Beautiful print, runs big
Print is fun and bright. I usually wear a 14 and the XS was pretty large. However, you can tight the waist so the dress is still flattering. The chest was a bit large so I had to tape it to avoid a bra from showing.

Tight but flattering
Wore this for work. It's a bit snug, but the cut is flattering regardless. The neck is also oddly high and the light color shows any hint of an underwear line.

Work dress, but a bit short
Great stretchy fabric, as many Of Mercer dresses are. Arms are a little tight and I found it a bit short for a work dress, but I wore it anyway. Has pockets and is lightweight.

Fun top, very flowy
Wore this top to a party, got compliments. It is very flowy, pretty much a babydoll top. No bra needed, but the arm holes are a little tight so it got uncomfortable throughout the night.

Perfect Work Dress

Perfect work dress
I've rented this multiple times. It is the perfect work dress. Comfortable, the length is appropriate, the color way is flattering. I wore the 14W and it is a bit wider in the hips than a normal 14, but it was not baggy, just a looser fit.

Sexy jumper
I wanted to wear this so badly. The color is bright and the shape is so flattering, but the chest is very large. Even with a pin and tape it was too loose. Highly recommend to a lady more blessed in that area than I!

Beautiful print, but not flattering
This dress was pretty large. I've worn other items by this brand in the same size and this was just a lot of fabric which made it not very flattering. I found the fabric was so heavy that it pulled down the elastic waist in the lower back. If you are looking for more coverage though, it is a wonderful pattern.

Quality dress, snug fit
This dress was surprisingly short. I kept tugging it down all day and I am not exceptionally tall. I even ordered a size up as some have suggested to do. The side detail makes the dress flattering, but I would suggest wearing with darker tights for a more conservative work environment.

Quality fabric and comfortable fit. Flattering from the front, but not the side. If you have any chest, the shirt will billow out and look nearly like a maternity shirt.

nice pattern, so much cleavage
The fabric of the dress is nice, and it has plenty of room in the hips and sleeves. however, the v-neck went so low that I don't know of a event where it would have been appropriate. I tried to wear it to a family dinner and no amount of pinning, tape, or wrapping could save it. I hate wearing a tank top underneath a dress, but i guess that would have been the only way to wear it, as I've seen in many of the photos.

I'm a 10/12 in dresses w/ athletic body and ordered the 12R. It's forgiving in the waist/hips, but couldn't wear it because the arms/chest was wayyy too narrow.

Bold skirt, not the most flattering cut
The color is beautiful. The fabric is nice and the slit makes this skirt anything but frumpy. Only complaint is that the fabric is a bit thin, so any lump (like a shirt tucked in) can be seen underneath, as well as the zipper in the skirt. I'm a 10/12 and the large fit very nicely around my waist.

Beautiful fabric, lots of cleavage
The print of this dress is so unique, I loved it. I'm a 10/12 and the 10 fit perfectly around my waist. However, the v-wrap is not secured, so it creates a pretty bold V neck if you have broader shoulders. I still wore it, but would recommend some double-sided tape.

Cozy sweater that makes a statement.
Cozy sweater, very warm. The color is beautiful. Perfect for fall/winter weekends. Not the most slimming, but then again it is a bulky sweatshirt. I usually wear a medium or large but got an XL in this and it fit well! I think the Large would have been too snug, especially being a turtleneck.
