Wanted to love this
Dress arrived with tags still in it and I so wanted this to work. It was just TOO shapeless. And i like a dress that's not too structured. Maybe the next size down would have been better.

vacation picture perfect
This dress is so much fun! I traveled in it to Mexico and got so MANY compliments on the color, design, and fit. it is PERFECT for a beach vacation. It is a LOT of dress, and it could easily overpower someone smaller in stature and height. (I'm 5'9" 155 lb) I wore it with flat sandals, but it could easily be dressed up for dinner. it is pure vacation vibes. Fair warning, it is wrinkly, and wrinkles easily, the sleeves most especially. if you care that much about the ruffles being perfect, expect to spend some serious time tending to them. For me, the wrinkly sleeves were just fine.

Fun Christmas dinner top!
Material was fun, this olivey green was a great alternative to the traditional "Christmas green" for Christmas dinner. Paired with dark jeans and black slides it was a perfect way to dress up without being over the top. A little bit of shoulder action made it even more fun. The gathered sleeves add a flair of drama. The top hits right at the top of the hip.

This dress was everything.
This dress was so much fun. It got like a glove through the bodice, the skirt was just the right amount of poof and elegance. Fabric is luxe and the embroidered flowers gave the dress that extra little something. I love the neckline detailing and the rustle when you walk. I had to fluff the tulle under the skirt and let the dress hang for the shipping wrinkles to fall out, not unexpected. The only con for me would be the zipper gets stuck where the bodice and skirt come together. Not for being too tight, just a flaw in many dress designs with zippers. I had a hard time with it on the hanger. So you might need an extra set of hands. I wore the dress with 3.5" heels, but put on slippers to dance, and it was fine. If you have a reason to, rent this dress!

A ray of sunshine!
What a fantastic dress. Wore it on Mother's Day for brunch in the back yard. It was just the right amount of happy and cheery and comfort! It's a trapeze dress, fit just right up top and hung beautifully without making me feel swallowed by fabric. It heavy enough that it hangs nicely, but breathable enough to keep it cool in 90+ degree heat! The ribbon detail on the pockets broke it up just enough to keep me from looking like a banana. And the length was great! I would rent this again for sure.

Pro: the blue of this dress is stunning. Con: this dress runs so big, I could have sized down 2 sizes and still have achieved the oversized look the dress affords. Not a work appropriate dress with the slits in the back, unless you wear a cami or have a VERY liberal dress code. I would have liked to wear it for a night out, but it was just soo big.

Great dress!
This dress is great. I was a little worried about the color and shape looking too "prison dress" but I put it on and immediately fell in love! Fit was just right, the collar is a great detail that really took the dress over the top for me. Fit is true to size, and the length is just perfect for the office.

Great dress for Thanksgiving dinner
Fun dress with just enough sass to not be boring. the cotton sleeves and "shirt/skirt" come wrinkled, so need a quick update, but otherwise, nice shape without being too tight and the fabric contrast is just enough to be fun. Certainly not too warm either.

great day to evening dress!
Comfortable and forgiving, this little black dress had just that extra something with the cross-body ruffle. It worked great from work meetings to the symphony in style. The fabric is a good weight for fall, some great earrings and a pair of heels, and the outfit is made.

fun dress
this dress is fun and comfortable. it's not fitted, and runs on the larger side, not bad though, and I didn't feel like I was wearing a tent. the smocking at the chest and wrist is a great detail, and elevates the shapeless black dress a bit. I thought the wrist would be more elastic, but they were not,and through the day I felt like the writs "grew" also, on the chest smocking, the threads were coming out at a few places, not completely noticeable, but I'm rating it 4 stars for that. (dress still had tags on it when i got it)

great night with family.
such a cute and unique take on the sweatshirt. this top runs on the big side, I could easily have worn the medium, and it would have looked a little more polished. The contrasting color and fabric ruffles on the arms take this top up a notch, and make it perfect for a back yard BBQ or relaxed date night. Size down would be my only recommendation.

the dress is just the right amount of class and sass! Easy dress to dance and have a good time in!!!
this is a great dress to have some fun in. I wore the 10 and it JUST fit. I had a baby 2 months ago so everything is a little bit bigger. The 12 would have been a more comfortable fit, but it was dirty and very very wrinkled when I received it and there wasn't time to have it pressed/cleaned. the black overlay is great for hiding that little bit of fluffiness around your middle, and allowing you to breathe!

Beautiful evening in a fun dress.
This was a replacement dress sent by RTR when my original dress didn't make it back in time from the previous renter. RTR let me know, and though i really wish the original dress had come, this was a suitable alternative. The dress is lovely and comfortable. it's been worn quite a bit though and the pleats in the skirt no longer look like pleats- they look like they have been steamed or ironed out. But the dress is light and beautiful, nice departure from a black dress. the top is blousy, and can gap at the front, a little bit of dress tape can fix that easily. I wore it with 3.5" heels and it just barely skimmed the floor- perfect!

Perfect dress for the church ceremony.
Another fun dress from RTR. Fun and flouncy, this blue dress is classy! right above the knee, I wore it with a white cardigan. It's lacking a true "waist" and I felt a little lost in it. If you added a skinny belt it might help define the waist just a little bit. Overall, a fun and comfortable dress.

Fun Wedding for a fabulous couple! The dress was perfect for the event!
The dress is so much fun and so sparkly! the length was just right, just above my knees, I wore it with black t-strap heels. The dress ended up being very form-flattering, and gave me shape (which I was happy about because I had a baby 6 months ago and am still dealing with a little bit of a pooch) I didn't need to wear spanx, but I probably could have and had even more of a shape. The dress was a little bit scratchy due to the sequins and it was pinker than I thought, but not so pink you could really tell. All in all, it flattered my curves and i was getting compliments all night long from people i've never met.
