Loved this dress, lots of compliments, super comfortable great for a summer work day 

I will try a zero in this but I am not sure if it will be any shorter in length. It is a bit baggy on me. 

This is great dress for work. Formal but comfortable. Fit is good.

Love that it had pockets. Easy offuce dress. Color was a bit more green than navy, but pretty nonetheless. The way the liner is sewn make the bottom hem hang a bit funny at times:

This dress ran a little large, I could have sized down but the was able to wear it anyway. Very comfortable and a pretty blue. 

Perfect for work-stylish and comfortable, but relaxed, which basically means I didn't need spanx lol. It had an interesting little detail that took a minute for me to figure out, but it basically looks like suspenders. 

Very comfortable dress, great length I'm 5'3. Didint come with the straps but I preferred it without. The pockets were an nice surprise. I would rent again for work. 

Not too tight, feels like it runs slightly large, suspender thing kinda weird but overall I liked the style and fabric. 

I typically need an 8 for my hips, but the 6 was perfect for me. The dress was so chic and flattering. The suspenders like straps were a bit weird, and they were sewn on so I was unable to take them off. But the dress is so dark in color that you don't even notice them. 

This dress is perfect to wear to work as well as a night out. I loved how comfortable it was. Will definitely rent again. 

Rented this for work - great for summer. It's not too tight but has a belt you can adjust to make the waist smaller or not. Will definitely rent again 

Long workdays make finding something comfy, yet professional very important. This dress is one of those dresses. It's not too tight, but still gives my figure some shape. It's comfortable and quite stylish--I got a few compliments. As another reviewer noted, the faux suspenders are a little odd, but they make the dress unique and really don't get in the way. You can remove them if you prefer. I chose a size 2. I think I could have gone down to a zero, but it would have been snug in the shoulders and bust--I have broader shoulders and back. I will definitely rent this one again!

Dress it up or dress it down for work. This dress is super easy to wear, nice for an office that's kind of hot and looks great!! I love this dress.

As some have mentioned, the fake suspenders aspect of the dress is a tad odd, but it fit well otherwise and was perfect for work. 

Dress is great, has a ton of cute details with the back, overall look to catch the belt and the gold embellishments on the belt buckle. Tons of compliments!

I wore this dress to an early afternoon college football game. I had it on for about 12 hours and was comfortable the entire time. I thought it fit true to size with plenty of room in the lower half (I am pear shaped so this is crucial). One thing I was disappointed in was that the dress came without the front strap piece and there were multiple snags on the fabric when I received it. 

I didn't anticipate that the smallest size in this dress would still be so baggy on me. Thankfully the ties around the waste helped bring some shape to the dress, I loved the fabric, pockets and style, but it was at least one size way too big. I've worn shirts by the brand before so I found this odd. Can't rent again

Fit true to size (but perhaps a bit roomy on the top half but may only be an issue if very small busted). Perfectly lined and lightweight navy blue dress for work that made me feel stylish and sophisticated. Amazing details on this dress! Panel on the back that hangs beautifully and straps on the front that are attached by buttons. Had to play with the belt a bit but I liked it best like this pic. It even has great deep pockets! Only minor issue is that I had to adjust straps a few times from slipping. A perfect work staple and would strongly consider buying it.
