This is one of the least flattering pieces of clothing I've ever put on. The skirt gets its volume from extra wide panels that flare out below the hips. If you have an hourglass figure to start with, it's horribly unflattering. I should never have ordered this dress for that reason. It also looks surprisingly cheap for a $1000 dress, and the long size didn't even hit my ankles. I'm 6' tall, but considering every review I read suggested that this dress had so much extra length, I was surprised at how poorly it fit me. Huge miss here. I'm not sure what body type this would work for, but it definitely isn't for people who aren't looking to add tons of volume to their hips.

Somehow, this dress is much more beautiful in person than on the model. It's stupid flattering, and very well designed. The lace is lightweight and gorgeous, and the stripes fall in the perfect places to give anyone a perfect, slim hourglass shape. Unfortunately, the dress I received had a busted zipper, so I was sadly unable to wear it at all. But I will definitely rent it again, I was exceedingly disappointed to be able to wear this. I'm 6' tall, and it hit me perfectly above the knee. Great shape to flatter your butt and show off your shoulders.

This dress is gorgeous. The material is definitely heavier than it looks in the photos, so it would not have been ideal for an outdoor wedding on a hot day. This dress was too snug around my rib cage (which has never been an issue for me in the past) so I couldn't have worn it anyway. It's beautiful if you want to show off your shoulders and look elegant without showing much skin.
