I rented this for a work party and also a holiday work party for my husband's company. I am tall and had to size up (I usually fit in a 4 or 6 and rented the 8) to make sure it was long enough/wasn't riding up in the crotch area and I still was pulling it down a little so tall ladies beware. It was comfortable and I got a lot of compliments but I recommend pairing with a belt like I did otherwise I'm not sure I would have worn plain.

This is a really nice work dress that you could probably wear all the time- it fits really well and is flattering, preppy, cute- it's kind of plain Jane but just a great work LBD. This bag is beautiful- nice leather, well made, decent pockets and zippers, straps- I just wished it was a little bigger. Like many other ladies, I rented this for my baby shower. Even at over 32 weeks pregnant, I fit into the size 6, which is usually my size when not pregnant also (although throughout this pregnancy I have been somewhat small because it's my first). So it does just run somewhat large due to the flowy nature of the dress, but I'm not sure it's worth it to size down because it's supposed to be like that. I got so many compliments on this dress. The pattern is gorgeous and the material was beautiful. I do agree that at least with a bump, it needed the belt otherwise I was pretty shapeless. But if I hadn't been pregnant I may have gone without. Overall a pretty good rental and great service from RTR as usual

I rented this dress for my first wedding anniversary, which is in January in Chicago, so I wanted something warm but still sexy & flattering. This dress was perfect for dinner at a nice restaurant and I could have definitely worn it out on the town after. I felt really pretty but still trendy and warm in it. The polka dots on the sheer parts are more subtle than I expected and I could have even rented a size smaller but I'm glad the 6 was a little loose on me but still form-fitting. Rented for a semi formal charity event and was very happy. I liked this dress a lot but it definitely ran small. I rented an 8 and 10 even though I usually wear a 6 and the 8 just fit/was a little short when I sat down (beware tall ladies). I liked it overall though- the pink was deeper than the pictures and I got a lot of compliments all night. The fabric is very pretty and quality but has no give whatsoever.

I wore this as a flapper costume for Halloween and it was perfect. The small fit me but the bigger size looked better for the flapper look so I wore the Medium. It's pretty true to size. Although it was an awesome, fun costume, I don't think I would rent it for a regular event- it's not my style and the material is almost like a sweater so that almost made it more casual than I would want for something more serious. I wore this to a beach wedding and I really loved it as much as I was hoping I would. It was flowy and comfortable even in the hot weather and after hours of eating, drinking, and dancing. I loved this rental! I had been eying it on the website and I'm glad I rented it. I wore it for a holiday party and got compliments all night. I really felt like I had the best dress there but I was really comfortable all night as well. Even after a big dinner, I felt like the dress fit wonderfully. I didn't even wear any spanx with it and it accentuated and his all the places I wanted.The picture doesn't do the beautiful color justice- it is more like the color in model pic in real life. I did not have any trouble wearing it without a bra even though I'm a C cup- everything stayed in place and looked fine. Although I'm 5'7" and the description recommended the long length, I went with the regular length and it was fine with 2 or 3in heels on me. The long would have been way too long but I rarely wear sky high heels. The lace details and the crinkle style skirt looked like it was perfect all night even after sitting and dancing. I highly recommend this dress and would even rent it again

I rented this for a charity event that I attended. I knew it was going to be a chilly night in Chicago so I wanted to be warm and being a charity event, I wanted to be classy. This dress was perfect - comfortable, but still very pretty and flattering. I got a ton of compliments. Fit wise, I usually wear a 6 depending on the designer. This 6 fit me, but was a little tighter than I wanted it, so I wore the bigger size. I think it's generally true to size, but maybe runs on the slightly smaller size. I would do what I did and order the size you normally wear and the next size bigger. The sizes were still close enough that I would have been happy in either. Great dress

I rented this to be the dress for my Halloween costume (flapper), but I ended up returning it right away because both sizes I got were wrong on me - both seemed too big but I think it was just the style that was weird. The top part is supposed to be a little baggy to look like it's two pieces or something, but it just made me look like I had a giant gut. The pattern is really pretty in sequins, but beware if you rent this that the style overall might not work on your body - I am tall and thin, but a little curvy and it made me look much bigger than I am. Like a lot of other reviewers, I chose this dress for my bachelorette party and it was perfect- flashy and flattering but still comfortable for dinner and dancing all night long. I got a lot of compliments all night long and felt pretty and sexy but still classy and modest enough, although I'm tall so the dress was about mid-thigh on me. I wore the small and it was perfect. The dress is the right amount of stretchy so it can be form fitting and forgiving at the same time. I loved it! I hope many other bachelorettes have the opportunity to enjoy it as much as I did and add to all the fun it's seen ;-)

I rented this for a black tie event that I attended with my boyfriend for his company. I was nervous because I have never rented a long dress before. I'm 5'7.5" almost 5'8" so I never know if I need regular or long sizes. With 2 in heels, the regular was perfect on me - the long definitely would have been too much. The dress fit just right in the torso and was comfortable without a bra. The color is such a beautiful emerald that's even better in person. I got compliments all night long and felt the prettiest I ever have. It was perfect with my fair skin/brunette hair, but would work on anyone. I paired it with my own jewelry and heels - any statement necklace and/or drop earrings are great. If I have another fancy event, I would rent this dress (this or the other colors) in a heartbeat.

I love this dress- it was one I didn't want to return. It's a showstopper, but really flattering and comfortable. The thing about sequined dresses is although they are beautiful, the sequins tend to rub and make you feel scratchy (especially under the arms). I rented this to wear to a charity luncheon, but unfortunately it did not fit! This is the only time I have not fit into a RTR dress, so it wasn't the end of the world to me, and the RTR stylists provided me with awesome customer service as usual, so it was still a good experience. Aside from the fit, the dress itself was just not that great either. The fabric is pretty casual and does not give AT ALL, which is probably why it did not fit me. I got 2 sizes and one was too small while the other was going to fall off if I tried to wear it. Definitely take the time to either chat with a stylist or see how other BCBG dresses fit on you because they can be tricky. The pictures on here show a really cute peplum shape, and it definitely looks good on some of the other ladies that have posted on here, but it really did not look that way in person when I got it. With all the other amazing dresses on here, I would not risk this one.

I loved this dress - I got compliments from so many people on it and it fit really well. It was also really comfortable for dancing. I felt like it showed off my figure, but wasn't unforgiving. I'm usually a 6 in dresses and the M was good for me - could have been a little tighter, but since it's form fitting, it's probably better that it wasn't. I paired it with a chunky chain necklace and wore a black shawl over it. I have seen a lot of people pair it with nude heels, but it looked great with black ones, also. I really would buy this dress if I had seen it in a store - it is beautiful! I love Nicole Miller and this is one of her best.

This dress was even more impressive than the pic. It was extremely slimming and comfortable and I got tons of compliments that it looked just like Kate Middleton's engagement dress! I would definitely reccommend it. It was true to size for me and fit very well
