Such a great little statement piece for an office. Very cute and will elevate the most basic pant.

Great work outfit
My teenager daughter said I looked like an elevated flight attendant, but I think she meant that as a compliment. It was very flattering and a great outfit for work. I wore a long sleeve black scoop neck underneath because it was a cool day, which was perfect - you don't want to ruin the neckline of the vest with an undergarment, but sleeves looked cute with it

Cute, but big
Very cute. Wore it to a religious service and to work and received compliments, but was pulling the skirt up constantly because it was loose. Overall top half ran large. I'm a pretty solid size 6 and the small was big.

Cute but funny at chest
got tons of compliments because the sleeve is unique and distracts from the weird indentation that is made on your chest, even with a structured strapless bra. It looked cute, but not amazing.

Fit was a bit too boxy and the collar wasn’t pressed flat so it didn’t lay right. Was cute and wore it to work but it wasn’t the most flattering thing I’ve worn from RTR.

Great dress! Yes, the straps do fall down but can easily be tucked under and are not needed to Hold the dress up. I'm 5'7" and ordered the 2R because 2L wasn't available. It worked because of the high low, but if you want the drama of the back to be more impactful and are as tall or taller, than order the long. It is definitely more of a dark orange than a red.

Beautiful dress... runs small
Beautiful dress, but couldn't wear because it's too small. I'm 5'7" and ordered the 2L. It was the perfect length but couldn't even zip it up. I'm a pretty true size 2... never bought a dress in a 4, but would have needed the four in this one!

Wore to Temple and Looked Cute but Not Great
Cute dress but not super memorable. Totally perfect for going to Synagogue but nothing super "special" about this one. Ran really large. It's supposed to fit loosely and be cinched at the waste, however, there was so much extra material, it was hard to place the extra material without making some part of the dress bubble up in the cinched area.

Wore to a Bat Mitzvah with "Cocktail Attire" and looked great!
I have a petite frame and this fit amazingly. Received sooo many compliments throughout the night. Material is thick but works well to give it a structured look. Cannot wear even a strapless bra with this one - it shows in the peak-a-boo cut outs. Also, kind of flattens those of us who are not well endowed but still felt sexy in it.

So comfortable! Material is thick so might not be great for a really hot day.
Looks really short in pics but at 5'7" was modest enough for a conservative work environment. Fits really well throughout. Not obvious in pics but all edges are rough with a little bit of a fringed edge.
