I needed a dress that would a) work for a wedding in Central Virginia in mid-November (potential 70 degree day or mid-30's) and b) accommodate my growing baby bump which would be at about 22 weeks. This dress was great for both. The day started out in the mid-60's and by the time we left the reception it was lightly snowing and this dress worked all day. It also looked great with my leather jacket I wore in the evening. As for baby bump - super comfortable. I am up about 20 lbs to my pre-pregnancy weight so I went with the 10 instead of the 8 and at 5'7" + heel height, I though the L length was perfect. As others have noted the zipper will stick a bit where the fabric changes direction at the waist, but you can get it up with some help.

I would definitely get this dress again. I ordered both the 4 & the 6 and to be honest, it was hard to tell them apart in terms of fit. In the end, I went with the 6 because it was a little longer... and we were going to a work event. Even though the back is mesh, it's dark and unless you look really hard, it really just looks like regular black fabric making it perfect for a cocktail-dress attire party. The fabric had a good bit of stretch (probably why the 4 & 6 fit so similar) and was comfortable enough to sit & stand in all night. I really loved it and wish it was in my closet so I could wear it again.

I absolutely loved this dress for our company holiday party! It was a great bit of color in what is usually a lot of red and black cocktail dresses. I got so many compliments and it was so comfortable. I also ordered a size 4, but the neck was a little high and tight so I went with the 6. Wished I could have kept it!

Initially, I thought this dress was going to be too bright for an October wedding, but since I dragged my feet on choosing, it was my only option and honestly, I couldn't have been happier! It was a great dress and fit well and was a terrific canary yellow color in person so I think it could work well for a spring, summer or fall wedding. Only notable con, as others mentioned, was the boning - it was a little tight/pokey so I opted to wear the 8 instead of the 6.
