Not a dress I would typically choose, but as a last minute back option, it not only saved the day, but surprisingly , was a big hit. I was expecting to upsize , but the smaller size fit like a glove . The regular length also worked perfectly with my 5'6" height and my 4 inch heels , yet it wasn't dragging on the floor either once I switched to flats .

One of my favorite rentals from rtr. Loved the color , the silhouette , the lace and the cap sleeves -even though they kept sliding off the shoulder-but as others mentioned , the issue could easily be fixed with some fashion tape. The lace showed some minor wear and tear , but not noticeable without closed inspection.

While the dress has a 5 star look, it scores low on function and structure . It lacks boning in the bodice or cups for the breasts , making it difficult to wear even for an easy -to-fit, proportional body . It looked great on at first, but as soon as I began to move , I was constantly worrying about wardrobe malfunction . (Fashion tape offered no solution. ) The dress also runs small , and unfortunately, shows some visible signs of wear . The size 4 was missing the hook above the zipper , the lace and lining were frayed in a few areas .

I agree with other comments regarding the length and the fit: Runs a bit tight on the chest area and also on the shorter side, (but not inappropriate) and I felt comfortable. This sexy , curve hugging dress was a great choice for a dinner date and drinks at a trendy South Beach spot. Due to its extremely fitted nature, (it is made of neoprene, a fabric similar to wet suit and scuba wear), I highly recommend to upsize. I am usually an xs or 0, but needed a size S. One of my favorite aspects of this dress was the back print, which created the optical illusion of hourglass figure, framing the body with a flattering silhouette.

Initially, I was hesitant to opt for such a statement piece, but the bright coral color and the simple long silhouette made this dress a perfect choice for a formal outdoor wedding. Since the dress is so dramatic in color, it requires minimal accessory. I loved how this dress created an illusion of height and the fitted, cutout top added a sexy-edgy touch to the otherwise simple style. I wore the longer version (I’m 5’6” and wore 4 inch heels ), which turned out to be a bit still long, and had to pick it up occasionally, especially after switching into more comfortable flats. Just to keep in mind, due to its pleated nature, the skirt has a lot of fabric, which flows beautifully, but also makes it easier to step on.
