Cute Dress - for someone else
The dress was a typical Lily Pulitzer - but the waist of the dress didn't hit where I needed it to so I didn't wear it.

Great Transitional Weather Dress!
I rented this because previous Sea dresses have really worked for me but this was even better than usual! The sleeves were a smidge too long - but I'm petite. Otherwise, this dress was the perfect choice for early spring - fabric heavy enough to wear with tights & booties one week but without stockings and just cute flats a week later!

Fit Buttons - Great Idea but Don't Lay Flat
I loved the idea of the fit buttons on the waist - great for curvy girls! But, they didn't lay flat and that was uncomfortable.

Longer Torso Required
This sweater is cute - great with a denim skirt on a crisp fall day! The only problem was that it was made for someone with a longer torso. It bunched up and created unattractive rolls.

Part of a Great Set!
Rented this top and the coordinating pants to wear to an engagement party. Paired it with a pair of silver mules and a silver clutch. Looked great! Folded and traveled well without wrinkling in my carry-on for the flight to the party. Would rent again.

Needs a Chunky Shoe/Bootie
The dress fabric is really substantial - and the look is meant to be oversized and avant garde - so it doesn't really look right with your "usual" evening shoes. I ended up wearing it with a pair of black platform booties with rhinestone trim. The weight of the fabric means that it is going to be warm if you're dancing or in a crowded event.

I wore this with tights and ankle boots to the office - it seemed a little too "going out" but later on when I met friends for drinks the high neckline made it seem too "buttoned up" for after work. The fabric on the arms is sheer which does make this a little chilly in the winter.

I loved it so much that I bought it! It's a great way to dress up a pair of jeans on Casual Friday. I paired this with skinny jeans and a pair of silver flats. The sleeves were a bit long on me - but I'm petite. The fabric has a bit of stretch to it which prevented it from gaping across by bust.

This dress is meant to be loose, casual, and easy to wear - which is why it is perfect for winter layering that doesn't make you look frumpy. I could have worn the S but the M had room for a thermal henley and thick sweater tights underneath it - which I need during the last cold snap! Adorable & Comfy!
I wore this top to the office with a pair of black jeans and black patent leather flats. I received so many compliments! I could have worn a smaller size but I was concerned about how it would fit over my hips. The bow is fun and means that you feel a little more pulled together than you might on a "Casual Friday."

Details Matter!
The fit was good - as the reviews noted - which is important for us curvy girls! BUT watch out for the keyhole opening in the front AND the straps on your bra. You'll need a plunge bra to make sure that no one can see your "unmentionables" in front and the cut of the shoulders is just a pinch narrow - so double check your straps or use double-sided tape like I did!

Just Enough Sparkle!
The dress has just enough sequins to make it appropriate for an evening cocktail party but it didn't feel gaudy. The halter neckline is terrific and unique. The only problem is that the lining of the dress is bias-cut - which means that curvy girls lose a little room in the hips.

Welcoming Spring!
This dress, paired with leggings, was perfect for a rainy spring day-not all black and the flirty fabric hinted at warmer weather. The waistline of the dress is a bit large - even in the S, which leaves the dress a little baggy in the back - but nothing too terrible.

I own a couple of Pink Tartan pieces - but I have lost weight and they don't fit me now. I used my Unlimited membership to rent this dress and it was PERFECT for my presentation to prospective clients. Polished, easy to accessorize, well-fitted and professional. I'm small (5'4") and while I have a 26 inch waist my hips are 36 inches - the knot fabric of the dress is perfect for my figure.
