Formfitting, so size up if you want more room.

I was so uncomfortable and tangled in this dress. Every time I walked it twisted and rode up and considering I was walking to appointments in DC, it was a constant and embarrassing struggle. The color was beautiful but I could not wait to get it off.

Slit is high in the back so no Spanx but you won't need it. Fabric is thick and lined. Great quality. Vibrant color and nice accent w darker color blocking silhouette

Beautiful color and professional fit. Worn for tv interview. 

Rented for a work conference. This dress is comfortable for all day wear and transitions perfectly to evening. I usually am a true 10, and the 12 fit perfectly, so order up a size especially if you are busty. It is a thinner fabric, so I wore with spanx. Overall, loved this rental. 

I liked the way it felt but didn't sculpt as much as I wanted. May be that there is that much difference between 14w and 14. 14w is actually too big for me

The material is fairly thin so it will show bumps. Based on that, I wish I would have sized up. The design is very slimming and the color is beautiful. 

Beautiful colors and flattering fit. I wear a size 10 90% of the time, and in this one the 12 was snug. Definitely size up if you have larger hips! 

Dress fit good and is forgiving. Color block adds that extra style that makes it look good and makes you shapey.

Wow. This dress was amazing. Soft and smooth quality material that was lightweight enough for summer. I love the dark red stripe down the back of the dress and the cap sleeve shoulders were beautiful and well crafted. You can tell this is an expensive designer dress! Fit like a glove, loved the length. Will definitely rent again. 

Gorgeous fabric, cut and length. Fits like a glove and the contrasting side panels and zipper panels scream high quality! I'm considering buying it! 

Love the length and style for work. The color is awesome and I love the darker red detailing. I wore with a black cardigan and nude pumps. Nice comfortable material as well

I rented this work for some customer meetings I had. While the dress and color are nice, I was disappointed in the fabric. It was quite thin and had no lining. If I hadn't been planning to wear tights with it, I would've had to wear Spanx or even a slip (gasp!) which isn't great when my day was going to be about 15 hours long. It wore well and held up, but I've rented other items from RTR that I prefer much better. 

Fit was true to size.I am 5'4", 137 lbs with wider hips and small bust. The contrasting colors gives you an hourglass figure. I received so many compliments!

Sits right above the knee when barefoot- I'm 5'5.  Perfect for larger bust ladies! Very flattering.

Great for conservative work and good for tall gals 

This is a perfect dress to wear to an important meeting. It's fitted but still professional, and the color makes it stand out.
