The dress was very cute and insanely comfortable but I do think it runs large. I rented a size M (I'm normally a pre-pregnancy size small) and at 30 weeks it was still pretty big.

I rented these to wear to work, however I wouldn't categorize them as 'pants' at all. They're definitely stretchy cotton leggings. They're super comfortable and flattering, but I do think they're advertised incorrectly - particularly with the white oxford and black pumps shown in the RTR photo. Also - they're shorter than pictured. I'm 5'6 (which I'm sure isn't taller than the model) and they hit about an inch above my ankle. They fit TTS -I'm normally around 125 (145 now) and the 4 fit with plenty of room. I probably could have sized down to a 2.

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and this dress fit perfectly. I ordered my normal Free People size and there was plenty of room for my small bump (and probably plenty for a larger one). Like other reviews have said, the dress is heavy so it's best suited for early spring or fall. I loved it and would definitely rent again.

I loved this dress! I've never worn a Lily dress and I would definitely say that it fit larger than most RTR dresses I've ordered in the past. I'm a 0/2 in most women's sizes but often have to size up to a 4 in dresses I get from here but the zero was a perfect fit. As the other reviewers have said, it's quite short so make sure you're okay showing a lot of leg - I'm 5'6 and it hit probably 4-5 inches above my knees. Other than the length, it's relatively conservative and because of the structured material I could have elected to not wear a bra.

The only complaint I have would be the length. I'm 5' 6" and ordered the regular length - even with 4 inch heels the dress was far too long. I rented this for a cocktail party and I absolutely loved it! It was by far my favorite dress that I've rented from RTR. It fit perfectly and was just tight enough and showed just enough skin to be sexy without being too much. I actually think I'm going to rent the blue version of this dress for an event I have next month! As other reviewers have noted - it does run a little small. I'm typically an XS and though I could fit in both sizes, I was much more comfortable in the small. I didn't have any trouble zipping it up alone.

I really liked this dress - the color is very pretty and my husband said I looked absolutely fantastic in it. Because of the tight nature of the dress it seemed to smooth out any problem area I had without the need for a slip or any spanx. only complaints: the fit was a little odd. I felt like the Small fit a little better than the XS - but it weirdly gapped in the back at the top of the zipper. I decided to squish myself into the XS and it looked a million times better. A word of warning though - this dress is very 'sexy' and I was unable to wear a bar with it due to how wide/low the chest opening was.

I think the color was part of the problem - a touch too dark to be white and a touch too light to be ivory. I rented this as a back up dress for NYE but ended up wearing a different dress. I didn't like this dress for two reasons - 1. the back is completely different than what is pictured - it's just an opaque mesh back with a zipper - not the buttons/open back pictured and it's also much longer. My friend ended up wearing the dress and she is very tall - approx 5' 9" and it was almost knee length on her. We ended up folding the dress under so it would be a little (4 inches) shorter. Otherwise it was a nice dress and the fit was good - it's just a lot more conservative than the photo shown.

I really wish this would have come in a zero - I think the fit would have been perfect then, sadly they only size down to a 2 in this dress for some reason. This dress is absolutely gorgeous - I felt like a princess in it and am planning on renting it for a black tie event on NYE. One MAJOR complaint though (and the reason it didn't get five stars) is that the zipper is really difficult to get up - I would say it's almost impossible to do alone.
