Had to layer with cardigan to keep it classy and appropriate for work.

This dress is not for everyone but if you want something that will turn heads give it a try. I have an hourglass shape so it was tighter through the hips. If you don't have curves it should hang like a shift. The fabric is like butter too. Very soft. The lining makes it so you can wear whatever under it. 

Loved this dress! Felt comfortable in it all night! Ran a tiny bit big but loved it so much in the store that I rented it anyway. I felt so fashionable in this unique Milly piece. Highly recommend.

I ordered the 6 it fit but i think the 4 would have fit better. Even though the 6 was a little big it was still super cute! I would totally rent it again suoer chic and cute for work! Love it

Fit perfectly.  I'm a zero or two depending on brand, and the two fit perfect. Love the two tones together, and the unique cut. Wore for a work meeting and got several compliments. Great for warmer temps.  Was a good length for me, but wouldn't wear to work if I were any taller. Only complaint is this specific dress had a few tiny holes, maybe from a name tag pin? And a very light stain on the upper back. I'd pull this one out of rotation.  

The 6 hugged the stomach a little, so the 8 provided a sleek, comfortable fit. 

Very comfortable and cute. The fabric had a little elasticity. It is a little short when you are sitting but not an issue when walking/ going up stairs. 

I can't even count how many coworkers stopped me to say how cool this dress was. The white sheath is slightly stretchy which was nice. The fabric all around is really soft, and the dress looks good with a blazer too!

No negatives! Wore this for NYFW and it was perfect. Simply stylish and comfortable. Great with heels, booties or flats. 

I really enjoyed wearing this to work. It's SUPER comfortable and very stylish. It's a little too short when you sit and cross your legs. Be careful with that, but otherwise a pretty stellar rental.

Love this super simple two tone dress. It is extremely flattering. The back is a simple v not deep that shows off some skin.

This is a great office dress, super light and breathable for summer weather.

This dress fit perfectly! I'm usually a size 6 so it runs true to size! The only negative comment I would have is that the thread on the bottom was coming apart on the hem that left like a loose flap to one side, but I fixed it with a little double sided tape to get through the work day! Otherwise, it was super comfortable and I will definitely rent it again! 

I loved this dress! Wish I owned it! My boyfriend took me on a surprise date to Kayne Prime steakhouse in Nashville. He didn't tell me where we were going, just to dress up! This was the perfect dress. I felt sexy, confident, chic, and classy. I am pretty curvy, so this was not a dress to show that off..but with nude stilettos, I felt pretty damn good in it! I got so many comments on my instagram pic of this dress! Would certainly rent this one again! 

I loved this dress. I was worried it would look boxy/unflattering since I have large boobs but it fits beautifully. Received many compliments. Classy, tasteful, and modern. 

Id say it's true to size. If you want a tighter fit, size down. 

I absolutely loved this dress. I wore it several times and even had someone stop mid-conversation (while on the phone with someone else) to compliment me. It might be my favorite rental. It's flowy, not boxy, and the fabric panel is a great detail to add structure. 

This dress fits true to size! It was very comfortable and easy to wear! Love the detail with the angled overlay. 

Perfect for a hot summer night working while still keeping stylish. I wear a size 2 but had to wear a size 4 and it was still firm fitting and flattering. Highly recommend 

This dress was cute and professional - perfect for a day in my corporate office. The side zipper bunched a little strangely when I sat down, and I felt like I was constantly pulling the bottom of the dress down as I was walking. I got a lot of compliments on this dress from other women, though my husband thought it looked like I was wearing a blanket

The dress was snug around the hip area and was too short for work. It was great for a night out.

I always worry a little that white dresses will be totally see through, but this one is lined and made from quality fabric that doesn't show through. It has a tiny bit of stretch to it as well, which was a plus for comfort when sitting in long meetings.

I love this dress! However- this picture Shows that it's not always the most flattering. If you're comfortable with yourself go for it! 

I wore this to my sons baptism. I received lots of compliments. It fit nicely although it did hug my stomach a little and I was self conscious about that. In pictures I looked bigger too ( this pic looked true to form). Great dress though ! 

Looks better in person that it photographs. Asymmetrical panel is fun. Work appropriate length for me, might be a little short for someone taller.

I rented this for work for a hot summer week and this is perfect. Love the unusual cut and it looks very modern. I was a bit worried about this being too short so I sized up and got the 4. I could have gone with my regular size 2 but the size 4 is fine. It comes 3/4 way down my thigh and not tight at all. A tad loose but that's ok. 

I adored this garment, but it barely covered my hiney!

Great style, but the fit was large on top and tight around the thighs. The fabric was damaged by someone sitting on cement. It wasn't too noticeable. 

Wore this out in south beach to try something different... It was comfortable and easy to wear, but wouldn't recommend it for a glitzy night out. Might be better for the daytime! 

Nice dress which is appropriate for office or cocktails.  I enjoy asymmetrical looks that are a little different and this fits the bill.  I ordered a 6 after reading a couple of reviews, but the 4 may have fit better. Since the dress is swingy it was still fine.  Only negative is the point of the longest part of the fabric in front was curling up, likely due to cleaning.

Wore this for a double date with the boyfriend and his best friend and his partner.  I normally wear a size six for dresses but the size eight fit very well.  It had some structure but wasn't overly right.  The only criticism I have is for how short it was, especially when I say down.  Otherwise I LOVED the dress.  I felt very slogans and sexy wearing it.  I would recommend for a nice dinner, date night, or even a semi formal affair. 

I loved this dress but it didn't fit me quite right. I'm a 4 on top and 8 on bottom so I got an 8 and it was still a little too tight for a shift dress on bottom and I definitely couldn't have gone bigger or the top would've been way too big. Sad it didn't fit. 

I rented this dress for my work party. I loved that it had the beige piece in front so you didn't see any rolls :) However the dress was way to big on me. After reading reviews that said to size up because it ran small I did. I normally wear an 8 Or 10 depending on the dress style so I got nervous and order bigger. Well the 12 was huge I could of probably got away with an 8 . But I still wore the dress and received many compliments! 

It fit me like a bag, but I wore it with a cardigan and it was fine for work. Perhaps I should have gone down a size but it's just not form fitting and didn't do anything for me.
