Form flattering
Slit was sexy but I could still wear spanx! Top was a little loose so I used double-sided tape on the right-side (armless side) so that my bra wouldn't be visible. Good option for those with a narrow-waist/wide-hips such as myself.

Second time's the charm!
I usually wear a 6 or 8 and the 6R fit perfectly well, except the straps/top was a bit too loose, so the top wasn't close enough to my chest and my breasts were, for lack of a better word, hanging out. I don't mind a little side-boob but even with pasties or chicken cutlets I would've been much too exposed. I originally returned this dress the first time I ordered it, a year later I wanted to give it another try. After some creative twisting and pinning of the straps in the back and a ton of fashion tape, I was able to feel secure and in place through a night of dancing. Bust still probably best for B-cups and smaller.

Simple yet sexy
This dress runs a little snug but I wasn't uncomfortable. I'm a 34C and the straps were slightly long, so the neckline was a little lower than I'd usually be comfortable with for my company holiday party, but the muted color balanced it out. The slit was perfectly placed as I was still able to wear spanx. As someone with full hips and thighs I've had an issue with dresses with similar slits but I never felt over-exposed when I sat/crossed my legs. Would recommend.

Simple yet elegant
I'm between a 6 and an 8, but sized up per suggestions. The 8 fit snuggly around my hips but a little loose around my torso (I have narrow shoulders and waist). I wore it without the band across the back because it was loose, and braless. Would definitely recommend!

Sexy yet comfortable
This dress was very sexy in a subtle way. Would definitely recommend wearing nipple covers. The dress would shift as i walked and sat down so found myself regularly tugging at it, because of the asymmetrical hemline, but otherwise pretty comfortable. Would rent again.

Gorgeous, classy, and sexy
I rented the 8 and 6. I've worn a 6 (and even a 4 once!) with most designers on RTR but the 8 fit like a glove. The dress is a brighter blue in person but photographs darker. I wore this without a bra and though I was a little uncomfortable at first, I was able to dance most of the night. Would highly recommend this rental, especially for curvy girls.

Comfortable & flattering, would've been perfect with some tailoring.
I wore this as a hostess for a friends wedding. The dress was comfortable and flattering but with a few minor issues. The straps were much too long and kept exposing my bra strap. Similarly? The way the dress is cut also kept exposing the top part of my bra, MUST WEAR WITH A BALCONET BRA! Lastly, the dress would often ride up and expose the lining. I was running around quite a bit so probably had to do a lot of adjusting that an ordinary wedding guest wouldn't have to do. Would recommend this rental.

Beautiful & comfortable dress
I ordered this in an 8 & 6 for a wedding rehersal dinner. The previous renter damaged the 6 so RTR replaced it with another dress I didn 't particularly care for and was much too small anyhow. Luckily the 8 fit comfortably. I would have liked to try the 6 as well in the event that ot fit more snuggly but nonetheless, very happy with this rental.

Very flattering & form-fitting
I rented this dress for a graduation ceromoney (no gowns required) and I received many compliments. I am 5'7" and the dress hit just below the knee. The dress is especially flattering if you have a well- defined waist. The dress came with its own belt but I paired with my own thin belt instead. Downsides: like others mentioned , one arm whole was slightly narrower than the other, and the clasp above the zipper often unhooked and poked into my skin, but not a big annoyance.

Too large to wear
Im between a 6 and 8 and like to err on the larger size. I ordered this in an 8, the 6 wasn't available as a back-up so I knew I was taking a risk but I also put on a couple of pounds so was hoping for the best. The dress ended up being too large to wear but RTR promplty credited me the cost of the dress towards a future rental. Gave it a 1 only because no stars isn't allowed.

RTR saved me after my 1st order was lost in the mail!
I originally ordered the NICOLE MILLER Black Open Back Sequin Gown, but it was lost after a neighbor signed for it and left it on their stoop x-(. I called RTR frantically early the next morning and explained my situation. There wasn't enough time to have another dress delivered as I was leaving out of town in the afternoon, so I was made an appointment at Henri Bendel, where RTR has one of its NYC boutiques. There I was assisted by B. who helped me find another dress. The selection isn't nearly as large as that online. My first choice dress wasn't available in the store, my 2nd was already reserved for someone else, and the 3rd choice was this same dress but in a size 6. B suggested I give the 4 a try even though I had little faith it would fit (I'm normally an 8-10). Low and behold it worked! It was a 4L, I'm 5'7" and wore about 4-5 inch heels. The dress fit nicely and I didn't have to wear a bra. It looked nice enough it just wasn't my personal taste so I give the dress itself a 3, but bumped up to 4 stars for the excellent service.

This dress is a real knock-out. I usually wear a 6 or 8, I rented the 8 and it fit like a glove. While the length is conservative, the color and the way the dress hugs your body give it a real pop. Definitely considering purchasing the dress.

Unfortunately didn't have any success with this dress. I ordered both a M and L, but neither were very flattering. I am very curvy and the draping made my hips even wider, and cameflogued my waist. My experience seems to be unique as many other reviewers were pleased with their dress.
