I LOVED this dress. It was a little complicated to get on because of the structure and patterning, and I didn't notice when I ordered that there were slits on the side. So to make it wearable for work, I just layered it with a leather jacket. I got so many compliments on this dress and people stopping me at the office to ask about it. Cannot recommend it enough.

I wore this for a presentation with my CMO and felt like I ruled the world in that boardroom. The structure of this is so beautiful and simple but modern. The only downside for me was that I had to make sure I wore it with a tank underneath since the front slit comes up higher than I expected.

I wore this to work with a pair of skinny jeans and heels. I loved the fluttery ruffles and now they moved when I walked. This fabric has little to no give, but since the blouse is true to size that's not a problem. The only downside is that it did wrinkle quite easily.

I found this dress a little form-fitting for work, so I paired it with a leather jacket and black booties to tone it down a bit. LOVED the way the skirt moved as I walked. Completely boosted my confidence and made me feel like a rock star. I will say I did find the fabric to be a little stiffer than I thought it would be, and some of the color on the patterning is beginning to fade a bit. But for a one-time rental, this was perfect.

My favorite RTR dress I have ever worn. I normally wear a 10 but ordered the 12 since I expected it to be a little more form fitting, and I am so glad that I did. The 12 fit like a dream! I wore this to a friend's wedding and could barely walk across the room without someone stopping me to talk about my dress. The embroidery work is even more beautiful in person, especially when the sun hits the metallic threads. 10/10 would recommend, and I will likely be renting this dress again!

I wore this blazer to work with a pair of skinnies, black gauzy tank, caged booties, and a Kendra Scott necklace, and was told by one of our senior category managers that I looked very "New York City fashionable". I sized up to the 12, and would normally wear a 10, but I felt that the 12 fit me just fine and didn't feel tight through the arms and shoulders.
