Love the sequins on this dress but fit was off. Huge in the waistline which made it frumpy. It was like a sack dress. The arm holes were really tight and uncomfortable. I normally wear size 6 but wore the 4 because of the waist. 

This was my first time using RTF and the dress was perfect for the occasion!  I ordered a 2 and a 4 based on others' reviews and ended up wearing the 2 because it was more fitted in the waist, despite being tighter in the chest/arms.  The dress was in pristine condition and was very flattering and comfortable.  All of my choices arrived three days before the scheduled delivery; I wish I had had another reason to wear them!  I got many compliments on the dress throughout the night.  I will definitely RTR again!

this will be a little tuff to get on, seems not as stretchy as i expected.

This dress defiantly runs big.  I usually wear a 2-4 but because of the reviews in this dress I got a 0.  It was too big.  With a little black belt it would have been better.  I had other options to wear so I didn't wear this one.  I could see this dress being great for anyone needing to cover tummy insecurities.  

This dress was the perfect, sparkly dress for a New Years Eve party. However, before you rent this dress, be aware that it definitely needs a belt! The elastic in the waist was completely stretched out, so the dress was shapeless and a bit unflattering without the belt. Also, it's much longer than it looks on the model, it came right down to my knees, which I liked (I'm 5'2). Overall a beautiful and festive dress that got lots of compliments!

Loved the dress. I did find the waist was a little large but that works for hiding any trouble areas. Everyone loved the sparkles for a Christmas party. Lots of compliments. Did scratch a tiny bit under the arms but it wasn't a big issue. Would totally recommend!

I rented this for my company holiday party and loved the sparkle! It definitely runs big and needed some sort of belt to make it look "right." I will warn you that the sequins around the neckline started to bother me after about 4 hours. When I say "bother" I mean I could not wait to get out of the dress... Overall the dress is beautiful but there is an internal "beauty is pain"  moment throughout the night because of the sequins. 

My daughter ordered the smallest size available, 0, and it was very loose/baggy looking on her. She is 5'2" and about 115 pounds and it did not fit her body type at all. Might have worked better on someone with a little bit more curves. Beautiful dress, just didn't work for her!

This was just OK.  It wasn't fitted, and the sequins really scratched in the underarm area.  Also was allowed for a little spillage under the arm because of the cut.  Not my favorite, but did not have time to get anything else by the time I had a chance to try the dress on.  Wish that RTR did a four day rental.  Saturday rentals are tough as you can't return until Monday and therefore aren't receiving until Friday and if it doesn't work, that is not enough time to get something else :(

Rented to be Taylor Swift for Halloween. Very forgiving and runs a little big. Great for pear shapes and bigger busts. Very sparkly! 

Pictures do this dress no justice. Got this for my birthday night out. It is so sparkly, you could spot me from a mile away and I felt like a princess. Compliments all night long, I was able to dance and move effortlessly. Super comfortable and fits perfect since it isn't super tight anywhere. Wear this if you want to stand out in an awesome way!

a bit itchy, but nothing to be too worried about unless you have super sensitive skin. dress runs large, so it might not be SUPER tight around the waist with the band. 

Rented this dress for a night out in Vegas. We were there with a huge group for a birthday party and wore it to dinner at Joe's and to see Absinthe. I was worried about being overdressed but I didn't even care! It was so comfortable and roomy. I usually wear a 10 and could've worn the 6, but ended up wearing the 8. It's not too short and is so beautiful! I felt like a model and received so many compliments!! I absolutely loved this dress and will probably rent again! 

I rented this for my best friend's bachelorette party in Vegas. It was pretty and comfortable. There were some random strings hanging off that I had to snip, though.

I rented this dress for prom. It sounds funny, but I am a high school teacher who runs the prom and I wanted something fun for the occasion. This dress fit the bill! It was super sparkly and comfortable and fun to dance  in. It isn't super form fitting, so if you have a little something to cover in the tummy department or if you are feeling bloated, this dress is great. No Spanx are needed and you can wear a regular bra. My only complaint was that the sequins that hit your arms get a little itchy, but absolutely nothing to make you not want to wear this dress. Great, comfortable rental. 

I didn't hate this dress, but I didn't love it. Being 5'6" I figured it would be relatively short, but unfortunately it came down nearly to my knees which I didn't like. The fit was true to size, but I think this dress is meant for taller ladies. The model in the picture makes it look like a shorter dress so be aware! Because the dress is beaded, your underarms will get scratched up a bit. Other than that, it was just an"ok" dress to me. I did, however, and despite my reservations on the dress, received quite a few compliments!

Dress fit well - definitely forgiving since it's not a tight fit.  For my first RTR experience, I thought the entire process was seamless and I was able to wear a fabulous dress for a wedding! 

This dress is perfect for a NYE party or Gatsby Glam party. I wore this dress all night (over 8 hours) and it was comfortable the entire time. I am 5'9 so I am always worried the dress will be too short. This length was perfect though not too short for my long legs.  The only complaint would be the bust/arm pit area. It was scratchy at times and the bust was a little snug. Overall great dress I wanted to keep it!

Consider going a size down for your 2nd size, the dress is definitely roomy. The dress is longer than it looks on the model, and the waist sits a little higher. It was a great dress!! I would wear it again, so comfy and perfect for dancing.

This was my backup dress, and my main dress (Allison Parris RSVP) was AMAZING, so I didn't wear this one. I'm glad because I didn't think this dress looked particularly cute on me. It fit and was festive for a holiday party, but it just wasn't particularly flattering. I am either a 4 or 6, but I have a wide waist/ribcage for my size, and I think this dress needs a tiny little waist to avoid looking like a sad sack. Won't rent again.

