I styled this with a red jacket and the pattern popped.
Was a nice patterned shell to dress up an otherwise predictable combo of jacket and slacks. Pattern was versatile, and could see dressing up or down very easily.

Got a LOT of compliments on this.
I did end up wearing a light blue cami under as it is a little short in length and would show my middle if I raised my arms. That helped for modesty without taking away from the look.

This jacket really goes with everything. Beautiful drape and color.

Beautiful color and drape.
Had rented for a work trip. The belt isn't attached, so I was worried about losing it, or losing out on the versatility of wearing it both open and closed. Would consider again when then weather cools again, but maybe not for a trip.

The pattern is a lot of fun! Beautiful little butterfiles and ladybugs. Fun yet sophisticated.
They didn't have my size so ordered one size up. Was still ok and made it for a loose, casual fit. had to pin close the opening with a safety pin (a little low for work).

Wanted to wear to a work social event...
Was just too big on me. The top part wasn't as fitted as I would have liked and sagged on me in both the front and the back. The bottom fit great and had a nice flow to it. However, it's all attached so just couldn't wear it.

Got this for a work event and the inset detail gave it just the right appeal.
You can see your bra through the embroidery, so wear a nice nude one! I do think that you might have to size up a bit if you had a bigger bust. I would imagine since the fabric itself doesn't give, you wouldn't want the front seam/detail to gape open. The size and length worked well on me, but I have more of a slim build. I would rent again.

I got this for a work event and it was perfect!
Loved how the stitching details make this a little more interesting than a basic black dress. It fit so well too. It's not lined, but the fabric is substantial enough (without being too thick) that it didn't need it.

Beautiful color and fit. *Really* needs the right kind of foundation garments underneath since it's unlined. I've decided that I'm going to order a new set of spanx to upgrade there and rent this dress again. It's really lovely, and I think I'll feel a little more confident with the right undergarments.

Better if you have a few curves.
I was looking for something chic for work, and thought I could pair which a light jacket and some delicate jewelry for a sophisticated casual look. The fit requires someone with a few more curves than I have – it just kinda hung straight down off of me. I did see the photos, and the curvier women looked better!

Seriously, I got more compliments the day I was wearing this than any other day I can remember.
The cutouts are wonderful with the style! You'll want to wear a strapless to keep the look clean. I did size up from my normal size and it still hugged quite nicely while still being work appropriate. I love that the textured navy pattern works well for a dressy day to work, and can transition into an evening event. I wore with a lighter sandal for the summer, but can see styling with a nude pump the next time I wear it. I kept the jewelry to a few gold pieces and it looked great. This is going on my LOVE list.
