I am totally in love with this jacket and really wanted to buy it, but I couldn't justify the price. I wore it for about a week to work and out with friends, etc. I love that it's gray so you can't see the lint on it and it didn't leave lint on my black pants either!!! Win, win! The arms were a tiny bit snug, but I have broad shoulders. 

Wore this coat for engagement photo session in February (probably about 50 degrees out that day) and it kept me warm with a chunky sweater underneath for a few hours. Loved the way it looked and would definitely rent again! 

I LOOOOOVE THIS COAT! It is perfect. It's simplicity makes it versatile and elegant. The wool is thin but this kept me very warm during one of the coldest winters on record in my city. The only complaint I have is that the 'belt' doesn't stay taught but as long as you are not standing and sitting repeatedly, it is not a big deal. Also, I liked that there were no belt loops in case I wanted to go with an open look, but others may not like this feature. 

Wore this throughout the day to be comfortable and it was great and still looked dressy enough for an evening program we attended without being able to change. The Small wasn't available and would have for better on me but the medium worked well enough.

Perfect coat for a weekend in New York. Wore it over black leggings and a black sweater-perfect!

I rented this for an outdoor wedding in Portland during the spring. The wool is not as thick as I had expected and it wasn't as warm as I had hoped for but the style was amazing. I got many compliments. I wish there were belt loops to hold the belt if I didn't want to tie it closed. I had to fold the belt and put it in my purse or the coat pocket if I didn't want to tie it closed.  The fit is supposed to be slim and form fitting so it was a little tight over the winter sweaters I had worn under it. 

The coat wasn't delivered with the belt, but I still liked it. I ended up using my own belt. I wore the coat twice - dressed it up for work and down for a get-together. Loved it both ways! 

You could wear this this jeans, or dress it up for a more formal occasion. The fit is so flattering! 

This jacket is great for fall (wine tasting, beer garden, pumpkin patches). It was chic and flattering (enough room in the shoulders) and perfect if you're doing something that requires you keeping your jacket on. I received a lot of compliments on it and I loved the contrast. The wool is a little itchy, but its warm and light weight. However, the belt is not attached - so be sure to double knot the tie!

Run pretty true to size. I'm 5'2 and this was a perfect Long trench coat type of look.

Flattering snug fit. Collar is amazing! Best worn with a light T-shirt style layer underneath.

I wore this coat regularly all winter long in the Pacific NW, where it's never too cold to get away with a light wool coat.  It was soft & comfy - I never wore the belt - just let it swing open & it was great.  Almost decided to keep it, but have learned that I kept last year's coat, and never wore it this year!  there's always something new to rent at RTR.

I rented this coat to wear throughout my monthly update in the winter weather. While it is warm, I would still layer underneath with long sleeves if its very cold outside. I received so many compliments on this coat. I had read in other reviews how the belt was missing, and when I received mine, I didn't see a belt either, but that didnt stop me. (The coat is still amazing without it an it does have a top button to keep it kinda together if you want). HOWEVER, when I went to send my clothes back, there in a little black pouch in the mailing bag was the BELT! So if you rent this coat and don't see a belt---CHECK THE SIDE POCKETS! Regardless--would rent again and highly recommend!

Sophisticated, sheik, warm sweater wrap to layer underneath your coat. This piece is itchy so you must, must, must... wear a thick long sleeve shirt underneath. Or you'll be itchy all day/night. 

This is a great winter coat in Seattle, which is typically 30-40 degrees F. Went great with all types of outfits. 

Have been wearing this every cold day in early fall. Great for layering. Tons of compliments love the color and simplicity. 

Wore this on a trip to NYC in october. It fit great, but if i was planning to wear it with a sweater, i would order a size up. Very cute. Got a ton of compliments in NYC. 

Fun change from puffy coat season. Not SUPER warm. Sleeves and overall length a bit long for petites but doable. 

I liked this jacket, it fit well when tied and looked nice. 

Had rented for a work trip. The belt isn't attached, so I was worried about losing it, or losing out on the versatility of wearing it both open and closed. Would consider again when then weather cools again, but maybe not for a trip.

I did not receive a belt, which would have been helpful for the sub 20 degree days.  The wool is kind of itchy, so I recommend wearing with a long sleeve shirt underneath to avoid irritation.  Have received tons of compliments! 

Fit is slightly large, but works well if you change the jacket collar.  The material is a bit itchy/scratchy on the skin. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars.

Obviously youll probably be wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath this coat, but it is quite itchy. It also didnt come with the belt because the person before me forgot to return it, although it still looked nice without the belt. I wouldnt rent again, but cute coat. 

I had to return, too itch and uncomfortable on my skin
