I am 5'7, 148 pounds, 34D. I ordered a 4 and 6, and ended up wearing the 6. This dress is very fitted and was snug in the arms. The dress was absolutely beautiful! Pictures definitely don't do it justice. I have never received so many compliments in my life! I even tried it on the night before to make sure it got and my husband was in awe, even wanted to buy it for me because he loved it so much! The dress zips all the way up the entire back which makes it even sexier!
