the neck area but tastefully covered because it's long sleeved and leaves plenty to the imagination.

If I could give Christian Siriano a big smooch, I would! Thank you Christian for finally designing an amazing dress for every season! Dress is gorgeous and simple! It's flattering and so effortlessly chic! It holds it shape and is so much fun to wear if you're dancing--make sure to spin and twirl a lot! Best part about the dress is that you can wear it any time of year and it is flawless. You can dress it up with jewelry and make it look different for any occasion. Hands down the best dress I have ever rented on RTR and my absolute favorite!

I rented the 2 and the 4 because I can wear either- depending on the line. The 2 was really comfortable--not too tight or form fitting yet flattered my figure beautifully. I was nervous about the volume and potential bulk that the tulle theoretically could have added but it was just the opposite--very flattering dress that was super fun to wear and dance in. I could eat in it and didn't feel stuffed or poured into the dress afterwards and received lots of compliments all night long. It was the perfect alternative for the girl whose entire closet is filled with multiple shades of solid black (mine) without having to stray too far away from what's comfortable ; )

Love this dress! It's conservative but not too buttoned up and looks fabulous!
The length was fabulous (I am 5'4) and the dress hit mid thigh. It rode up considerably, however, when seated. Luckily, I wore the dress to a cocktail party, where we stood and mingled for the majority of the evening. I felt covered up but not stuffy and effortless the whole night. The compliments rolled in! I do agree with much of the feedback provided in these reviews. The dress fits snug in the shoulder/ arm area but hopefully if you're wearing this, you aren't lifting or doing anything too active. If so, I don't suggest this dress because you run the risk of tearing it. Unlike many of the other reviews, I recommend wearing the dress with a pewter or black shoe colored shoe, instead of nude. Nude might be OK for summer but it didn't look right in March (although technically spring, this time of year in Chicago doesn't quite feel like it just yet). This is a fabulous dress and it's perfect for any family function, work, a bridal shower, or occasion in which when you want to cover up but still maintain an effortless appeal. Covered up doesn't have to look or feel like a drab in this outfit ; )
