It fit perfectly on top and was so tight around my hips and butt. I wear a 27 jean.
The dress was adorable I just was bummed it didn't fit me what so ever. Very odd sizing for this. I think you have to be very stick thin to pull this look off.

I wore this in Vegas and it was perfect! LOVED the straps on the dress and how it was snug.
Great dress and perfect for Vegas. It was snug, but the fabric was pretty thick which was great I didn't even have to wear spanx.
