Loved the front rouching-didn't have to wear shapewear because of this feature. It was snug across my chest but I am a G cup so that happens often but this is definitely large bust friendly. Wire for date night but would be a great wedding guest dress.

I'm normally a 14 but rented this in a 16 and while i felt comfortable and not sloppy, I think I might try renting in the 14 too (I liked it that much). It's a great warm dress for winter and the silver threading throughout is subtle but adds so much visual interest.

Loved the cutouts. I wore a black bra because the side straps were too thin for any other bra and I couldn't go without a bra. I was able to wear 2 inch wedges and the regular length was perfect. Pros--very flattering and slimming-especially from the front. Extremely comfortable too. Cons--hard to find a bra to work.

I would say this dress is on the borderline between good and great. If you have an hourglass figure like me, you may notice some gapping in the stomach area, which I think detracts from the overall effect of the dress' details. I sized up to allow for extra comfort in the bust area, and so I could sit down without concerns of ripping the dress! The color is gorgeous!! Overall I think it's a beautiful dress that looked good, not great, on me.

I was nervous at first- the waist/flare was a little higher than I would have liked but I decided to wear it anyway. I'm soo glad that I did! I received a TON of compliments and the dress photographed beautifully! It is incredibly well-made and looked like it has barely been worn! The overall quality is terrific and the color is outstanding! Here are some notes on the fit: I was able to fit into both the 12 and the 10. I liked how the waist fit better in the 10 but the 12 was more comfortable in the bust/arm area. I went with the 12 for better ease of movement for dancing. :) my measurements are 41-30-40. As you can tell I am an hourglass shape and I thought this dress accentuated that nicely without being tight or constricting. You will not regret renting this dress! I was very sad sending it back.

Received this as a backup. I received a ton of compliments and felt great! Here are some details: Fit--as noted in the details, this is a narrower cut on the bottom. My measurements are 41-30-40. It was snug in the bust and hips but it wasn't too tight. Overall it fit nicely and was very flattering. Materials and condition-the color is a deep navy with beautiful waist detailing (waist detail is part of the dress-not a separate belt). The back detail with the keyhole and exposed satin is really lovely. The chiffon was just a little worn looking on the left cuff but it was barely noticeable. All in all-would definitely recommend!

This dress was sent as an alternative for me to try. This isn't my typical style but I thought it would be nice to push my personal style limits. I did not wear this dress for many reasons. It was too short (falling just an inch below my bum) and it was not nearly classy enough for the mid-upscale wedding I was attending. May be a fun option for someone shorter or with a shorter torso. I was really looking forward to wearing this dress to a wedding. I'm currently between a size 10 and 12 and after reading the other reviews, decided to order the dress in sizes 10 and 8. Unfortunately the 10 was returned damaged so RTR was unable to send it (the customer service I received as a result of this was phenomenal!). I was excited that the 8 fit but it was shorter than what I felt comfortable wearing. I have a very large bust but small waist and although the dress hung nicely, it wasn't as flattering as I had hoped.

The choice was the perfect addition to my rental and really helped complete the look?

Before I sum up the fit-which was amazing-I have to share the wow factor of this gown. I felt amazing and that was reinforced by the dozens (no exaggeration) of people that stopped me to tell me how much they loved my gown. I literally had people stop me on my way to the wedding-talk about an ego boost! The fit was very true to size. I am currently between a 12 and a 14 and both sizes fit. However, although there was enough fabric on the 12 to close, my husbands fingers weren't nimble enough to actually zip it all the way (there is a lot of chiffon around the hidden zipper which makes it more difficult). I don't think the picture here does the dress justice-but it was the best full-length picture I had. My measurements are 41-32-42. If you are considering renting this dress-do it!! You will not be sorry!! I just wish I owned it so I could wear it again and again!!

Loved having people ask me "Where did you get that dress?!?" I wore this dress to a black-tie optional fundraising event. The dress fit well and highlighted my curves nicely. I did use a safety pin to close the cleavage just a little bit more given the nature of the event, but there was plenty of fabric to do this without detracting from the overall dress appearance. My only misgiving about the dress is that it is longer in the front than in the back--I think it may be the extra draped material in the front. I was told it was not as noticeable as it felt. Although I am a size 14, I do not carry my weight in my stomach so maybe that is why it draped longer in the front. Overall though, loved wearing the dress and have already recommended it to friends!!!

I was so excited for this dress to arrive. I had read the reviews and was prepared for it to be more on the shear side and to be much brighter than the pictures. I wasn't prepared for my husband to lovingly call it a pumpkin dress, though-haha. I rented both the R and L lengths in my usual size and would have been able to wear the R length with my 3 inch heels with no problem. The fit on me was odd though--I am a 38DDD and yet the dress was loose in the chest area (which NEVER happens!). It fit around the waist just fine and it flowed beautifully over my hips, etc. But I just felt that the top was not as flattering as I would have expected. The dress is pretty bright and although I loved the color (it would look amazing on darker skin tones or those with a beautiful tan), my husband did not. So, I chose to wear the other dress I had rented and was glad I did because I felt absolutely gorgeous in the other one. I still think this dress is gorgeous--just not right for me in my usual size.

I felt like a million bucks! I wore this dress to an evening wedding in Pittsburgh and was stopped ALL night with compliments on how amazing the dress was AND how amazing I looked in it! The dress itself is of such great quality with a wonderful liner and beautifully stitched on sequins. I am used to having a little cleavage showing (when you are a 38DDD, it comes with the territory!!) so I was fine with how low the neckline was. The dress fit like a glove and as I just mentioned, I do have a larger chest. The only thing I was not in love with about the dress was that, with all of the extra fabric over the stomach, I felt that I photographed a little larger in that area--but that's what the delete button is for on the camera! So if you are a true hourglass like myself--just be prepared that the detailing over the stomach may photograph larger from side angles. Would rent this dress again!!
