RTR helped by sending this dress overnight when another I ordered did not work. Loved this dress!!!
The waist is fitted and true to size. The top and bottom have more flow to them. You can also wear the straps two different ways for 2 great and different looks

Great color and shine! I received many compliments on this dress!!
The fit is true to size. I did find the pleating on the front a little heavy which is why I gave it 4 stars. The pleats add a little volume right in front of your belly and that's not always flattering, I do think that the flattering v-neck helped take the focus away from the front volume. I also feel like the length of the skirt works better on a taller person. The skirt hits right above the knee and I was a little worried about that but it looked good with a HIGH heel
