The middle cut outs ran smaller than I thought, very tight there. But bc I had to go up a size I had extra fabric over the butt. Other than that i loved it 

I got the dress in a size 6 normally I am a 4 or 6 but the dress fit perfectly. The material is a little heavy but I wasn’t hot in the warm weather: I got so many compliments. I am 5’6 and 145 lbs 

So with a bra the 8 was too small I couldn't get the zipper past my bra buckle and I was SWIMMING in the 10. I wore the 8 without a bra and it fit perfectly! Everything stayed in place and you couldn't even tell I didn't have a bra on. I will 100% rent this again!

Loved this dress! Great fit for a curvy athletic body type. Hugged in all the right places, easy to move in! 

This dress is wonderful; all the little details like the slit, cutouts and the overlay straps make it such a crowd pleaser! The material is thick, and it was TIGHT. I opted for the smaller size even though it was almost too tight on bottom because the other was a bit loose on top which didn't look great. I'm only 5'0 and was afraid this would be too long but loved the length!

Understatedly sexy and sleek, this dress makes for a stunning silhouette. I found it to be a bit on the tighter side and would size up if I had to rent again. Quality, thick material. My boyfriend loved it and even a stranger complimented me on how nice I looked. Win!

I rented this for a black tie optional affair and it was the perfect marriage of style & comfort. The dress ran true to size and hugged all the right areas. The slit was a little high, so you have to watch it when you're sitting down. Other than that, this dress was gorgeous!

I loved this dress. Sleek, contemporary, sexy. Fabric is a bit heavy, but in a good way. It covered imperfections for me. I crisscrossed my straps in the back and had no issues with my bra showing. It seems to run just a touch large. 

The slit was my favorite part- it couldn't have been more perfect. Actually appropriate. And I danced in this with NO issues. 

This was the backup dress from the one I ordered. I'm normally a 0 or 2, so those are the two sizes I ordered. I ended up wearing the 2 and fit perfectly. The dress did make me keep my posture straight. If I slouched skin bulged a bit at the cutouts at the waist. The fabric is thick enough that there was no visible pantyline. It's definitely a little black dress that makes a statement and is not boring.

This dress fit me like a glove and it stood out among a sea of black dresses. It's perfect for small chest girls as it's a little tight up too but the bottom fit me perfectly with room to breath...great dress and I received compliments the entire night! 

Dress may run a little tight, but overall it was comfortable enough to wear all night long, and i got so many compliments on it. Felt like a star.

I absolutely loved this dress! I don't think the photos on the model do it's justice. Some people said it ran small, but mine fit perfectly. I am a size 4, 34C, 135 pounds and the 4 worked. No need for a bra since the material was so thick. 

This dress made me feel as skinny as a size zero model!!!  The cut was perfect.  The cut outs on the sides were just below my bra, where my body is the smallest.  I was able to wear a normal bra with this dress which is a must!!!  I did wear a fastener in the back to pull my straps closer.  I am very modest when it comes to slits because I have large athletic thighs from college Vball however it was not too revealing!  Just enough!!!!  I would buy or rent this dress again!!!!  It was very comfortable and easy to dance and get low in;). I have gotten so many compliments during the event and after!!!  Thanks Rent the runway!!

Runs true to size, shows just the right amount of skin, thick material, very well made. Wish I could have kept it forever. 

Very comfortable just fit a little small.  The 4 fit, but it was really tight mainly in the top half.  The 6 was more comfortable up top but a little big on the bottom half; however, it ended up working out great.  Very comfortable.  Everyone loved it.

I usually wear a 2 (I'm 26 waist, almost 5'7, thin but muscular, 130 lbs but this was so tight under my arms and on the top of my shoulders, it almost cut off my circulation lol. The 4 was much more comfortable but was big and puffy on the back area and made me look frumpy which is not the look I was going for in this sexy yet elegant cut out dress. So I just suffered in the small and eventually got used to the tightness lol. Pretty dress just odd sizing.

I sent in my measurements and a rep told me to order the 10 I usually wear a 6. The ten was swimming on me and the 8 was big but was comfortable wish I would have ordered the six just to compare. I'm sure it would have fit perfectly. Other than that it was a great dress was very comfortable to wear would definitely rent again

Loved the dress! Classic with a little bit of an edge. Dress was thicker fabric and didn't even need to wear a bra which is a rarity being a 32DD! The cut outs are sexy but tasteful and hit at a smaller part of the body. Very comfortable. 

Runs small so I would definitely order a size up like others said. The material is the perfect thickness so you don't feel like it is hugging every inch of you and the cut outs are subtle and in the perfect places. Can't say enough good things about this dress!!! 

So easy to wear, so flattering, and subtler but unique.

This dress was an easy decision that I received many compliments on. It's difficult to tell in photos but it's like a jumper with the two faux strap details on the bust. I could see how they might bulge out if you slouch but I saw it as a reminder for good posture. I love the weight of the fabric. It's not skimpy or flimsy. My favorite part was the slit up the thigh. As a woman with curves, this dress hugs in all the right places and the cut outs are enough to add interest but don't feel tacky. I typically wear a 6 in dresses and this fit was right on par. However I might have sized up if I was bustier (34C/150lbs). Danced in this all night. 

I love this dress and don't want to return it. It's sharp looking and you can dress It up with heels or where with a bootie for a more casual look. 

Absolutely loved this dress! The cutouts and length of the dress make it a flattering cut. Perfect LBD. 

I wore the 6 as the 4 was too tight in the chest. The 6 had a bit of room in the hips but was really comfortable and because the material is heavy, still looked nice and structured. Also it was nice to have a bit of room around the cutouts. Wore for a night out in Vegas and felt sexy without showing too much. Loved this dress - wish I had a better picture to show how great it looked!

After some order detail malfunctions with my original dress, RTR helped me find this dress last second, and I couldn't have been happier! I range from 2-4 on sizing, but the 4 fit perfectly-- no bra needed either.  Would definitely rent again. 

Sexy, yet not too revealing. Loved dressing it down with a pair of suede oxblood booties :)

A chic little black dress with subtle cut outs! The perfect outfit for black tie event that does not require a floor length gown.This dress does run extremely small so that is something crucial to keep in mind when choosing your back up size. At 5'4 this dress hit me right above the ankles, around the calf area. A plus about this dress is that you can definitely wear any standard bra. I would recommend pairing this dress with a great pair of black heels and silver jewelry.