Perfect fit. It is a lot more sparkly than it appears in the picture. When I chose the dress, I had no idea that I'd be called up on stage to perform. The stage lights hit the dress and it lit up the room!

It was perfect for a Gatsby themed wedding!!!!! Matched with the pearls....it was sooooo Gatsby!

I wore this dress to a semi-formal Christmas party and loved it! I got tons of compliments and somebody even asked my husband where I got my dress. Very comfortable all night and no rubbing under my arms like happens with some sequin dresses. I do wish is had a sash or ribbon at the waist just to define it. I could have worn the 2 or 4, but I have broad shoulders and the 2 was a little snug under the arms.

The dress was so fun for the occasion! However, it was a little itchy in the armpit area. I received compliments all night on how sparkly it looked--and it was! Definitely awesome for an Old-Vegas themed party! 

I rented this dress for my birthday since i had a free rental. i usually run between a 4 and a 6 but decided to size down for my back up. for some reason the size 2 fit better than the 4! the 4 ended up being tight in the arms and there were some threads and sequins hanging....maybe it had been worn/cleaned too many times? whatever the case. the 2 was perfect and i had a blast wearing it! cute, sparkly, light, and moved easily.

The dress ran bigger than expected. Could have probably even worn a 4. It was a bit longer than I would have liked, but otherwise fit well! Sequins do get a bit itchy/irritating. If you have a really long event wouldn't recommend wearing this.

This dress was a showstopper and got compliments all night. I wore it for the finale of my dance troupe's spring show, where we did a flash mob in the middle of our audience. I wanted to stand out among everyone's corsets, and I believe I did! I ordered a back-up size but they were unable to ship it--I would have liked to see what the dress looked like a size smaller. Either way, I loved the dress and felt like a million bucks. I wanted to keep it!

It was a little bigger than anticipated. I probably could have got in a size down. The sequins scraped my under arms a little but at the end of the day I felt beautiful and it was exactly what I wanted! 

I wore this for a glittery/sparkly themed bachelorette party. It fit the the theme perfectly. It definitely has enough sequins to catch everyone's eye as you dance the night away (and it's very easy to dance the night away in - I put it to the test). I liked the dress. I was very pleased with the length for being a tall girl (as usual with RTR dresses). I thought the dress was pretty enough, however, it's not really the best cut for hourglass girls out there like me. It fit in the chest (making me think that I probably could not have comfortably sized down) but was a little baggy in the waist (making me feel the need to belt it - I don't like having to belt EVERY dress I wear). Anyways, I recommend understated jewelry with the flashy dress but a pop of color in a heel (or a belt) - a mustache can work wonders as well. :)

The dress fit wonderfully, and was very comfortable. It lit up beautifully in the evening and was a blast to dance in. I got so many compliments, and didn't want to give it back. It also was the perfect length - significantly longer than on the model in the picture, which made it feel a little more grown up for a work event.

I didn't get to wear it, but it was gorgeous and fit beautifully! 

For all that it's covered in sequins, this was a classy party dress.  Ran large like the others said.  I added a belt to give my non-waist a bit of definition.

I am a solid size 8 on top and a 10-12 on the bottom, but the 8 for this dress fit perfectly. It is very forgiving due to the elastic waist and full skirt. The keyhole top was a nice touch without being too revealing for someone like me who isn't all that daring. Great dress.

I rented this dress for a Theatre Awards Ceremony.  I got compliments all night about what a great dress and how wonderful I looked.  To be totally honest though, I wasn't sure I loved it when I first tried it on.  If it were in a store, I probably would have kept shopping.  The material felt just a little heavier than it appeared online.  It still had great swing and it was nice that it felt substantial, just not what I expected. I took a cue from other photos and reviews on here and added a satin ribbon belt- that helped a LOT for me, just gave a little more definition.  I think I liked the dress more and more as the night wore on though to be honest!

As many other reviewers suggested I got a smaller size as back up, and that is what I wore.  I'm almost exclusively a 6 in dresses, but this one felt a little boxy and loose- certainly not unwearable, just not quite right.  The 4 was better overall, though the waist was a tad high on me; I chose to go with it anyway. (Note- I'm not quite sure hourglass is the right description of my body, I'm somewhere between that and pear. My weight is pretty evenly distributed so I do have a noticeable waist though not a tiny one!) I was a little concerned about the itchiness of the sequins others had mentioned, but although I did notice them, I wasn't red or raw or uncomfortable at all.  Mind you, I don't have very sensitive skin either.  

Aside from the dress, the RTR experience was pretty great!  I didn't realize shipping was more expensive on a Saturday, and since the event was on a Monday night I had no other choice than to pay as much for S+H as I did for the dress itself.  There were a few loose threads on the dress, but when sequins are involved and it's been worn more than once I'd say that's to be expected.  Will definitely consider renting again!

It was just so beautiful and I felt glamourous the whole night. It does run big so size down if you want it to complement you. It was also itchy in the arm pits and it was a little torn at the bottom but it barely noticeable. It was also a little stretchy but that's at the waste line and it gave me lots of room to dance! I really wish I could have bought this dress! I suggest rent the runway to everyone it was by far the best choice.  

The dress looked great and I loved it! The one complaint I did have was although the dress wasn't necessarily "too big" it fit awkwardly on my waist and dropped at a strange place as a result. Also, the elastic waist that pulls it in made the dress look strange and out of place. I fixed all this with a thin black belt and the dress pulled together and fit much nicer. The length is good, stops right above the knee. I'm definitely renting again :)

This dress was stunning. I loved how it caught the light and how the bottom of the gown flowed. The top was a bit big for me and I felt like it was a bit long...it would work much better on someone a little taller and bustier. :) I wore it anyways because it was just so pretty and I got so many compliments on it. Wish I could have kept it!
