No bra…and compliments all night!
Super comfy, swishy and glittery, people kept stopping me to tell me how gorgeous it was. Also, no bra! As a breastfeeding mom…loved this for me.

Sleeveless yet warm!
Wore this for a cold, rainy day at the office. An XS would have fit better; this is incredibly stretchy and thick material! Length was a little more conservative than I had expected but totally fine. Just your basic old office dress.

Unique and modern!
Very warm, and runs very large. I would have rented a size down (XS) if it were available. I wore this on the weekend running errands and got a lot of compliments. Bonus: you can snap the front closure as pictured.

Perfect for ANY season!
This dress is insanely comfortable. It's unlined, but you don't need a slip at all -- the fabric is not translucent. It's actually surprisingly thick for pleated fabric. 4" keyhole closure at back of neck. Runs very large; I would have preferred an XXS if it were available. I am 5'3" and the XS hit just above my knees, and the kimono sleeves hit past my fingertips. I can't imagine being much shorter and wearing this dress. Looks great with black tights/booties, calf-length boots, heels, and even sandals. You could wear this year-round, in just about any climate. Didn't wear to work because I felt it was a bit too dramatic for my business casual workplace. Otherwise, it's a versatile dress that's perfect for just about anything!

Best worn with heels on a very, very cold day.
The dress runs long, but arms/chest are actually TTS. The 0 fit great however if I was bustier this may not have been the case. Torso and legs are lined with a very soft, silky material however arms and neck are not. Pros: spacious, warm, high-quality fabric, conservative design, work-friendly, unique. Cons: couldn't wait to take it off at 5pm because it was just so darn heavy. This would be a great dress for the dead of winter.

I have a very short waist and the small ran short on me.
It's an adorable and high-quality shirt, just beware of the short waist. I paired it with RTR's Helmut Lang Tux Blazer for work. I plan on keeping this shirt for a night out this weekend because I think it's better suited for play, not work.

Versatile shift, unique color!
I liked wearing this -- it was comfortable and forgiving. The zipper worked well and never came undone, which was something I was worried about because, well, RTR's zippers have a reputation. I do wish I ordered an XS, because the top was roomier than expected. Word of caution: I had to wear a slip underneath (and keep my long hair down all day!) to cover up the low cut in the back, which made this dress office appropriate.

Exactly what I expected--fun to wear, shiny and thick, warm material (perfect for winter nights out)! The button on the back was a little difficult but overall, a great birthday or NYE dress.

Classy, feminine and sexy!
Definitely, 100% renting again. This dress runs slightly small, especially if you have a curvier bottom half! The fabric thickness is amazing. I was kind of worried because I don't normally wear tight dresses, but this one was fine. Don't rent this for a sit-down dinner; it was comfy when standing up but slid up a LOT when I sat down, and became too tight around the midsection. And I have a tiny waist. Great for a night out or at bars.

I'd buy it if it were less expensive!
Beautiful, silky shift. Rented through Unlimited with the Helmut Lang Tux Blazer (pictured here). I paired these two pieces for graphic design interview, and just hoped for the best when they arrived--honestly wasn't sure if they'd match up well. THEY DID! I really wanted to stand out and this did the trick. PRO TIP: Rent a size up in this dress if you want the length to be office appropriate (that's what I did).

Best blazer I'll ever wear.
It's so flattering. I 'd buy it, but RTR's price ($230) is just not worth it for the condition this blazer is in. It's clearly very worn.

Soft and silky, but very large!
I loved the silky fabric, but the XS fit like a tent--I wore it for a casual Friday at the office. I sent it back to RTR that evening, it was just too wrinkly to keep for Saturday. Looks GREAT tucked into a black skirt. Overall: a great one-hit wonder, but wouldn't rent again.

Would have been gorgeous if RTR had size 32 in stock...
...instead I wore a 34. This is my second time renting this blouse, it's gorgeous albeit a little boxy. I always hope that RTR has a 32 available but it never seems to happen. 34 it is. Word of caution: you 100% need a tank under this, especially for work wear. Even if the v neck does not show cleavage on you (it sure did for me), the white pleats are transparent and will show skin on your hips. Just have something underneath and you'll be fine!

Didn't expect this top to be as flattering as it was!
I rented this to transition from a casual Friday in the office right to a lowkey night out in the city. Works perfectly and I don't feel like it negatively accentuates my tummy at all, despite what other reviews said! Only downside: the XS I was sent has a broken clasp so I needed fashion tape.

Great transition from work to dinner!
I can't even count how many coworkers stopped me to say how cool this dress was. The white sheath is slightly stretchy which was nice. The fabric all around is really soft, and the dress looks good with a blazer too!

Cute, unique, versatile--but short!
Rented this through Unlimited for everyday use, and wound up buying it. This is a SHORT shift! I'm 5'3" and it just barely made the cut for "office appropriate". The fabric is thick, pleated and has a pebble-like feel to it. Can easily be dressed down with heels for a night out, or dressed up with a blazer for work. Add a scarf or statement necklace, otherwise it kind of looks like a potato sack :)

Thick, structured dress--but also feminine!
The material is thick and structured. Beautiful, easy and no-fuss piece. Doesn't wrinkle easily which is fantastic for everyday use, especially if you sit at a desk. I rented this for an everyday office day where I was running several meetings and wanted something conservative yet eye-catching. My office's bathroom lighting (in this photo) doesn't do the dress justice! Seriously contemplating purchasing.

Didn't wear--very simple, comfortable and not too long!
Well-made gown that seems like it would flatter just about any body type! Not too long (I'm 5'3" for reference). The bust was a *little* bigger on me than most size 2's I've worn. I didn't wear it to my event; I opted for a more elegant gown. This one was cute, but struck me as a more "prom" type look than I was going for. All in all, a great dress.

This dress is a showstopper.
Rented this for a black tie wedding at a public library. As someone who rarely wears red, and would never typically go for a gown with a slit--10/10. The slit down the middle wasn't awkward at all, however all you needed to show it off during photos was a little tug. The fabric has such a soft, buttery satin feel to it--and includes sheer panels from the waist down, which lends a great "swishy" feel to it. It really flows when you walk. Short and/or small-chested ladies beware: the dress itself as well as top straps run a tad long. I am just over 5'3" and wore 3" heels, but had to hold up the dress for a good part of the night. Also needed some fashion tape to keep the top part in place, but that was just me. Overall: RENT THIS DRESS!
