Very fun dress with lips. It does show cleavage but was very professional when I closed the top button. I received many compliments!

Gorgeous dress, shows panty (even thong!) lines!
Great dress, fit great, lots of compliments. However, it is thin material, unlined, and shows all lines. I had on a hanky panky thong and a colleague privately shared she could see my line when I bent forward to grab something off of the table. I'm afraid you would see the top of shapewear as well.

Too short for work! Tried this on and immediately knew it was too short for work.
Hits more mid-thigh than just above the knee and with the slim fit, this was too short for work.

Ultimately, I couldn't wear this one... the XS was too small. Too short and too tight. I would try it again in another size... I liked it that much!

Shows every detail in your mid-drift.
Cute dress, but too form-fitting of material for my preference. When you can see my belly button divot, it's too revealing! The dress wasn't tight per se, just the fabric and color show every bump. I love Ted Baker, but didn't love the fabric on this dress.

Too short for work
Adorable dress, quality fabric, and fabulous color. However, even with black tights, I felt this dress was too short for work. I keep my trench coat on all day. I am 5'5'' and would wear this for a date night out maybe...however, I still would be conscious of the length.

Great basic dress with quality fabric
This dress is a great classic dress in quality fabric. It doesn't wrinkle and thus was perfect for work travel in colder months. I wore it with black tights and a black cami to make it work appropriate. This isn't a showstopper but is a great basic dress.

More orangey red and shoulders too tight
I ordered this dress for work. Unfortunately, the shoulders fit in a way that I could lift my arms very high. In addition, the red was more orange than I anticipated, not flattering to my skin tone.

Very boxy, color is better for a night out.
I am somewhat petite (although not a petite size) and this dress made me look completely shapeless. In addition, the color and material is best for an elegant night out, not for work.

Great dress, classic yet a little pop with the sleeves.
I got tons of compliments on the dress, especially the sleeves. Wore it with black tights and black sock booties to a work meeting in NYC in January. I carried a black wrap to wear in case chilly inside. It doesn't wrinkle much in a suitcase, easily unwrinkled hanging in the closet. Great dress!

Great dress, worn to a New York meeting in winter with black tights and boots. many compliments!
Great fit, conservative enough for a corporate meeting with tights due to the neckline, yet interesting and fun with the skirt. Uncertain yet if I would wear it to work without tights due to the length. Loved this dress, many compliments!
