Rent. This. Dress.
I LOVED this dress. It fit me perfectly and was extremely flattering (I’m a soft gamine type). Hit my curves in all the right places. I had to reference the listing to get the sleeves right (there’s a weird band around the chest that I mistook for part of the sleeve. Way more comfortable once I had it on right). I loved the asymmetrical neckline and the “neoprene” fabric was very comfortable and stretchy. (Don’t think neoprene like wetsuit. It was more like a thick synthetic knit). Length was perfect with heels. Perfect for a vintage theme gala. Rent this dress.

This skirt was so perfect for a black tie event with my co-workers. Felt classy but professional.
I ordered the M but ended up going with L because of how it fell around my stomach and hips. Very comfortable to wear and drapes well. Had to wear heels with the L because of length but wouldn’t have had to with the M. I really want to purchase this skirt. It’s very versatile.

Classy for a professional holiday party
I loved this dress. Ended up wearing the 4 because as an exaggerated pear shape, the 6 was way too long in torso and big in the bust for me. It was a little tight in the waist but that's only because I've gained a little weight so I'm not a true size 4 at the moment. I paired it with a belt and a vintage lace jacket. I felt the belt was necessary because the inverted pleats at the waist look weird if the dress isn't hanging loose through the midsection. They'll pull and make the dress look more stretched than it is. Felt wonderful in it all night and had a blast dancing in it.

Felt smart AND sexy at my graduation!
This dress has pockets! Perfect for graduation where you can't carry a purse around, but need room for a phone or small camera (or flask) under your regalia. The dress fit just as I expected it too, and as someone else commented, it is not nearly as low in the back as it shows on the model. I also was wearing a normal bra.If you have a small chest like I do, the dress will make you look a little unproportional because the bottom is a little fuller, but nothing that a good bra can't balance. It was the perfect level of formal and casual for a day full of graduation activities.
