This is great dress for work. Formal but comfortable. Fit is good.

Perfect for work-stylish and comfortable, but relaxed, which basically means I didn't need spanx lol. It had an interesting little detail that took a minute for me to figure out, but it basically looks like suspenders. 

I typically need an 8 for my hips, but the 6 was perfect for me. The dress was so chic and flattering. The suspenders like straps were a bit weird, and they were sewn on so I was unable to take them off. But the dress is so dark in color that you don't even notice them. 

This dress is perfect to wear to work as well as a night out. I loved how comfortable it was. Will definitely rent again. 

Rented this for work - great for summer. It's not too tight but has a belt you can adjust to make the waist smaller or not. Will definitely rent again 

Long workdays make finding something comfy, yet professional very important. This dress is one of those dresses. It's not too tight, but still gives my figure some shape. It's comfortable and quite stylish--I got a few compliments. As another reviewer noted, the faux suspenders are a little odd, but they make the dress unique and really don't get in the way. You can remove them if you prefer. I chose a size 2. I think I could have gone down to a zero, but it would have been snug in the shoulders and bust--I have broader shoulders and back. I will definitely rent this one again!

I wore this dress to an early afternoon college football game. I had it on for about 12 hours and was comfortable the entire time. I thought it fit true to size with plenty of room in the lower half (I am pear shaped so this is crucial). One thing I was disappointed in was that the dress came without the front strap piece and there were multiple snags on the fabric when I received it. 

Fit true to size (but perhaps a bit roomy on the top half but may only be an issue if very small busted). Perfectly lined and lightweight navy blue dress for work that made me feel stylish and sophisticated. Amazing details on this dress! Panel on the back that hangs beautifully and straps on the front that are attached by buttons. Had to play with the belt a bit but I liked it best like this pic. It even has great deep pockets! Only minor issue is that I had to adjust straps a few times from slipping. A perfect work staple and would strongly consider buying it.

Love that it had pockets. Easy offuce dress. Color was a bit more green than navy, but pretty nonetheless. The way the liner is sewn make the bottom hem hang a bit funny at times:

This dress ran a little large, I could have sized down but the was able to wear it anyway. Very comfortable and a pretty blue. 

Very comfortable dress, great length I'm 5'3. Didint come with the straps but I preferred it without. The pockets were an nice surprise. I would rent again for work. 

Not too tight, feels like it runs slightly large, suspender thing kinda weird but overall I liked the style and fabric. 

As some have mentioned, the fake suspenders aspect of the dress is a tad odd, but it fit well otherwise and was perfect for work. 

I will try a zero in this but I am not sure if it will be any shorter in length. It is a bit baggy on me. 

I didn't anticipate that the smallest size in this dress would still be so baggy on me. Thankfully the ties around the waste helped bring some shape to the dress, I loved the fabric, pockets and style, but it was at least one size way too big. I've worn shirts by the brand before so I found this odd. Can't rent again

 Only note is that the way it was wrapped when I opened my RTR bag was very strange and I had to look at the pictures online to make sure that I was wearing it the right where. There's this weird bib-type thing in the back. But looks okay when you wear it!

Dress was perfect--maybe a touch worn, but so cool, dress up and down for work and events after.

I loved the way this dress fit! The versatility of the belt was nice. I wore mine like the model in the pic for a unique touch, but you could easily wear it like a normal belt. 

Love this Tibi so much. I kept not sending it back as I switched out my unlimited items & the second I sent it back, I missed it and ordered another. This dress is everything. Perfect for work and professional events. The belt and straps add style to a classic navy dress. One of my RTR faves!

I saw from photos to loop the belt so that it hangs down and that helped a lot.  The dress is a nice material that doesn't wrinkle easy.  The one I received happened to have the lining not aligned properly with the exterior fabric but I wore it anyway.  (I wouldn't purchase it in that condition.) Super easy to wear with flats or heels.  

Flattering dress, easy to wear with cute details for a little oomph.  Great for work!

Really great dress. It was definitely too big for me but I still wore it. I'd get it again a size smaller, love the color and the design!

This is an extremely comfortable dress.  It's roomy without looking frumpy.  Pair it with sandals for more of a relaxed day outfit, or pair it with heels for a fun night out.  Like the material - hangs nicely on you.  The straps are a novel design.  I'll rent this again come summer (or island vaca).

Loved this dress, it was very flattering. I'm curvy and typically wear spanx under dresses for work...this material was very nice and didn't require anything under it. Loved that! The belt/suspender combo was cute and very unique. I got many compliments, and felt stylish for a day of business meetings. Would definitely rent again. 

I couldn't figure out how to put on the dress because the straps for the waist start on the shoulders. It took me about a minute to figure it out and loved the unique look of this dress! It was a light material so needed to wear a jacket over it.  The hem of the dress was a little bit of a drawback because it looked a touch snatched as I walked in it. Despite this, I still gave it a 5-star review because it looked cute, and loved the overall look: classy! 

Easy to wear, fits well and I got tons of compliments.  The price is great -- I *almost* bought it but I am trying to save money so I will definitely re-rent it.  Love this dress!

I wore this amazing dress to church and the mall. It was very flattering and super comfortable. 
It was a tiny bit bigger than normal but not enough to mark it up on the rating. 


Perfect for work. Classy sophisticated look. 00 size did not exist on RTR, which was too bad. 

Loved the fit of this dress.  Tailored but not super snug. The detail of the almost suspenders and belt make the dress special along with the color.  Will rent again!

A very flattering cut for a girl with a full bust and straight middle.  Wore with a blazer which looked great with the belted waist.  

I rented this dress for my brother's Army basic training graduation ceremony. It was comfortable and looked great in photos, especially next to his "dress blues."
You can't tell in the photo, but the dress includes these weird suspenders. Luckily they can be removed, as they button at the top and are attached by loops around the belt. I didn't like how they looked because they didn't lay flat, but since they could be removed, that wasn't a problem. Still a 5-star dress!

How I styled it: tiny gold hoops, high ponytail, nude pumps, gold watch
Fit: comfortable and easy.  Adjustable belt so you can cinch it to create shape
Pros: detailing makes it more modern and less boring, color and cut keep it conservative and chic for work
Cons: none

Took a while to figure out the belt holder, but it's worth keeping on, very cute.
